Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of space-based weapons, in particular to a space reserve mechanism.
Background
In order to ensure that a certain launching system continuously launches armatures, a certain number of armatures need to be stored for the launching system, and the armatures are conveyed to the positions of the rifles in sequence to be ready for pushing the armatures. The reserve mechanism needs to solve the problems of large armature capacity, reliable delivery in place and adaptation to the shape of the armature.
In the existing storage mechanisms, the storage mechanisms in the forms of a drum magazine, a disc magazine, a spiral magazine and the like adopted on the automatic firearms have large capacity for storage pieces, but are limited to regular storage pieces and have no adaptability to unqualified storage pieces; the elasticity chain has poor adaptability to the space environment due to the weight loss effect of the space environment; the rotary type storage mechanism adopted on the artillery system has the advantages that the distribution density of internal storage parts is low, the overall size envelope is large, and excessive cabin resources are occupied.
Disclosure of Invention
In view of this, the invention provides a space storage mechanism with large capacity and reliable transportation.
The technical scheme adopted by the invention is as follows:
a space storage mechanism comprises a movable roller, a fixed roller, an incomplete external gear, an incomplete internal gear and more than two cartridge clip assemblies;
the movable roller is coaxially arranged outside the fixed roller and forms a revolute pair with the fixed roller through a bearing, more than two cartridge clip assemblies are arranged on the outer circumferential surface of the movable roller, the incomplete external gear is arranged on the fixed roller and is eccentric with the geometric center of the fixed roller, the incomplete internal gear is fixed on the movable roller and is concentric with the geometric center of the movable roller, and the incomplete external gear and the incomplete internal gear form an indexing mechanism;
the incomplete outer gear is a driving part, the incomplete gear rotates for a circle to drive the incomplete inner gear to rotate for a fixed angle and lock the incomplete inner gear, and meanwhile, the movable roller rotates for a fixed angle, namely, the cartridge clip assembly reaches an output port; the storage part is arranged in the cartridge clip assembly and is conveyed to the bore along the vertical direction under the action of the compression spring in the cartridge clip assembly.
Furthermore, a shifting fork is arranged on the cartridge clip assembly, and a roller is mounted at the end part of the shifting fork and is attached to a cylindrical cam groove formed in the outer circumference of the fixed roller.
Furthermore, the cylindrical cam groove is a set track, so that the cartridge clip assembly can freely slide along the axial direction of the movable roller according to the set track, and the loading and unloading actions can be continuously realized.
Furthermore, a T-shaped boss is arranged on the outer circumferential surface of the movable roller, a T-shaped groove is formed in the outer portion of the cartridge clip assembly, and when the cartridge clip assembly moves along the axis direction of the movable roller, the T-shaped boss is in sliding fit with the T-shaped groove.
Further, the cartridge clip assembly comprises a cartridge clip shell, a compression spring and a supporting plate;
the inner wall surface of the cartridge shell is provided with a groove, the opposite surface of the cartridge shell is provided with two right-angle grooves, and the storage piece is limited by the groove and the two right-angle grooves; one end of the compression spring is fixed on the bottom surface inside the cartridge shell, the other end of the compression spring is fixed on the bottom surface of the supporting plate, the storage part is stacked on the upper surface of the supporting plate, and the compression spring is compressed under the action of gravity.
Has the advantages that:
1. the invention is provided with more than two cartridge clip assemblies, has enough capacity to store an armature, realizes the locking of a specific angle by utilizing the intermittent rotation of the indexing mechanism when the armature is conveyed, designs a plurality of indexing positions, locks the cartridge clip at each indexing position, realizes the accurate positioning of different cartridge clip assemblies, accurately conveys the cartridge clip assemblies to an output port in sequence, and realizes the reliable conveying of the armature;
and secondly, more than two cartridge clip assemblies are arranged on the outer circumferential surface of the movable roller and are distributed circumferentially, so that the structure is compact and the cartridge clip assemblies are convenient to install and adjust.
2. The cylindrical cam groove is a set track, so that the cartridge clip assembly can freely slide along the axial direction of the movable roller according to the set track, the loading and unloading actions are continuously realized, and the reliability of conveying the armature is further improved.
3. The outer circumferential surface of the movable roller is provided with the T-shaped boss, the outer part of the cartridge clip assembly is provided with the T-shaped groove, and when the cartridge clip assembly moves along the axial direction of the movable roller, the T-shaped boss is in sliding fit with the T-shaped groove to play a role in guiding, so that the linear motion precision of the cartridge clip assembly is ensured.
