Therefore, whether the carbon sliding plates of the pantograph are installed horizontally to avoid one-side warping is judged through distance numbers detected by the two distance measuring sensors, and whether the two carbon sliding plates on the same pantograph bracket are at the same horizontal height can be detected. Thus, the adjustment can be carried out by feeding back the rotating bolt of the electric screwdriver. The specific distance measuring sensor can be fixedly connected with the lower part of the upright post through the pantograph bracket, so that the suspended arrangement of the distance measuring sensor is realized.
In this embodiment, the distance measuring sensor is a grating sensor.
Thus, the sensor has high precision and is suitable for horizontal adjustment.
When the carbon pantograph slide plate mounting device is used, the whole device is horizontally mounted on the top of a train, then the mounting device is pushed into the lower part of a pantograph bracket, a bolt is screwed down through an electric screwdriver, so that an old pantograph carbon slide plate is separated from the pantograph bracket, a swing rod is driven by a first driving motor to swing to the lower part of the old pantograph, the old pantograph carbon slide plate is fixed on a placing bracket at the upper end of the swing rod through upward jacking of a cam, then the old pantograph carbon slide plate swings to a placing station at one side of a storage device, jacking and downward placement are completed through a jacking cam, the old pantograph carbon slide plate is placed on a placing rack at the placing station, the swing rod moves out of place, the placing rack with a new pantograph carbon slide plate is moved to the placing station by vertical circulating motion of the storage device, the swing rod swings to the lower part of the placing station to fix the new pantograph carbon slide plate on the placing bracket through jacking, the swing rod swings to the placing station on, the novel pantograph carbon slide plate is placed on an installation station, then is compressed tightly through a T pressing head, is automatically installed through an electric screwdriver, is installed and corrected by combining a distance measuring sensor, is lifted to stop compressing through an automatic control pressing head when the distance measuring sensor detects that data difference values of all points are out of an allowable error range, and controls the electric screwdrivers to correspondingly rotate forward and backward to realize efficient installation and adjustment.

Claims (9)

1. A pantograph carbon slide plate mounting and replacing method is characterized by comprising the following steps: the device comprises a pantograph carbon slide plate, a conveyor device, a storage device, a screw screwing device, a plurality of placing station cycles, a conveying device and a storage device, wherein the pantograph carbon slide plate to be replaced is automatically loosened and connected with the pantograph bracket;
the above method is realized based on a device which comprises a horizontally arranged storage device, wherein a plurality of horizontal pantograph carbon slide plate placing stations are arranged on the storage device, and the placing stations can enable the pantograph carbon slide plates to be horizontally placed on the placing stations and are provided with movable grabbing parts; the carbon slide plate installing device comprises a storage device and a screw screwing device, wherein the storage device is arranged at an interval with the screw screwing device, the screw screwing device is arranged at the upper end of the upright column in a vertical mode, the upright column is arranged in the vertical mode and can extend into the position, right below a carbon slide plate installing station on the pantograph support, the two upright columns are arranged in the width direction of the pantograph support at intervals, the interval width of the two upright columns is the interval distance between two installing holes in the pantograph carbon slide plate, and the; still including setting up the conveyor between storage device and installation device, conveyor can realize that the horizontal transfer of pantograph carbon slide between placing the station and installing the station is placed.

The pantograph carbon slide mounting and replacing method according to claim 2, further comprising a pressing device arranged on the mounting device and located between the two sets of columns, wherein the pressing device comprises a vertically arranged overall T-shaped pressing head, a vertical telescopic device and a rotating device are arranged at the lower end of the pressing head, the horizontal length of the pressing device is larger than the spacing width between the two sets of columns, the vertical telescopic device can drive the pressing head to vertically extend out of the upper end of the column by the thickness of one pantograph carbon slide, and the rotating device can drive the pressing head to rotate, so that the pressing head can be switched between being parallel and perpendicular to the length direction of the pantograph carbon slide.

The pantograph carbon slide plate mounting and replacing method according to claim 2, further comprising a mounting detection device, wherein the mounting detection device is arranged on at least two distance measurement sensors which are arranged above the same mounting station at intervals along the length direction of the pantograph carbon slide plate, the measurement ends of the distance measurement sensors are arranged downwards and are positioned on the same vertical height, and the distance measurement sensors are at least one distance higher than the thickness of the pantograph carbon slide plate on the mounting station; the method comprises the steps of obtaining detection data of a plurality of distance measuring sensors of a new pantograph carbon sliding plate in the installation process, judging whether the obtained detection data are in a preset qualified data range, if so, completing connection of the new pantograph carbon sliding plate and a pantograph bracket, and if not, feeding back to a screw screwing device to be adjusted through a first jacking device and an electric screwdriver in a coordinated mode until the detection data are in the preset qualified data range.
