Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of medical instruments, in particular to a fixed catheter.
Background
The silica gel or latex catheter is made of silica gel or latex material, the front part of the catheter body is provided with a balloon and a tip part, the catheter body between the balloon and the tip part is provided with a drainage hole and a flushing hole, and the catheter body in the balloon is provided with a balloon hole. The rear part of the tube body of the two-cavity catheter is provided with a drainage interface and an inflation interface, and the inflation interface is provided with a one-way inflation valve which is mainly suitable for clinical urination of patients. The rear part of the tube body of the three-cavity catheter is provided with a drainage interface, an inflation interface and an irrigation interface, and the three-cavity catheter is mainly suitable for patients to urinate and irrigate bladders clinically. The drainage interface is communicated with a drainage hole in the front part of the balloon of the tube body through a drainage inner cavity channel of the tube body for urination of a patient, the inflation interface is communicated with the balloon hole through an inflation inner cavity channel of the tube body, the balloon can be inflated after gas injection or water injection is carried out on the balloon through the one-way inflation valve for fixing an indwelling urinary catheter, and the flushing interface is communicated with a flushing hole through a flushing inner cavity channel of the tube body and is injected with physiological saline for flushing the bladder. After the catheter is placed in the body, the part of the catheter body exposed outside the human body is a smooth pipeline, the catheter body is fixed on the human body through the adhesive plaster, the adhesive plaster is easy to fall off when the catheter body is not firmly adhered, or the catheter body can not be torn off when the adhesive plaster is replaced again after the catheter body is adhered for a long time, the adhesive plaster can not be torn off by the aid of the scissors and the blades at times, the ureter is easily torn due to carelessness in operation, the secondary ureter feeding of a patient is caused, inconvenience is brought to clinical care, pain is brought to the patient, and meanwhile, economic burden is increased.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to overcome the defects of the prior art and provides a fixed catheter which is convenient to use, firm in fixation and easy to detach.
In order to solve the technical problems, the technical scheme of the invention is as follows: fixed catheter, its difference lies in:

the first fixing piece comprises a fixing sleeve and two fixing ring fasteners, the fixing sleeve is sleeved on the urethral catheterization pipe fitting and can move relative to the urethral catheterization pipe fitting, the two fixing ring fasteners are symmetrically arranged on two sides of the fixing sleeve, each fixing ring fastener comprises a ring part and a convex part formed on the front surface of the ring part, the ring part is connected on the fixing sleeve, and the convex part extends along the edge of the ring part; and
the second mounting, the second mounting with fixed latch closure one-to-one sets up and detachably locates the front of ring portion, it has the slot part and two at least portions of pasting that are located its back, the slot part with the convex part cooperation is in order to fix first mounting and second mounting, wherein two paste the portion symmetry and locate slot part both sides are used for fixing the second mounting on the human body.
According to the technical scheme, a hollow part is formed in the middle of the fixing ring buckle, three sticking parts are arranged on the back face of the second fixing piece, and one sticking part is arranged corresponding to the hollow part and can penetrate through the hollow part to be stuck to a human body.
According to the technical scheme, the back surface of the second fixing piece is provided with the concave part matched with the ring part.
According to the technical scheme, the width of the concave part is larger than that of the ring part.
According to the technical scheme, the second fixing piece comprises a waterproof layer and a cushion layer, wherein the waterproof layer and the cushion layer are arranged from the front side to the back side of the second fixing piece, and the cushion layer is a sponge layer or a silica gel layer.

According to the technical scheme, the urethral catheterization pipe fitting comprises a main pipe section, a drainage pipe section, a flushing pipe section and an inflation pipe section, one end of the main pipe section is respectively connected with the drainage pipe section, the flushing pipe section and the inflation pipe section, the other end of the main pipe section is respectively provided with a drainage hole, a flushing hole and an inflation hole, a drainage pipe cavity communicated with the drainage pipe section and the drainage hole, a flushing pipe cavity communicated with the flushing pipe section and the flushing hole and an inflation pipe cavity communicated with the inflation pipe section and the inflation hole are arranged in the main pipe section, and the main pipe section is further provided with an annular inflation ball bag communicated with the inflation hole.
According to the technical scheme, the main pipe section is provided with scale marks which are arranged along the axial direction of the main pipe section, and the numerical values of the scale marks are gradually increased along the direction close to the drainage pipe section.
