Abstract

本发明公开了一种手摇同步伸缩机构,包括外侧导向梁、减速机座,减速机座上设有双出轴减速机,双出轴减速电机左侧连接第一柔性联轴器,第一柔性联轴器连接右旋丝杆,第一伸缩轴右端设有右旋丝母,右旋丝母抱在右旋丝杆上,双出轴减速电机右侧连接第二柔性联轴器,第二柔性联轴器连接左旋丝杆,第二伸缩轴左端设有左旋丝母,左旋丝母抱在左旋丝杆上,双出轴减速机与手摇杆相连接。本发明所述手摇同步伸缩机构能够达到第一、第二伸缩轴同步伸缩的目的;采用直线轴承,滚动摩擦系数小减少手摇力;采用柔性联轴器降低加工精度,保证左、右旋丝杆不会卡滞;采用防尘护套组织外部灰尘进入,可降低左、右旋丝杆的故障率。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种手摇同步伸缩机构。
背景技术
现有伸缩机构基本只能完成一根伸缩轴单向伸缩,而无法实现左右伸缩轴双向同步伸缩。由于伸缩轴在伸出过程中裸露在外,容易沾染外部粉尘,当伸缩轴缩回时,外部粉尘被带入到伸缩机构内部,容易造成伸缩机构故障。
发明内容
本发明提供了一种手摇同步伸缩机构。
本发明的目的是解决现有伸缩机构基本只能完成一根伸缩轴单向伸缩,而无法实现左右伸缩轴双向同步伸缩,且伸缩轴在伸出过程中裸露在外,容易沾染外部粉尘,当伸缩轴缩回时,外部粉尘被带入到伸缩机构内部,容易造成伸缩机构故障的问题。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:一种手摇同步伸缩机构,包括外侧导向梁、减速机座,减速机座固定于外侧导向梁中间,减速机座上设有双出轴减速机,外侧导向梁内设有第一伸缩轴、第二伸缩轴、右旋丝杆、左旋丝杆,双出轴减速电机左侧连接第一柔性联轴器,第一柔性联轴器连接右旋丝杆,第一伸缩轴右端设有右旋丝母,右旋丝母抱在右旋丝杆上,双出轴减速电机右侧连接第二柔性联轴器,第二柔性联轴器连接左旋丝杆,第二伸缩轴左端设有左旋丝母,左旋丝母抱在左旋丝杆上,双出轴减速机与手摇杆相连接。
所述外侧导向梁内还设有第一直线轴承、第二直线轴承,第一直线轴承设于外侧导向梁左部,第二直线轴承设于外侧导向梁右部,第一直线轴承抱在第一伸缩轴外侧,第二直线轴承抱在第二伸缩轴外侧。
优选的,所述外侧导向梁左端连接第一防尘护套,第一防尘护套另一端通过护套固定座固定在第一伸缩轴上,外侧导向梁右端连接第二防尘护套,第二防尘护套另一端通过护套固定座固定在第二伸缩轴上。
优选的,所述第一防尘护套、第二防尘护套为可伸缩折叠防尘护套。
优选的,所述第一防尘护套位于第一伸缩轴左部外侧,第一伸缩轴左端伸出至第一防尘护套外,第二防尘护套位于第二伸缩轴外侧,第二伸缩轴右端伸出至第二防尘护套外。
优选的,所述减速机座通过法兰固定于外侧导向梁中间。
优选的,所述右旋丝杆左端设有丝杆限位套,左旋丝杆右端设有丝杆限位套。
优选的,所述右旋丝母固定于第一伸缩轴右端内侧,右旋丝母抱在右旋丝杆外侧,左旋丝母固定于第二伸缩轴左端内侧,左旋丝母抱在左旋丝杆外侧。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明所述手摇同步伸缩机构设计合理、结构简单,其能够达到第一、第二伸缩轴同步伸缩的目的;采用直线轴承,滚动摩擦系数小减少手摇力;采用柔性联轴器降低加工精度,保证左、右旋丝杆不会卡滞;采用防尘护套组织外部灰尘进入,可降低左、右旋丝杆的故障率。

