The graphene slurry is prepared by the following operations: 965 parts of water, 5 parts of surfactant and 30 parts of graphene are mixed in a grinding tank according to parts by weight, then ground in a grinder for 30 minutes, and filtered by a 40-mesh filter screen to obtain graphene slurry (solid content is 3%).
The emulsified asphalt is prepared by the following operations: adding 5 parts by weight of asphalt emulsifier, 0.25 part by weight of pH value regulator and 0.25 part by weight of stabilizer into 95 parts by weight of water, stirring and dispersing uniformly, raising the temperature to 55 ℃, and keeping the temperature constant to obtain a soap solution; heating the asphalt to 140 ℃, keeping the temperature constant, setting the solid content, starting an asphalt emulsifier, opening an asphalt valve after the flow of the soap solution is stable, and sampling after the flow of the asphalt and the flow of the soap solution are stable to obtain the emulsified asphalt.

According to the viscoelastic waterproof sealant, a proper amount of graphene is added into the viscoelastic waterproof sealant, the excellent physical properties of the graphene are utilized, the performance of the viscoelastic waterproof sealant is integrally improved, the low-temperature crack resistance, the high-temperature stability, the aging resistance, the water resistance, the compression resistance, the water channeling resistance and the like of the material are obviously improved, the application range of the viscoelastic waterproof sealant is expanded, the product is environment-friendly, and the development trend of modern environment-friendly waterproof coatings is met. The waterproof adhesive prepared in the table 1 is adopted to prepare a coating film according to the requirements in JC/T408-2005 water-emulsified asphalt waterproof coating and perform a physical and mechanical property test. In order to ensure the accuracy of the test result, the same amount of water as the graphene slurry is adopted in the comparison to ensure the overall consistency. In table 1, the formulations of the examples and the control were selected for comparison. The results of the performance tests are shown in Table 2.

As can be seen from Table 2, the criteria implemented in examples 1, 2, and 3 are JC/T408-. Compared with a control group, the graphene modified viscoelastic waterproof adhesive disclosed by the invention has the advantages that the bonding strength is obviously improved except for the qualification of conventional detection, and the graphene is proved to have improved mechanical properties and better high-temperature resistance. In addition, after ultraviolet treatment, the low-temperature flexibility is reduced to a small extent, which shows that the graphene has great help to the weather resistance and durability of the waterproof coating film.
Claims (6)
1. The graphene modified viscoelastic waterproof adhesive is characterized by being prepared from the following raw materials in percentage by weight: 6-30% of water, 0.05-0.2% of dispersing agent, 10-35% of filler, 10-20% of liquid polymer, 3-6% of graphene slurry, 40-60% of emulsified asphalt, 0.05-0.1% of defoaming agent, 0.05-0.1% of preservative and 0.2-0.7% of thickening agent.

The graphene-modified viscoelastic waterproof adhesive according to claim 1, characterized in that the graphene slurry is prepared by the following operations: 965 parts of water, 5 parts of surfactant and 30 parts of graphene are mixed in a grinding tank according to parts by weight, then ground in a grinder for 30 minutes, and filtered by a 40-mesh filter screen to obtain the graphene slurry.