According to the technical scheme, a one-way valve is arranged in the inflation pipe section.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the beneficial characteristics that: according to the fixed catheter, the first fixing piece can move along the length direction of the catheter, the position which is most comfortable for a patient to feel is selected for fixing, and then the fixing piece is pasted to reduce the discomfort of the patient, so that the fixed catheter is flexible and convenient to use; the second fixing piece is not directly stuck and fixed with the catheter, so that the problem that the urinary catheter is damaged by mistake when the adhesive tape is replaced in the prior art is solved, and the second fixing piece is easy to detach; the first fixing piece and the second fixing piece are provided with a convex part and a groove part which are matched with each other, the first fixing piece is sleeved on the urethral catheter, the second fixing piece is pasted and fixed on a human body, the fixation is firm, and the problem that the adhesive tape, the urethral catheter and the human body are not firmly pasted and fixed in the prior art is solved.

Detailed Description
The present invention will be described in further detail with reference to the following detailed description and accompanying drawings.
Referring to fig. 1 to 7, a fixed urinary catheter according to an embodiment of the present invention includes a catheter tube 3, a first fixing member 1 and a second fixing member 2. The first fixing member 1 includes a fixing sleeve 101 and two fixing buckles 102, the fixing sleeve 101 is sleeved on the catheter 3 and can move relative to the catheter 3, the two fixing buckles 102 are symmetrically disposed on two sides of the fixing sleeve 101, each fixing buckle 102 includes a ring portion 1021 and a convex portion 1022 formed on a front face 1021a of the ring portion, the ring portion 1021 is connected to the fixing sleeve 101, and the convex portion 1022 extends along an edge of the ring portion 1021. The second fixing member 2 and the fixing ring 102 are disposed in a one-to-one correspondence and detachably disposed on the front 1021a of the ring portion, the second fixing member 2 has a groove 201 and at least two sticking portions 202 located on the back 2b of the second fixing member, the groove 201 and the protrusion 1022 cooperate to fix the first fixing member 1 and the second fixing member 2, wherein the two sticking portions 202 are symmetrically disposed on two sides of the groove 201 for fixing the second fixing member 2 on a human body.
Referring to fig. 2, in some embodiments, in order to achieve the anti-slip function and make the clamping more firm, the protrusion 1022 is made of silicon, and a silicon layer 2011 is formed on a groove wall of the groove portion 201.
Referring to fig. 4 to 7, in some embodiments, in order to sufficiently prevent the first fixing body 1 and the second fixing body 2 from moving relatively, the protrusion 1022 includes two first protruding bar bodies 10221 disposed at intervals and extending toward the fixing sleeve respectively and a second protruding bar body 10222 connecting the two first protruding bar bodies 10221, and the second protruding bar body 10222 is connected to an end of the first protruding bar body 10221 away from the fixing sleeve 101. More preferably, referring to fig. 1 and fig. 3, the slot 201 includes two first slots 2012 respectively matched with the two first protruding strips 10221 and a second slot 2013 matched with the second protruding strip 10222, in order to facilitate quickly and accurately clamping the protrusion 1022 into the slot 201, a length X of the first slot 2012 is smaller than a length Y of the first protruding strip 10221, and a guide mark 203 having the same shape as the slot 201 is formed at a position corresponding to the front surface 2a of the second fixing element and the slot 201.
Referring to fig. 2 to 7, in some embodiments, a hollow portion 1023 is formed in the middle of the fixing buckle 102, and in order to make the adhesion more secure, three adhering portions 202 are disposed on the back surface 2b of the second fixing element, wherein one adhering portion 202 is disposed corresponding to the hollow portion 1023 and can penetrate through the hollow portion 1023 to adhere to a human body.
Referring to fig. 2, in some embodiments, in order to make the second fixing member 2 fit with the human body more tightly and firmly, the back surface 2b of the second fixing member is provided with a recess 204 which fits with the ring portion 1021. More preferably, in order to prevent the loop portion 1021 from interfering with the fit of the attaching portion 202 to the human body, the width M of the recess 204 is larger than the width N of the loop portion 1021.
Referring to fig. 2, in some embodiments, in order to prevent water and improve comfort of the patient, make the fixing part tightly fit and avoid pressure injury, the second fixing member 2 includes a waterproof layer 205 and a cushion layer 206 disposed from the front surface 2a to the back surface 2b thereof, and the cushion layer 206 is a sponge layer or a silica gel layer. The ring part 1021 is made of sponge or silica gel.
