Abstract
The invention relates to a control method of an air purification device and the air purification device. Specifically, the control method comprises the following steps: obtaining an air quantity value and a noise value; before the noise value is larger than the target noise value, controlling the air supply module according to the air volume value and the first target air volume value so as to keep the air volume at the air supply opening at the first target air volume value; after the noise value is larger than the target noise value, controlling the air supply module according to the noise value and the target noise value so as to keep the noise generated by the air purification device at the target noise value and judge whether the air volume value is smaller than a second target air volume value or not; and if the air volume value is smaller than the second target air volume value, judging that the filtering module loses the filtering function. The air supply quantity of the air purification device can be controlled according to the noise value, the air supply quantity of the air purification device can be ensured to be constant as much as possible, the noise of the air purification device can not rise any more and the air supply quantity is larger as much as possible when the noise is higher, and a comfortable living and working environment is provided for users.

detecting the air quantity at the air supply opening by using the air quantity detection module to obtain an air quantity value; detecting the noise generated by the air purification device by using the noise detection module to obtain a noise value;
controlling an air supply module according to the air quantity value and a first target air quantity value so as to keep the air quantity at the air supply opening at the first target air quantity value until the noise value is larger than the target noise value;
controlling an air supply module according to the noise value and the target noise value so as to keep the noise generated by the air purification device at the target noise value and judge whether the air volume value is smaller than the second target air volume value; and if the air volume value is smaller than the second target air volume value, judging that the filtering module loses the filtering function.
Optionally, the first target air flow value and the second target air flow value are determined according to a room area.
Optionally, a ratio between the first target air volume value and the second target air volume value is 1.5 to 2.1.
Optionally, the air supply module is controlled using a PID controller.
Optionally, the control method further includes: before first powering on, a room area signal is received.
Optionally, the first target air flow value is 13 to 17 times the room area.
On the other hand, the invention also provides an air purification device adopting any one of the control methods, which comprises an air supply outlet, a filtering module, an air supply module, an air volume detection module and a noise detection module; the air supply module is configured to promote air to flow to the air supply outlet after being filtered by the filtering module; the air volume detection module is configured to detect the air volume at the air supply port; the noise detection module is configured to detect noise generated by the air purification device.

According to the control method of the air purification device and the air purification device, the air output of the air purification device can be controlled according to the noise value, the air output of the air purification device can be ensured to be constant as much as possible, the noise of the air purification device can be prevented from rising as much as possible when the noise is high, the air output is larger, and a comfortable living and working environment is provided for users; remind the user to change or wash filter module, control is convenient, and the suggestion is accurate, under the environment that guarantees that the user uses comfortablely, prolongs filter module's life as far as possible, perhaps prolongs filter module's washing time interval, and is with low costs.

