本发明涉及一种超韧型复合木材,主要由以质量份数计的以下成分组成:废弃木屑80‑100份、牛皮纸5‑10份、松木颗粒15‑20份、无纺布20‑30份、油酸0.5‑0.8份、胶黏剂20‑30份、填充材料30‑40份、纳米二氧化硅颗粒3‑5份。本发明通过在传统的复合木材中添加纳米二氧化硅与油酸的混合物使得木材的韧性大大提高、加工性能进一步优化。

技术领域
本发明涉及木质家具材料制备技术领域,尤其涉及一种超韧型复合木材。
背景技术
现有的复合木材由于全部使用木料颗粒、木材本身的强度以及韧性均远不如实木制品,且由于大量使用胶黏剂,使得木材对人体健康具有一定的不利影响。
发明内容
为了解决上述技术问题,提供一种韧性超好、环保性能好、强度高的复合木材,本发明提供以下技术方案:
一种超韧型复合木材,由以质量份数计的以下成分组成:废弃木屑80-100份、牛皮纸5-10份、松木颗粒15-20份、无纺布20-30份、油酸0.5-0.8份、胶黏剂20-30份、填充材料30-40份、纳米二氧化硅颗粒3-5份。
进一步的,所述胶黏剂为天然型无甲醛的胶黏剂。
进一步的,所述填充材料为塑料颗粒。
进一步的,所述塑料颗粒为PET颗粒。
本发明的有益效果在于:通过在传统的复合木材中添加纳米二氧化硅与油酸的混合物使得木材的韧性大大提高、加工性能进一步优化。

一种超韧型复合木材,由以质量份数计的以下成分组成:废弃木屑80份、牛皮纸5份、松木颗粒15份、无纺布20份、油酸0.5份、胶黏剂20份、填充材料30份、纳米二氧化硅颗粒5份。所述胶黏剂为天然型无甲醛的胶黏剂。所述填充材料为塑料颗粒。所述塑料颗粒为PET颗粒。
实施例2、
一种超韧型复合木材,由以质量份数计的以下成分组成:废弃木屑90份、牛皮纸8份、松木颗粒18份、无纺布25份、油酸0.6份、胶黏剂25份、填充材料35份、纳米二氧化硅颗粒3份。所述胶黏剂为天然型无甲醛的胶黏剂。所述填充材料为塑料颗粒。所述塑料颗粒为PET颗粒。

1.一种超韧型复合木材,其特征在于:由以质量份数计的以下成分组成:废弃木屑80-100份、牛皮纸5-10份、松木颗粒15-20份、无纺布20-30份、油酸0.5-0.8份、胶黏剂20-30份、填充材料30-40份、纳米二氧化硅颗粒3-5份。