In some embodiments, in order to fix the catheter tube 3 and the first fixing member 1 more firmly and prevent the two from sliding relatively during use, the fixing sleeve 101 is supported by elastic cloth.
Referring to fig. 4 to 7, in some embodiments, in order to facilitate the assembly and disassembly of the first fixing element 1 and the catheter tube 3, and simultaneously make the fitting between the two elements tighter and more secure, and prevent the two elements from sliding relatively during use, the fixing sleeve 101 includes a strip-shaped sheet-shaped portion 1011, wherein a plurality of anti-slip strips 1012 and a first bonding portion 1013 disposed near one end of the strip-shaped sheet-shaped portion 1011 are formed on one surface 1011a of the strip-shaped sheet-shaped portion 1011 contacting with the catheter tube 3, and a second bonding portion cooperating with the first bonding portion 1013 is formed on the other surface 1011b of the strip-shaped sheet-shaped portion. More preferably, the first bonding part 1013 and the second bonding part are hook and loop fasteners that are matched with each other, the first bonding part 1013 has a hook surface, and the second bonding part has a rough surface matched with the hook surface. More preferably, in order to further prevent the first fixing member 1 and the catheter tube 3 from sliding relatively during use, the plurality of anti-slip strips 1012 are uniformly spaced and extend along the length direction Z of the strip-shaped sheet portion. More preferably, referring to fig. 6 and 7, in some embodiments, in order to make the first fixing member 1 and the catheter tube 3 fit more tightly and firmly, the strip-shaped sheet portion 1011 is detachably connected to the fixing buckle 102, and a strip-shaped fitting hole 1024 adapted to pass through the strip-shaped sheet portion 1011 is formed at one end of the fixing buckle 102 close to the strip-shaped sheet portion 1011; or, referring to fig. 4 and 5, in another embodiment, for convenience of use, the fixing buckles 102 are fixed on one surface 1011b of the strip-shaped sheet portion having the second adhesive portion, and the two fixing buckles 102 are spaced and symmetrically disposed.
Referring to fig. 1, in some embodiments, the catheter component 3 includes a main tube section 301, a drainage tube section 302, a flushing tube section 303, and an inflation tube section 304, one end 301a of the main tube section is connected to the drainage tube section 302, the flushing tube section 303, and the inflation tube section 304, the other end 301b of the main tube section is provided with a drainage hole 3011, a flushing hole 3012, and an inflation hole 3013, a drainage tube cavity communicating the drainage tube section 302 and the drainage hole 3011, a flushing tube cavity communicating the flushing tube section 303 and the flushing hole 3012, and an inflation tube cavity communicating the inflation tube section 304 and the inflation hole 3013 are disposed in the main tube section 301, and the main tube section 301 is further provided with an annular inflation balloon 3014 communicating with the inflation hole 3013. More preferably, referring to fig. 1, the main tube segment 301 is provided with scale marks 3015 arranged along the axial direction thereof, the numerical value of the scale marks 3015 gradually increases along the direction approaching the drainage tube segment 302, the numerical value of the scale marks 3015 is 1-35 cm, and the scale marks 3015 can guide an operator to objectively judge whether the inserted length meets the anatomical length of the urethra of the human body, so as to avoid that the balloon 3014 is not placed in the bladder during the placement and indwelling processes.
Referring to fig. 1 to 7, the application process of the embodiment of the present invention is as follows: the outer wall of the urethral catheterization pipe fitting 3 is provided with a scale mark 3015, the scale mark 3015 is arranged at a non-connecting end 301b of the main pipe section and is stopped at a connecting end 301a of the main pipe section, an operator confirms the scale during the urethral catheterization operation and inserts the scale into the main pipe section 301, wherein the inserting length of a male patient is 19-25 cm, the inserting length of a female patient is 4-6 cm, after the male patient sees urine, the male patient inserts 1-2 cm according to the scale and inflates the urine, the first fixing member 1 is axially moved along the urethral catheterization pipe fitting 3, the patient can properly move, the most comfortable position of the patient within the interval with the scale value of 22-30 cm is selected, then the first fixing member 1 and the urethral catheterization pipe fitting 3 are fixed, and then the first fixing member 1 and the urethral catheter pipe fitting 3 are fixed on the human body through the second fixing member 2.
