Disclosure of Invention
In view of the above disadvantages of the prior art, the main object of the present invention is to provide a tearable multifunctional towel and a preparation method thereof, so as to meet various functional requirements of users under different situations.

Preferably, the mixed solution comprises, by weight, 1-5 parts of lecithin, 1.5-3 parts of polysorbate, 0.1-1 part of emulsified silicone oil, 0.5-2 parts of palmitic acid, 8-16 parts of hyaluronic acid, 1-5 parts of mineral oil, 22-46 parts of sorbitol, 21-38 parts of seaweed, 18-24 parts of fruit acid, 10-18 parts of sodium citrate, 10-25 parts of a functional assistant and 30-50 parts of deionized water.
Preferably, the wet weight is the mass percentage of the mixed solution in the non-woven fabric in a dry state, and the wet weight is 5-20%. The wet weight is too low, the effect of the wet towel for soaking the skin in the use process is limited, even the cleaning effect of the wet towel is lost, and in addition, the wet weight is too low, so that the effective functional ingredients in the wet towel are not favorably permeated to the skin through the protective film, and the sterilization treatment is carried out. Due to the fact that the wet weight is too heavy, a large amount of moisture absorbent, humectant and other ingredients need to be added, so that the addition of other effective functional ingredients is reduced, the whole preparation process is long in period, excessive moisture exists in the wet towel, degradation of capsule substances in the protective film is easily accelerated, alkaloid contained in the capsule is released too early, and the ideal using effect of the wet towel cannot be achieved.
Preferably, the functional auxiliary agent consists of plum blossom borneol, ardisia crenata, hydrozincite, tartaric acid, oxalic acid and deionized water. According to the weight parts, the functional auxiliary comprises the following components in parts by weight of 20-50: 10-30: 1-10: 5-10: 1-10: 10 to 30.
Preferably, the protective film is a double-layer composite film and consists of an inner layer film attached to the wet towel side and an outer layer film attached to the inner layer film, the inner layer film is a water-soluble film, and the outer layer film is a PE film and is 1-5 mm thick.
The water-soluble film is a PVA water-soluble film, the alcoholysis degree of the PVA water-soluble film is 76-92%, and the thickness of the PVA water-soluble film is 0.5-2 mm.
Preferably, the inner layer film is filled with capsules, the capsules are gelatin-coated alkaloid materials, and the mass percentage concentration of the capsules in the water-soluble film is 5-15%.
When the wet towel is used, the outer PE film is torn off, alkaloid contained in the capsules in the inner water-soluble film permeates into the non-woven fabric through acting force applied to the inner water-soluble film, and slowly performs acid-base neutralization reaction with acid substances soaked in the non-woven fabric, so that more water molecules are generated, and when the water molecules are acted by external force, the water-soluble film is cooperated with other functional auxiliaries to be contacted with the skin from the non-woven fabric, so that the effects of cleaning, moisturizing and sterilizing are achieved.
The breakable line mark is composed of a protective layer and a woven layer, the protective layer is an organic silicon release layer, the woven layer is of a plain weave structure formed by interweaving warps and wefts, the tensile strength ratio of the warps to the wefts is 1.7-2, the tensile strength range of the warps is 100-140 MPa, the wefts are polyvinyl alcohol fibers, and the warps are polyester fibers.
Preferably, the preparation method of the tearable multifunctional towel comprises the following steps:
s1: cleaning, drying and disinfecting the first dry towel and the second dry towel, flattening and compressing the first dry towel and the second dry towel, and carrying out corona treatment on the edge line part of the first dry towel and the second dry towel glued with the first wet towel or the second wet towel;
s2: gluing the corona-treated parts of the first dry towel and the second dry towel obtained in the step S1, sequentially arranging and aligning the prepared first wet towel, the second wet towel, the first dry towel and the second dry towel according to different designed functional areas of the tearable towel, and gluing any two towels of the first wet towel, the second wet towel, the first dry towel and the second dry towel through a glue applicator to form the integrated tearable multifunctional towel.

