In order to solve the problems, the invention provides an environment-friendly hot melt adhesive for spring mattresses, which comprises rosin modified phenolic resin.
Rosin modified phenolic resin
The invention relates to a high molecular product generated by chemical reaction of alkylphenol, formaldehyde, polyalcohol and rosin. Due to the unique honeycomb structural characteristic, good pigment wetting property, good compatibility with high polymer matrix and low price, the pigment is used in various industries and fields of rubber, adhesives, coatings, papermaking, printing ink and the like.
In a preferred embodiment, the rosin-modified phenolic resin of the present invention is a product commercially available from wasteland Japan under the trademark TAMANOL 135.
In a preferred embodiment, the raw materials for preparing the environment-friendly hot melt adhesive for spring mattresses also comprise pure monomer resin.
Pure monomer resin
The pure monomer resin, i.e., AMS pure monomer resin, of the present invention generally refers to a-methylstyrene monomer, which is a by-product of the cumene process for producing phenol and acetone, and can also be prepared by the dehydrogenation of cumene, and generally refers to a low molecular weight polymer obtained by polymerizing a-methylstyrene monomer, which is a type of hydrocarbon petroleum resin.
In a preferred embodiment, the neat monomer resin of the present invention is a product commercially available from arizona chemical usa under the designation Sylvares SA 100.
In a preferred embodiment, the weight ratio of the rosin-modified phenolic resin to the pure monomer resin is 1 (0.5-0.7).
The inventor finds that the rosin modified phenolic resin has better initial viscosity in the research process, and the pure monomer resin can improve the processability due to better compatibility between the rosin modified phenolic resin and the pure monomer resin, so that the functional group interaction between the rosin modified phenolic resin, the intermolecular force are greatly enhanced, and the cohesive force is higher. When the weight ratio of the rosin modified phenolic resin to the pure monomer resin is 1 (0.5-0.7), the invention has better initial viscosity and permanent viscosity.
In a preferred embodiment, the raw material for preparing the environmentally-friendly hot melt adhesive for spring mattresses according to the present invention further comprises polyethylene terephthalate ionomer.
Polyethylene terephthalate ionomers
The polyethylene terephthalate ionomer of the present invention refers to a polyethylene terephthalate-based ionomer.
In a preferred embodiment, the starting materials for the preparation of the polyethylene terephthalate ionomers of the present invention include polyethylene terephthalate, pyromellitic anhydride.
In a preferred embodiment, the polyethylene terephthalate ionomer of the present invention is prepared by a condensation reaction of polyethylene terephthalate and pyromellitic anhydride.
In a preferred embodiment, the step of preparing the polyethylene terephthalate ionomer of the present invention comprises: uniformly mixing polyethylene glycol terephthalate, pyromellitic dianhydride and zinc hydroxide, and carrying out melt blending in a plasticizing recorder at the blending temperature of 270 ℃ at the rotating speed of 40r/min to obtain a polyethylene glycol terephthalate ionomer; wherein the mass ratio of the polyethylene terephthalate to the pyromellitic dianhydride to the zinc hydroxide is 100:1.2: 1.8.
In the process of research, the inventor of the present application finds that the polyethylene terephthalate ionomer can not only increase the dispersibility of the system, but also enable the components to have good compatibility, so that the processability of the product is more excellent. Surprisingly, when the polyethylene terephthalate ionomer is used, the cohesiveness of the product is greatly improved, and when the weight ratio of the polyethylene terephthalate ionomer to the amino-terminated hyperbranched polyamide is 1 (0.5-0.7), the invention has excellent cohesiveness and low odor performance. The inventor conjectures that the polyethylene terephthalate ionomer causes physical crosslinking of molecular chains to form ion pair aggregates, and simultaneously, the system is mutually associated to generate a large crosslinked network structure through physical actions such as hydrogen bonds and the like between the polyethylene terephthalate ionomer and amino-terminated hyperbranched polyamide, so that the adsorption capacity to gas is improved.