4. The inner wall surface of the cartridge clip shell is provided with the groove and the two right-angle grooves, the armature is limited by the groove and the two right-angle grooves, the shape of the armature is adapted, the linear motion precision of the armature in the cartridge clip shell is ensured, and meanwhile, the friction resistance is reduced.

Detailed Description
The invention is described in detail below by way of example with reference to the accompanying drawings.
The space reserve mechanism provided by the invention comprises ten cartridge clip assemblies, an incomplete internal gear 16, a bearing 17, an incomplete external gear 18, a fixed roller 19 and a movable roller 20, as shown in fig. 1 and 2; the reservoir is an armature 11.
The movable roller 20 is coaxially arranged outside the fixed roller 19 and forms a rotating pair with the fixed roller 19 through the bearing 17. The ten cartridge clip components are respectively: cartridge clip I1, cartridge clip II 2, cartridge clip III 3, cartridge clip IV 4, cartridge clip V5, cartridge clip VI 6, cartridge clip VII 7, cartridge clip VIII 8, cartridge clip IX 9, cartridge clip X10, ten cartridge clip components are installed in proper order at the outer periphery of movable roller 20, be equipped with the shift fork on the cartridge clip component, shift fork tip installation gyro wheel 12, with the laminating of the cylinder cam groove that sets up on the 19 outer circumference of fixed cylinder, the cylinder cam groove is for setting for the orbit, make cartridge clip component according to should set for the orbit along the 20 axis direction free slip of movable roller. The set track is a composite motion track of circular motion and linear motion of the cartridge clip assembly. The outer circumferential surface of the movable roller 20 is provided with a T-shaped boss, the outside of the cartridge clip assembly is provided with a T-shaped groove, and when the cartridge clip assembly moves along the axial direction of the movable roller 20, the T-shaped boss is in sliding fit with the T-shaped groove.
The incomplete external gear 18 is installed on the fixed roller 19, hinged with a certain central point of the fixed roller 19 and eccentric with the geometric center of the fixed roller 19, the incomplete internal gear 16 is installed on the movable roller 20 and concentric with the geometric center of the movable roller 20, and the incomplete external gear 18 and the incomplete internal gear 16 form an indexing mechanism, as shown in fig. 4.
As shown in fig. 3, the cartridge holder assembly includes a cartridge holder case 13, a compression spring 15, and a retainer plate 14; the inner wall surface of the elastic clamping shell 13 is provided with a groove, two right-angle grooves are arranged on opposite surfaces of the elastic clamping shell, and the armature 11 is limited by the groove and the two right-angle grooves; one end of a compression spring 15 is fixed on the inner bottom surface of the cartridge case 13, the other end is fixed on the bottom surface of the supporting plate 14, the armature 11 is stacked on the upper surface of the supporting plate 14, and the compression spring 15 is compressed under the action of gravity.
The working process is as follows:
(1) initial loading
The incomplete external gear 18 is a driving part, the incomplete external gear 18 rotates for a circle to drive the incomplete internal gear 16 to rotate for a fixed angle and lock the incomplete internal gear 16, and correspondingly, the movable roller 20 rotates for a fixed angle, namely the movable roller 20 drives ten cartridge clip assemblies to rotate for a fixed angle; meanwhile, the ten cartridge clip assemblies are subjected to the action of the cylindrical cam grooves of the fixed roller 19 and move linearly along the axial directions of the movable roller 20 and the fixed roller 19 to convey the cartridge clips I1 to the positions of the bores, and the armature 11 is conveyed to the bores in sequence under the action of the compression spring 15.
(2) Loading and unloading
The incomplete gear 18 continuously rotates for a circle to drive the incomplete internal gear 16 to rotate for a fixed angle and lock the incomplete internal gear 16, and correspondingly, the movable roller 20 rotates for a fixed angle, namely the movable roller 20 drives ten cartridge clip assemblies to rotate for a fixed angle; meanwhile, the ten cartridge clips 10 are acted by the cylindrical cam grooves of the fixed roller 19 and move linearly along the axial directions of the movable roller 20 and the fixed roller 19, so that the cartridge clip I1 is withdrawn from the chamber opening position, meanwhile, the cartridge clip II 2 is conveyed to the chamber opening position, and the armature 11 is sequentially conveyed to the chamber opening under the action of the compression spring 15.
