Preferably, the end surface of the rotating disc 5 is in contact type sealing with the end surface of the cylindrical cavity 2.
Preferably, the through holes 6 are distributed circumferentially along the axis of the rotating disc 5, and the circumferential distribution intervals of the through holes 6 are the same as the circumferential distribution intervals of the vertical through holes 4, so that when the rotating disc 5 rotates, a part of the through holes 6 can be coaxially corresponding to the vertical through holes 4 one by one, and one through hole 6 can be coaxially corresponding to the sewage draining hole 10.
