The invention is further described with reference to the drawings and the specific embodiments below: the invention relates to an auxiliary device for treating neck and shoulder diseases by using a traditional Chinese medicine directional drug-penetrating therapeutic apparatus, which is shown in fig. 1-15, and comprises a support bracket, a support pad 20, a fixing sheet 24, a neck hanging belt 25 matched with the fixing sheet 24, a left shoulder upper fixing belt 27, a right shoulder upper fixing belt 28 and a shoulder lower fixing belt 29; as shown in fig. 1 to 8, the support bracket includes a base 1, and a left slide card 2 and a right slide card 3 connected to the base 1 in a penetrating manner, wherein a top support wing 30 is fixedly connected to a middle portion of the base 1, the top support wing 30 is used for preventing the head from excessively ascending or descending when a patient is lying down, and for supporting the head of the patient, so that the neck of the patient is in a fully extended state, the base 1 has a thickness of 3cm and a width of 45cm, two rows of wing grooves (see fig. 8) with identical size, depth, shallow shape are respectively arranged at positions 5cm from the center line of the base 1 in the left and right directions, and the wing grooves include: a left wing groove 16, a left wing groove 17, a right wing groove 18, a right wing groove 19; the size of the wing groove is matched with the width and thickness of the supporting wings, the inclination is 45 degrees, the inclination depth is 2cm (see figure 3), the distance between the wing grooves is 2cm, and the design of a plurality of wing grooves in each row is convenient for adjusting the distance between the left supporting wing and the right supporting wing so as to adapt to head shapes with different sizes. As shown in fig. 9 and 10, the support pad 20 is made of a waterproof fabric (latex) and is internally filled with a square pad of soft filler (cotton, silk floss or sponge) having a thickness of 5cm, which can prevent the patient from lying on the back and separating the head, neck and shoulder. The back of the support cushion 20 is provided with 8 fixed cushion belts 21, nylon velcro belts a22 and nylon hook belts a23 are arranged at two ends of the fixed cushion belts 21, and the fixed cushion belts 21 are buckled on the support wings and the fixing wings 31, so that the support cushion 20 can be prevented from sliding in disorder.

As shown in fig. 11 to 16, the fixing piece 24 is a single layer, and is made of soft and waterproof fabric (rubber), so that the fixing piece 24 is wrapped on the outer surfaces of a medicine cloth piece and an electrode plate immersed with liquid medicine, the medicine cloth piece can be prevented from being contacted with a bed sheet, a bedding and clothes, the bed sheet, the bedding and the clothes are prevented from being soaked with the liquid medicine, the fixing piece 24 is divided into an upper part, a middle part and a lower part, the upper part is a neck piece, and two sides of the middle part are shoulder pieces 40; the upper part is 40cm long, the width is 40cm, the middle part is 20cm vertically, the transverse length is 50cm, the lower part is 30cm vertically, the transverse length is 50cm (see figure 10), the length, the width and the shape of the fixing piece 24 are designed, and rubber fabrics with softness and elasticity are used, so that the medicine cloth pad can be better attached to the skin of a human body according to the uneven convexity and concavity of the neck and the shoulder of the human body, the back of the fixing piece 24 is provided with a velcro velvet belt b32, a velcro velvet belt c33 and a velcro velvet belt d34 which are respectively matched with a velcro hook belt c37 on the neck hanging belt 25, a velcro belt d38 on the left shoulder upper fixing belt 27 and the right shoulder upper fixing belt 28 are matched with a velcro hook belt e39 on the middle part of the lower shoulder fixing belt 29, a velcro hook belt b36 and a velcro velvet belt e35 are further arranged at two ends of the lower fixing belt 29, and the velcro velvet belt b32, the velcro velvet belt b36 and the velcro velvet belt e35 are used for being fixed with the hook tapes of the left shoulder upper and the right shoulder upper fixing belt 28, and the hook 3 and the hook belt d on the left shoulder upper shoulder fixing belt 25 are designed to be matched with the hook velcro belt b and the hook 3; the neck hanging belt 25, the left shoulder upper fixing belt 27, the right shoulder upper fixing belt 28 and the lower shoulder fixing belt 29 are made of elastic belts, a plurality of neck belt holes 26 and neck belt holes 41 are formed in the neck hanging belt 25, and the neck belt holes 26 are larger than the neck belt holes 41; the left shoulder fixing band 27 and the right shoulder fixing band 28 are identical in size, shape, 0.2cm in thickness, 6cm in width and 60cm in length, and the lower shoulder fixing band 29 is 120cm in length, so that the left shoulder fixing band 27 and the right shoulder fixing band 28 are convenient to wind and fix for multiple circles when the front wall, the rear wall and the side wall of the shoulder are treated in an omnibearing manner.

The application method of the invention comprises the following steps: a. the distance between the left slide card 2 and the right slide card 3 is adjusted according to the size of the head and neck of different patients, then the heights of the supporting wings are adjusted, and the free ends of the left head supporting wing 4, the right head supporting wing 7, the left neck supporting wing 10 and the right neck supporting wing 13 are inserted into proper wing grooves; b. placing a support pad 20 between the left slide card 2 and the right slide card 3, and tying a fixed pad belt 21 on the corresponding left head support wing 4, right head support wing 7, left neck support wing 10, right neck support wing 13 and fixed wing 31 respectively; c. the fixing piece 24 is paved on the support cushion 20, the neck hanging belt 25, the left shoulder upper fixing belt 27, the right shoulder upper fixing belt 28 and the lower shoulder fixing belt 29 are unfolded and placed at proper positions (see figure 1), the patient is kept on the hand to lie down, the head and the neck are placed at the corresponding positions on the fixing piece 24, and the position of the patient is adjusted, so that the patient is in an optimal and comfortable state; d. when a patient only needs to treat the neck, the medicine cloth pad immersed with the medicine liquid is placed on the part of the patient to be treated along with the neck skin, the electrode plate is placed on the medicine cloth pad (the medicine cloth pad is larger than the electrode plate), two sides of the upper part of the fixing plate 24 are folded up and covered outside the electrode plate and the medicine cloth pad, the thin end of the neck hanging belt 25 is crossly hung on the left neck hanging peak a11 of the left neck supporting wing 10 and the right neck hanging peak a14 of the right neck supporting wing 13 through the neck belt hole 26 at the wide end (the neck hanging belt 25 is crossly hung on the left neck hanging peak a11 of the left neck supporting wing 10 and the right neck hanging peak a14 on the right neck supporting wing 13, so that the neck hanging belt 25 can be prevented from tying the neck of the patient to influence the respiration of the patient); e. when the patient only needs to treat the shoulder, the lower shoulder fixing belt 29 is buckled on the chest of the patient through the nylon buckle, the medical cloth pad immersed with the medical liquid is adhered to the skin of the shoulder of the patient, the medical cloth pad is placed on the front wall and the rear wall of the shoulder of the patient, the electrode plate is placed on the medical cloth pad (the medical cloth pad is larger than the electrode plate), the upper and lower sides of the shoulder plate of the fixing sheet 24 are folded downwards and upwards, the outer surfaces of the electrode plate and the medical cloth pad are wrapped, the left upper shoulder fixing belt 27 and the right upper shoulder fixing belt 28 cross the shoulder hole of the patient, the lower shoulder fixing belt 29 is penetrated, the electrode plate and the medical cloth pad inside the shoulder plate are wound and fixed after being reversely folded, and after all the positions needing to be treated are fixed, the treatment machine is opened to adjust the treatment intensity for the patient to treat.
