one side of the connecting plate is connected with a second pushing piece extending out of the box body; the lateral wall of the containing groove is provided with a water outlet hole communicated with the driven cavity, and the containing groove further comprises a power part capable of driving the first pushing part to horizontally move and rotate.
The working principle and the beneficial effects of the basic scheme are as follows:
the device mainly comprises the following steps of,
(1) feeding: the hot pepper storage tank is used for storing hot peppers to be pretreated. During feeding, the connecting plate is close to the containing groove, the connecting plate drives the rotating shaft to be close to the containing groove, and the free end of the rotating shaft is enabled to be abutted against the inner side wall of the containing groove. Then, a worker opens the sealing cover and puts the hot pepper to be pretreated into the containing groove; secondly, clean water is injected into the active cavity to ensure that the liquid level of the clean water in the active cavity reaches the water inlet pipe.
(2) Cleaning: the position of the connecting plate is kept unchanged, the free end of the rotating shaft is abutted against the inner side wall of the containing groove, and the rotating shaft cannot be displaced horizontally. Firstly, starting a power piece closest to the top of a box body, driving a first pushing piece to move in the direction away from a containing groove by the power piece (ensuring that the free end of a first pressure spring rotating shaft is abutted against the inner side wall of the containing groove), enabling clean water in a driving cavity to enter a sealing cavity through a water guide hole, driving the first pushing piece to move in the direction close to the containing groove by the power piece, and squeezing the clean water in the sealing cavity into the containing groove by the first pushing piece through the rotating shaft; meanwhile, the power part drives the first pushing part to rotate, the first pushing part drives the rotating shaft to rotate through the first pressure spring, and finally, clear water is sprayed into the containing groove in a rotating mode to finish primary cleaning of the hot pepper. Secondly, starting the power part again, driving the first pushing part to move in the direction away from the containing groove by the power part, ensuring that the first pushing part drives the rotating shaft to extend out of the containing groove through the first pressure spring, and ensuring that the free end of the rotating shaft does not abut against the inner side wall of the containing groove any more, so that part of pickled peppers on the rotating shaft falls on the lower rotating shaft; and thirdly, repeating the cleaning steps of the first step and the second step, and so on, when the pickled peppers to be treated are uniformly distributed between the rotating shafts of the containing grooves, finishing the cleaning process, and using up the clean water in the driving cavity at the moment.

The power part 7 can drive the second pushing part 9 to move horizontally and rotate, the power part 7 comprises a third power cylinder 71 and a motor 72, the first pushing part 8 comprises a first driving rod 81 and a sealing piston 82, the sealing piston 82 is connected in the communicating hole 39 in a sealing and horizontal sliding mode, two ends of the first driving rod 81 are fixedly connected with the sealing piston 82 and an output shaft of the motor 72 respectively, the third power cylinder 71 is arranged horizontally, and a piston rod of the third power cylinder 71 is fixedly connected with the motor 72.

(2) Cleaning: the position of the connecting plate 31 is kept unchanged, and the free end of the rotating shaft 5 is abutted against the inner side wall of the containing groove 2.
Firstly, the power part 7 (the third power cylinder 71 and the motor 72) closest to the top of the box body 1 is started, the third power cylinder 71 drives the sealing piston 82 to move towards the direction far away from the containing groove 2 through the first driving rod 81, the free end of the rotating shaft 5 is kept to be abutted against the inner side wall of the containing groove 2 (under a certain range, the first pressure spring 34 has the function of bouncing the sealing piston 82 and the rotating shaft 5 apart to increase the distance between the sealing piston 82 and the rotating shaft 5), and because the free end of the rotating shaft 5 is abutted against the inner side wall of the containing groove 2, therefore, only the sealing piston 82 slides away from the containing trough 2, at this time, the clean water in the driving cavity 3 enters the sealing cavity 32 through the water guiding hole 35 (as shown by the arrow in fig. 3), and then the third power cylinder 71 drives the first driving rod 81 and the sealing piston 82 to move towards the containing trough 2, so that the sealing piston 82 extrudes the clean water in the sealing cavity 32 into the containing trough 2 through the rotating shaft 5; meanwhile, the motor 72 drives the first driving rod 81 and the sealing piston 82 to rotate, the sealing piston 82 drives the rotating shaft 5 to rotate through the first pressure spring 34, and finally, the clean water is sprayed into the containing groove 2 in a rotating mode, so that the primary cleaning of the peppers is completed. Secondly, the third power cylinder 71 is started again, the third power cylinder 71 drives the first driving rod 81 and the sealing piston 82 to move towards the direction far away from the containing groove 2, at the moment, the sealing piston 82 drives the rotating shaft 5 to extend out of the containing groove 2 through the first pressure spring 34, the free end of the rotating shaft 5 is not abutted against the inner side wall of the containing groove 2, and therefore part of the hot pepper on the upper rotating shaft 5 falls on the lower rotating shaft 5; thirdly, the cleaning steps of the first step and the second step are repeated again, and by analogy, all the peppers which are contained on the rotating shaft 5 closest to the top of the box body 1 are gradually and sequentially released to the rotating shaft 5 on the lower layer, when the pickled peppers to be treated are uniformly distributed among the four layers of rotating shafts 5 of the containing groove 2, the cleaning process is finished, and at the moment, the clear water in the driving cavity 3 is used up.
The waste water after washing gets into from the slave chamber 4 through the apopore, and the workman pulls the first handle 42, makes the slider be in the right side of outlet pipe 41, just can be very quick discharges the slave chamber 4 with waste water.

(4) Crushing: when the first pushing piece 8 pulls the supporting shaft 62 to make the supporting shaft 62 move towards the outside of the rotating shaft 5, the blade 63 extends out of the water through hole 51 and is vertical, and the pepper is crushed by the blade 63.