下面结合附图和实施例对本发明进一步说明:
如图所示,提供了本发明手摇同步伸缩机构的实施例,包括外侧导向梁1、减速机座2,减速机座2通过法兰固定于外侧导向梁1中间,减速机座2上设有双出轴减速机3,外侧导向梁1内设有第一伸缩轴4、第二伸缩轴5、右旋丝杆6、左旋丝杆7,双出轴减速电机3左侧连接第一柔性联轴器8,第一柔性联轴器8连接右旋丝杆6,第一伸缩轴4右端设有右旋丝母9,右旋丝母9抱在右旋丝杆6上,双出轴减速电机3右侧连接第二柔性联轴器10,第二柔性联轴器10连接左旋丝杆7,第二伸缩轴5左端设有左旋丝母11,左旋丝母11抱在左旋丝杆7上,双出轴减速机3与手摇杆12相连接。
所述右旋丝母9固定于第一伸缩轴4右端内侧,右旋丝母9抱在右旋丝杆6外侧,左旋丝母11固定于第二伸缩轴5左端内侧,左旋丝母11抱在左旋丝杆7外侧。
所述外侧导向梁1内还设有第一直线轴承13、第二直线轴承14,第一直线轴承13设于外侧导向梁1左部,第二直线轴承14设于外侧导向梁1右部,第一直线轴承13抱在第一伸缩轴4外侧,第二直线轴承14抱在第二伸缩轴5外侧。
所述外侧导向梁1左端连接第一防尘护套15,第一防尘护套15另一端通过护套固定座17固定在第一伸缩轴4上,外侧导向梁1右端连接第二防尘护套16,第二防尘护套16另一端通过护套固定座固定在第二伸缩轴5上。
所述第一防尘护套15、第二防尘护套16为可伸缩折叠防尘护套。
所述第一防尘护套15位于第一伸缩轴4左部外侧,第一伸缩轴4左端伸出至第一防尘护套15外,第二防尘护套16位于第二伸缩轴5外侧,第二伸缩轴5右端伸出至第二防尘护套16外。
所述右旋丝杆6左端设有丝杆限位套18,左旋丝杆7右端设有丝杆限位套。
其工作原理如下:减速机座通过法兰与外侧导向梁固定,减速机座上的双出轴减速机分别通过第一柔性联轴器、第二柔性联轴器与右旋丝杆、左旋丝杆连接,右旋丝母通过螺钉固定在第一伸缩轴上,左旋丝母通过螺钉固定在第二伸缩轴上,外侧导向梁内安装有第一直线轴承、第二直线轴承,第一伸缩轴、第二伸缩轴分别可以通过第一直线轴承、第二直线轴承在外侧导向梁内作左右直线运动,作业人员摇动手摇杆,双出轴减速输出轴转动,并通过第一柔性联轴器、第二柔性联轴器带动右旋丝杆、左旋丝杆同步转动,右旋丝杆、左旋丝杆带动丝右旋母、左旋丝母做左右移动,从而实现了第一伸缩轴、第二伸缩轴的同步伸缩。

1.一种手摇同步伸缩机构,其特征在于:包括外侧导向梁、减速机座,减速机座固定于外侧导向梁中间,减速机座上设有双出轴减速机,外侧导向梁内设有第一伸缩轴、第二伸缩轴、右旋丝杆、左旋丝杆,双出轴减速电机左侧连接第一柔性联轴器,第一柔性联轴器连接右旋丝杆,第一伸缩轴右端设有右旋丝母,右旋丝母抱在右旋丝杆上,双出轴减速电机右侧连接第二柔性联轴器,第二柔性联轴器连接左旋丝杆,第二伸缩轴左端设有左旋丝母,左旋丝母抱在左旋丝杆上,双出轴减速机与手摇杆相连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的手摇同步伸缩机构,其特征在于:所述外侧导向梁内还设有第一直线轴承、第二直线轴承,第一直线轴承设于外侧导向梁左部,第二直线轴承设于外侧导向梁右部,第一直线轴承抱在第一伸缩轴外侧,第二直线轴承抱在第二伸缩轴外侧。
3.根据权利要求1所述的手摇同步伸缩机构,其特征在于:所述外侧导向梁左端连接第一防尘护套,第一防尘护套另一端通过护套固定座固定在第一伸缩轴上,外侧导向梁右端连接第二防尘护套,第二防尘护套另一端通过护套固定座固定在第二伸缩轴上。
4.根据权利要求3所述的手摇同步伸缩机构,其特征在于:所述第一防尘护套、第二防尘护套为可伸缩折叠防尘护套。
5.根据权利要求3所述的手摇同步伸缩机构,其特征在于:所述第一防尘护套位于第一伸缩轴左部外侧,第一伸缩轴左端伸出至第一防尘护套外,第二防尘护套位于第二伸缩轴外侧,第二伸缩轴右端伸出至第二防尘护套外。
6.根据权利要求1所述的手摇同步伸缩机构,其特征在于:所述减速机座通过法兰固定于外侧导向梁中间。
7.根据权利要求1所述的手摇同步伸缩机构,其特征在于:所述右旋丝杆左端设有丝杆限位套,左旋丝杆右端设有丝杆限位套。
8.根据权利要求1所述的手摇同步伸缩机构,其特征在于:所述右旋丝母固定于第一伸缩轴右端内侧,右旋丝母抱在右旋丝杆外侧,左旋丝母固定于第二伸缩轴左端内侧,左旋丝母抱在左旋丝杆外侧。