Preferably, one side of the breakable lines at the aligned sidelines of the wet towel and other subarea towels is connected with the PE film on the wet towel, so that the PE film on the outermost layer of the wet towel can be conveniently and quickly peeled off from the wet towel for use after the breakable lines are torn along the aligned sidelines of the subarea towels.
The borneol is natural crystalline compound separated out from resin of camphol tree of campholytic family, borneol, isoborneol and artificially synthesized borneol have obvious antibacterial action on staphylococcus aureus, beta hemolytic streptococcus, viridian streptococcus, streptococcus pneumoniae and colibacillus in test tube, and the antibacterial action of the borneol, the isoborneol and the artificially synthesized borneol is similar, and the borneol, the isoborneol and the artificially synthesized borneol have low-concentration antibacterial action and high-concentration antibacterial action. Borneol is easy to be absorbed by mucous membrane and subcutaneous tissue, and is combined with glucuronic acid in vivo and then discharged out of body.
Radix Ardisiae Crenatae is root of Ardisia crenata or radix Ardisiae Makino of Myrsinaceae, has 25% ethanol extract of radix Ardisiae Crenatae, has slight inhibitory effect on Staphylococcus aureus, Escherichia coli, Pseudomonas aeruginosa, etc., and also has effects of promoting blood circulation, relieving pain, clearing heat and detoxicating.
The function division is carried out according to various use requirements of users under different scenes through the breakable lines on the towel, so that the users can use the towel flexibly and separately; even if the user does not separate, the direct cleaning will not affect the normal use.
In order to recycle and reduce resource waste, the old bath towel with large area can be used as raw material, and the production and the manufacture can be carried out according to the preparation method of the tearable multifunctional towel according to the use requirement, thereby obtaining the towels with different sizes, which can be separated and can be effectively recycled.
Through the design of the tearable towel integrating the bath towel, the facial towel and the handkerchief towel, the towel can be conveniently and directly carried by travelers, and the use requirements of users on towels with various sizes can be met.
The invention has the beneficial effects that:
the wet towel prepared by the invention selects natural medicines of borneol of plum blossom and ardisia crenata, is mixed with hydrozincite, tartaric acid, oxalic acid and deionized water, and then is used as a functional auxiliary agent to play a role in sterilization and disinfection.
The water-soluble film plays a role in protecting effective active ingredients and water in the wet towel from volatilizing, and the condition that the wet towel cannot be used normally due to failure is prevented; when the wet towel is used, the alkaloid substances contained in the capsules inside the wet towel are released by applying a certain acting force to the wet towel, and the alkaloid substances and the acid substances contained in the wet towel perform acid-base neutralization reaction, so that the effective activity in the wet towel is promoted to permeate to the skin through the inner layer membrane under the further synergistic action, and the effects of cleaning, moisturizing, sterilizing and disinfecting are achieved.
The invention bonds the towels in different functional areas into a whole through the breakable lines, thereby not only being convenient to carry, but also being convenient to use independently through the tearing of the breakable lines, and the manufactured breakable lines are easy to tear longitudinally and have strong bonding force with the wet towels and the dry towels, and the sealing area at the edge of the wet towels can not be damaged when the breakable lines are torn.

The combination shape and the preparation method of each functional area in the tearable multifunctional towel are the same as those in embodiment 3, except that one side of the breakable lines along the aligned sidelines of the wet towel and the other partitioned towels is connected with the PE film on the wet towel, so that when the breakable lines are torn along the aligned sidelines of the partitioned towels, the PE film on the outermost layer of the wet towel can be conveniently and rapidly torn off from the wet towel for use.
Examples 1 to 9 were tested according to GB/T22798-2009 test method for depilation rate of towel products, GB/T22799-2009 test method for water absorption of towel products, and GB15981-1995 evaluation method and standard for disinfection and sterilization effects, respectively, and the test results are shown in table 1:

As can be seen from the above table, the tearable multifunctional towel prepared by the invention is not only convenient to carry, but also has various performances superior to national and industrial standards, such as FZ/T62015-2009 antimicrobial towel, GB/T27728-2011 Wet towel and GB15979 hygienic Standard for Disposable sanitary articles.
