The kitchen garbage solid-liquid separation device is characterized in that an inlet and an outlet are formed in a material collecting barrel, a gland and an outer barrel are arranged in the material collecting barrel, a piston rod of a first hydraulic cylinder is connected with the gland, an inner barrel is arranged in the outer barrel, a cutter shaft is connected with an output shaft of a power device in the inner barrel, the cutter shaft is in clearance fit with an upper port of a cavity of the outer barrel, a stirring cutter hinged with the cutter shaft is arranged in a window at the upper part of the cutter shaft, a control mechanism is arranged in the cutter shaft, a clutch mechanism is arranged between the inner barrel and the outer barrel, a piston rod of a second hydraulic cylinder is connected with the inner barrel, and a drain hole is formed in the lower part of the material collecting barrel. The swill is put into a collecting barrel, a gland is lowered to cross an inlet and an outlet, an inner barrel is lifted, a power device drives a cutter shaft, a stirring cutter is used for crushing solids in the swill, the inner barrel is lowered, the gland is lowered to squeeze the swill, liquid is discharged from a drain hole, the gland is lifted after squeezing, the outer barrel and the inner barrel are lifted, and a pressed cake is lifted to a feed inlet, so that the cake can be taken out.

Technical Field
The invention relates to a waste treatment device, in particular to a kitchen waste solid-liquid separation device.
Background
The restaurant industry generates a large amount of kitchen waste, which is commonly referred to as swill, every day. At present, most of general hotels, restaurants and canteens do not adopt a method of directly dumping swill, but are sold to individual pig raising households at low price, and the pig raising households simply heat the collected swill to be used as pig feed. Since swill contains a large amount of oil and animal protein, the meat quality of pigs eating the feed for a long time is reduced, and as the food chain is prolonged, some toxins can accumulate and finally transfer to human beings. Along with the improvement of environmental protection consciousness of people, the current more correct swill treatment mode is to transport swill to special place for centralized treatment after collecting the swill by the restaurant, but the swill needs certain condition to store, and the swill has increased the way of bacterial transmission in transit again. The kitchen waste is subjected to solid-liquid separation treatment in time so as to be beneficial to collection and recycling of the kitchen waste, so that the kitchen waste is a better way for solving the problem, and no ideal device for carrying out the solid-liquid separation on the kitchen waste is available in the market at present.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a kitchen waste solid-liquid separation device which can separate kitchen waste into solid and liquid and create good conditions for subsequent further treatment and utilization.
In order to achieve the above purpose, the present invention adopts the following scheme: a solid-liquid separator for kitchen garbage is composed of a main body, a collecting cylinder fixed to said main body, a press cover with a top hole for sliding fit with said collecting cylinder, an external cylinder with a first hydraulic cylinder, a piston rod connected to said press cover, a cavity for connecting said cylinder to said piston rod, a power unit in said cavity, a cutter axle with a blind hole, a stirring knife with a bottom hole for said blind hole, a second hydraulic cylinder with a water draining hole, and a water draining hole.
According to the technical scheme, swill is put into the material collecting barrel from the inlet and the outlet under the condition that the pressing cover is higher than the inlet and the outlet, the first hydraulic cylinder is started to enable the pressing cover to descend and cross the inlet and the outlet, the clutch mechanism is controlled to enable the inner barrel body and the outer barrel body to be disconnected, the second hydraulic cylinder is started to enable the inner barrel body to ascend, the cutter shaft stretches out of the outer barrel body, the stirring cutter is started to drive the cutter shaft again, solids in the swill are crushed by the stirring cutter, the second hydraulic cylinder is started again after crushing is completed, the inner barrel body is enabled to descend, the cutter shaft is retracted into the outer barrel body, the stirring cutter is retracted, the inner barrel body is connected with the outer barrel body by the clutch mechanism, the first hydraulic cylinder is started again to enable the pressing cover to descend, the swill is squeezed, liquid is discharged from the water discharging hole after squeezing is completed, the pressing cover is driven to ascend and cross the material inlet by the first hydraulic cylinder, the outer barrel body and the inner barrel body are driven to ascend, and a material cake formed by squeezing is pushed to the material inlet, and the material cake can be taken out.
The invention has reasonable structure, reliable performance and convenient operation, and can lead the kitchen waste to realize solid-liquid separation ideally, thereby achieving the effects of waste utilization and reducing bacterial transmission paths.

