9. The method of claim 7, wherein said determining a number of heating cycles of said heating device comprises:
when the temperature rising rate is smaller than or equal to a first threshold value, determining the circulating heating times of the heating device as first preset times;
when the temperature rising rate is larger than or equal to a second threshold value, determining the circulating heating times of the heating device as second preset times;
and when the temperature rising rate is between the first threshold value and the second threshold value, determining the circulating heating times of the heating device as a third preset time.
10. The method of claim 7, wherein the preset heating mode comprises:
after heating for the first preset time, stopping heating for the second preset time; or,
heating for a first preset time period under the first heating power, and then heating for a second preset time period under the second heating power.
11. The method of any one of claims 7 to 10, further comprising:
and when the temperature in the dish washing machine is more than or equal to a third temperature, or when the circulating heating frequency of the heating device is finished, controlling the starting device to be closed.
