Referring to fig. 1, the municipal sewage treatment system disclosed by the invention comprises a treatment chamber 1, wherein the treatment chamber 1 is connected with a water receiving pipe 11 and a water outlet pipe 12, a filter plate 2 is arranged in the treatment chamber 1, the filter plate 2 divides the treatment chamber 1 into a sewage cavity 13 and a clear water cavity positioned below the sewage cavity 13, and the clear water cavity is connected with the water outlet pipe 12. A magnetic frame 111 is arranged in the sewage cavity 13, and the magnetic frame 111 is positioned at the communication position of the sewage cavity 13 and the water receiving pipe 11.
Referring to fig. 1 and 6, a collection box 3 and a push plate 4 are arranged in the sewage chamber 13, a collection port 33 is arranged on the side wall of the collection box 3 close to the push plate 4, and a drain hole 34 is arranged on the collection box 3.
With reference to fig. 3 and 4, the collecting box 3 is provided with a frame 6, a rotating assembly 62 is arranged between the frame 6 and the collecting box 3, and the rotating assembly 62 is used for rotating the collecting box 3 to drive the collecting port 33 to face upwards. The rotating assembly 62 comprises a rotating shaft 621 fixedly connected with the collecting box 3, the rotating shaft 621 is rotatably connected with the frame 6, and the rotating shaft 621 is connected with a waterproof motor 622. A dismounting assembly 61 is arranged between the frame 6 and the collecting box 3, the dismounting assembly 61 comprises a dismounting plate 611 fixedly connected with the collecting box 3, a plurality of dismounting bolts 612 are arranged between the dismounting plate 611 and the rotating shaft 621, and the rotating shaft 621 and the collecting box 3 are detachably and fixedly connected through the dismounting bolts 612. The waterproof motor 622 drives the rotation shaft 621 to rotate or be stationary, so that the collection container 3 rotates or is stationary.
As shown in fig. 4, a vertical sliding assembly 31 is arranged between the collecting box 3 and the processing chamber 1, the vertical sliding assembly 31 includes a vertically arranged slide rail 311, a slide block 312 is connected to the slide rail 311 in a sliding manner, and the slide block 312 is fixedly connected to the frame 6.

As shown in fig. 7, a receiving plate 7 fixedly connected to the processing chamber 1 is disposed at the top of the processing chamber 1, an extending plate 71 is disposed above the receiving plate 7, a telescopic member 72 is disposed between the extending plate 71 and the receiving plate 7, the telescopic member 72 in this embodiment is a telescopic cylinder fixedly connected to the receiving plate 7, the telescopic cylinder allows the extending plate 71 to extend to the bottom of the collecting box 3 to receive the collecting box 3, and a plurality of water dripping holes 711 are disposed on the extending plate 71.
Referring to fig. 8, a water storage cavity 74 is arranged inside the receiving plate 7, a water falling groove 75 communicated with the water storage cavity 74 is arranged on the upper surface of the receiving plate 7, and a return pipe is communicated between the water storage cavity 74 and the clean water cavity. The outer wall of the treatment chamber 1 is provided with an escalator 73, the escalator 73 is arranged obliquely, and the top of the escalator 73 extends to the bearing plate 7.
Referring back to fig. 3, the push plate 4 is provided with a first water through hole 43, the outer wall of the push plate 4 abuts against the inner wall of the sewage chamber 13, a horizontal sliding assembly 41 is arranged between the push plate 4 and the treatment chamber 1, the horizontal sliding assembly 41 is used for sliding the push plate 4 in the treatment chamber 1, the horizontal sliding assembly 41 in the embodiment is a sliding groove 411 arranged on the upper surface of the filter plate 2 and a sliding block 412 connected in the sliding groove 411 in a sliding manner, the sliding groove 411 is horizontally arranged in the length direction, and the sliding block 412 is fixedly connected with the push plate 4. A driving assembly 42 is arranged between the push plate 4 and the processing chamber 1, the driving assembly 42 drives the push plate 4 to move away from or close to the collecting box 3, and the driving assembly 42 in the embodiment is a pushing air cylinder.
As shown in fig. 3, the collecting box 3 is provided with a sealing cover 5 for sealing the collecting port 33, a second water passing through hole 51 communicated with the first water passing through hole 43 is arranged on the sealing cover 5, an inserting assembly 52 is arranged between the sealing cover 5 and the push plate 4, and the inserting assembly 52 comprises an inserting rod 521 fixedly connected with the sealing cover 5 and an inserting hole 522 arranged on the push plate 4. Between the cover 5 and the collecting chamber 3 there is provided a suction assembly which provides a suction force to the cover 5 to separate the cover 5 from the push plate 4. The attraction assembly comprises a first magnetic plate 531 fixedly arranged on the collecting box 3 and a second magnetic plate 532 fixedly arranged on the cover 5, and the opposite magnetic poles of the first magnetic plate 531 and the second magnetic plate 532 are opposite.
The implementation principle of the embodiment is as follows: sewage enters the treatment chamber 1 from the water receiving pipe 11, the filter plate 2 treats the sewage, a plurality of garbage sundries are shielded above the filter plate 2, after a period of time, the driving component 42 and the horizontal sliding component 41 are matched to push the push plate 4, and the push plate 4 pushes the garbage sundries towards the collection box 3 until the garbage sundries are pushed into the collection port 33. As shown in fig. 3, the push plate 4 drives the sealing cover 5 to move together when pushing the garbage sundries until the sealing cover 5 is attracted by the attraction component after being close to the collection box 3, the sealing cover 5 is separated from the push plate 4, the sealing cover 5 is attracted by the attraction component and is adsorbed at the collection port 33, the effect of sealing the collection port 33 under water is realized, and the garbage sundries in the collection box 3 are prevented from falling off in the process that the collection box 3 is lifted upwards. When the collecting box 3 collects the garbage, the collecting port 33 is located at the side, and the collecting port 33 can be upward by the rotating assembly 62 after the garbage is collected. As shown in fig. 4, the lifting assembly 32 and the vertical sliding assembly 31 cooperate to lift the collecting box 3 upwards to above the processing chamber 1, the extending plate 71 extends out to support the collecting box 3, and a worker separates the collecting box 3 from the frame 6 and puts the collecting box 3 in the sewage after replacing the overhead collecting box. Referring to fig. 7, the extension plate 71 drives the collecting box 3 filled with the garbage sundries to return to the upper part of the receiving plate 7, and the water in the collecting box 3 falls into the receiving plate 7 and finally returns to the clean water cavity. To sum up, the workers can conveniently and intensively clean the garbage sundries, and the effect of improving the cleaning efficiency is achieved.