The cutter shaft 15 is internally provided with a blind hole, the upper end part of the cutter shaft 15 is provided with more than one window 15a communicated with the blind hole, each window 15a is internally provided with a stirring cutter 12 hinged with the cutter shaft 15, and the blind hole of the cutter shaft 15 is internally provided with a control mechanism matched with the stirring cutter to realize the opening of the stirring cutter. A clutch mechanism for realizing the connection or separation of the inner cylinder body 3 and the outer cylinder body 4 is arranged between the two bodies. A second hydraulic cylinder 2 is arranged below the inner cylinder body 3, and a piston rod 2a of the second hydraulic cylinder 2 is connected with the inner cylinder body 3. A plurality of drain holes 9b are arranged at the lower part of the cylinder wall of the material collecting cylinder 9. In this embodiment, the power unit 16 is a hydraulic motor. In addition, in order to prevent swill from entering the outer cylinder 4, a sealing ring 19 is arranged between the cutter shaft 15 and the upper port of the cavity of the outer cylinder 4.

As can be seen from fig. 1, 2 and 3, when the solid-liquid separation device is used for treating swill, the first hydraulic cylinder 10 drives the pressing cover 11 to rise so that the lower end of the pressing cover 11 is higher than the inlet and outlet 9a, in this state, after the swill is thrown into the material collecting barrel 9 from the inlet and outlet 9a, the first hydraulic cylinder drives the pressing cover to descend beyond the inlet and outlet 9a, then the electromagnet 6 is electrified, the positioning pin 20 is attracted by the electromagnet, the inner barrel 3 is uncoupled from the outer barrel 4, then the second hydraulic cylinder 2 drives the inner barrel 3 and the cutter shaft 15 to rise, the cutter shaft 15 gradually stretches out from the outer barrel 4, the ejector rod 13 rises under the action of the first spring 14 and pushes the pair of stirring cutters 12 to spread, when the distance sensor 18 detects that the upper end of the cutter shaft 15 is close to the pressing cover 11, a signal is sent, the second hydraulic cylinder 2 stops, then the power device 16 is started to drive the cutter shaft 15 to rotate, and the solid in the swill is crushed by the stirring cutters 12; after the crushing is finished, the second hydraulic cylinder 2 is started again to drive the inner cylinder 3 to descend, in the process that the cutter shaft 15 is retracted into the outer cylinder 4, the stirring cutter 12 is gradually retracted under the blocking of the edge of the upper port of the outer cylinder 4, meanwhile, when the inner cylinder 3 descends, the electromagnet 6 is powered off, when the groove 3a on which the inner cylinder 3 descends is aligned with the positioning pin 20 and the upper end of the cutter shaft 15 is coplanar with the upper end of the outer cylinder 4, the positioning pin 20 stretches into the groove 3a under the action of the second spring 21, the inner cylinder 3 is connected with the outer cylinder 4, then the first hydraulic cylinder 10 drives the pressing cover 11 to descend again, swill is pressed by the plane formed by the pressing cover 11, the outer cylinder 4 and the upper end of the cutter shaft 15, in the pressing process, liquid enters into the drainage groove 8 from the drainage hole 9b and is discharged by the drainage pipe 17, after the pressing is finished, the pressing cover 11 is driven by the first hydraulic cylinder to ascend and cross the feeding hole 9a, the second hydraulic cylinder drives the outer cylinder 4 to be communicated with the inner cylinder 3 and the cutter shaft 15 to ascend, the material cake is pressed by the second hydraulic cylinder, and the material cake is extruded into the inlet and outlet 9 a. In addition, the liquid discharged by the treatment can be directly discharged and also can be recycled; the obtained cake can be used for feed or waste.