As shown in fig. 1, an embodiment of the present invention provides a control method of an air purification apparatus. The air purification device can comprise an air supply outlet, a filtering module, an air supply module, an air quantity detection module and a noise detection module. The air supply module is configured to promote the air to flow to the air supply outlet after being filtered by the filtering module. The air volume detection module is configured to detect the air volume at the air supply port. The noise detection module is configured to detect noise generated by the air purification device. The filtering module is preferably a filter screen, and the air supply module is preferably a fan. The control method of the air purification device can comprise the following steps:
detecting the air quantity at the air supply opening by using an air quantity detection module to obtain an air quantity value; and detecting the noise generated by the air purification device by using a noise detection module to obtain a noise value.
And controlling an air supply module according to the air volume value and a first target air volume value so as to keep the air volume at the air supply port at the first target air volume value until the noise value is greater than the target noise value. That is, before the noise value is greater than the target noise value, the air supply module is controlled in a constant air volume mode according to the first target air volume value.
After the noise value is larger than the target noise value, controlling the air supply module according to the noise value and the target noise value so as to keep the noise generated by the air purification device at the target noise value and judge whether the air volume value is smaller than a second target air volume value or not; and if the air volume value is smaller than the second target air volume value, judging that the filtering module loses the filtering function. If the air volume value is larger than or equal to the second target air volume value, the air purification device can continue to work until the air volume value is smaller than the second target air volume value, and the filtering module is judged to lose the filtering function. Further, the air supply module is controlled by a PID controller.
That is, after the air purification device is started, the electric power and the rotating speed of the fan are measured to control, the rotating speed of the fan is adjusted by the PID to meet the constant air volume, and meanwhile, the noise value is required to be smaller than or equal to the target noise value while the constant air volume is met. And when the constant air volume is met and the noise value is greater than the target noise value, entering the next control logic and not returning to the previous logic. At this time, the target noise value can be used as a control target, PID adjustment is carried out, the rotating speed of the fan is adjusted to meet the noise value of the equipment, whether the air volume value is smaller than a second target air volume value or not is judged at this time, and the second target air volume value can be the minimum air volume meeting the purification effect. If the air volume value is smaller than the second target air volume value, the filtering module is considered to lose the filtering function, and the filter screen needs to be replaced.
The inventor finds that along with the use of the air purification device, if the constant air volume is continuously ensured by increasing the rotating speed, the noise of the air purification device is increased, and after the noise is increased to a certain degree, the life and the work of a user can be influenced. Therefore, the inventor proposes to control the operation of the fan according to the noise value, to make the air purification device operate according to the constant air volume of the first target air volume value before the noise reaches the preset target noise value, and to make the air purification device operate according to the constant noise value after the noise value reaches the preset target noise value, so as to make the noise of the air purification device not rise any more and make the air supply volume larger as much as possible when the noise is higher, and to keep a comfortable living and working environment as much as possible. The control method provided by the invention not only ensures the air volume of the air purification device, but also meets the noise index, thereby meeting the comfort requirement of the air purification device. In order to improve the detection accuracy, a plurality of detection modules can be adopted to simultaneously detect and take an average value, and a plurality of continuously detected numerical values can also be taken to carry out average calculation to obtain the average value.
In some embodiments of the invention, the first target air flow value and the second target air flow value are determined as a function of room area. I.e., Q ═ KS, K is a multiple, and S is the room area. Before first powering on, a room area signal is received. The first target air flow value is 13 to 17 times, preferably 15 times the room area. The ratio between the first target air volume value and the second target air volume value is 1.5 to 2.1. The second target air flow value is preferably 8 times the room area. The target noise value may be 43dB to 48dB, preferably 45dB, 48 dB. The second target air volume may be a minimum air volume satisfying the purification effect.
The embodiment of the invention also provides an air purification device adopting any one of the control methods, which comprises an air supply outlet, a filtering module, an air supply module, an air volume detection module and a noise detection module; the air supply module is configured to promote the air to flow to the air supply outlet after being filtered by the filtering module; the air quantity detection module is configured to detect the air quantity at the air supply opening; the noise detection module is configured to detect noise generated by the air purification device. Further, the air purification device is a fresh air fan or indoor air circulation purification equipment. The PID controller and the noise rotating speed amplitude limiting module can be adopted for control, so that the constant air volume control is carried out when the noise is low, and the constant noise control is carried out when the noise is high to obtain the large air supply volume under the constant noise.

The control method of the air purification device is characterized in that the air purification device comprises an air supply outlet, a filtering module, an air supply module, an air quantity detection module and a noise detection module; the air supply module is configured to promote air to flow to the air supply outlet after being filtered by the filtering module; the air volume detection module is configured to detect the air volume at the air supply port; the noise detection module is configured to detect noise generated by the air purification device; wherein the control method comprises the following steps:
detecting the noise generated by the air purification device by using the noise detection module to obtain a noise value; detecting the air quantity at the air supply opening by using the air quantity detection module to obtain an air quantity value;
controlling an air supply module according to the air quantity value and a first target air quantity value so as to keep the air quantity at the air supply opening at the first target air quantity value until the noise value is larger than the target noise value;
controlling an air supply module according to the noise value and the target noise value so as to keep the noise generated by the air purification device at the target noise value and judge whether the air volume value is smaller than a second target air volume value; if the air volume value is smaller than the second target air volume value, judging that the filtering module loses the filtering function; a ratio between the first target air flow value and the second target air flow value is 1.5 to 2.1.
