extracting an analysis identifier from the scene information, and comparing the analysis identifier with a vehicle-mounted traffic violation information base or a vehicle-mounted criminal case in an escaping personnel information base, wherein the vehicle-mounted traffic violation information base is obtained from a far-end traffic violation information base, and the vehicle-mounted criminal case is obtained from the far-end criminal case in the escaping personnel information base;
if the analysis identification is matched with the information in the vehicle-mounted traffic violation information base, uploading the analysis identification to a cloud service platform, uploading the analysis identification to a remote traffic violation information base by the cloud service platform, if the analysis identification is matched with the information of the criminal case in an escaper information base, uploading the analysis identification to the cloud service platform, and uploading the analysis identification to the remote criminal case in the escaper information base by the cloud service platform.
The invention utilizes vehicles on the road to detect and identify criminal evasion personnel and illegal vehicles and report the criminal evasion personnel and illegal vehicles to related departments, thereby effectively saving cost and being more convenient and fast.
One processor 502 is illustrated in fig. 5.
The Electronic device is preferably an Electronic Control Unit (ECU), which is also called a "traveling computer" or an "in-vehicle computer".
The electronic device may further include: an input device 503 and an output device 504.
The processor 501, the memory 502, the input device 503, and the display device 504 may be connected by a bus or other means, and are illustrated as being connected by a bus.
The memory 502, which is a non-volatile computer-readable storage medium, may be used to store non-volatile software programs, non-volatile computer-executable programs, and modules, such as program instructions/modules corresponding to the vehicle analysis method for performing forensics in the embodiments of the present application, for example, the method flow shown in fig. 1. The processor 501 executes various functional applications and data processing, that is, implements the vehicle analysis method for performing forensics in the above-described embodiments, by executing nonvolatile software programs, instructions, and modules stored in the memory 502.
The memory 502 may include a storage program area and a storage data area, wherein the storage program area may store an operating system, an application program required for at least one function; the storage data area may store data created according to use of a vehicle analysis method for making a forensics, and the like. Further, the memory 502 may include high speed random access memory, and may also include non-volatile memory, such as at least one magnetic disk storage device, flash memory device, or other non-volatile solid state storage device. In some embodiments, memory 502 optionally includes memory located remotely from processor 501, which may be connected over a network to electronic devices that perform forensic vehicle analysis methods. Examples of such networks include, but are not limited to, the internet, intranets, local area networks, mobile communication networks, and combinations thereof.
The input device 503 may receive input user clicks and generate signal inputs related to user settings and functional controls of the vehicle analysis method for forensics. The display 504 may include a display device such as a display screen.
The forensic vehicle analysis method of any of the above method embodiments is performed when the one or more modules are stored in the memory 502, when executed by the one or more processors 501.
In one embodiment, the analyzing identifier is a face pattern or a license plate number, the analyzing identifier is extracted from the scene information, and the analyzing identifier is compared with a vehicle-mounted traffic violation information base or a vehicle-mounted criminal case in a fleeing personnel information base, and the method specifically includes:
extracting a face pattern from the scene information as a face pattern to be compared, and comparing the face pattern to be compared with the face pattern in the vehicle-mounted traffic violation information base and the face pattern of the vehicle-mounted criminal case in the escape personnel information base; or
And extracting the license plate number from the scene information as a license plate number to be compared, and comparing the license plate number to be compared with the license plate numbers of the vehicle-mounted traffic violation information base and the vehicle-mounted criminal case in the escaping personnel information base.
In the embodiment, the comparison analysis is carried out through the face patterns or the license plate numbers, the analysis speed is higher, and the analysis result is more accurate.
In one embodiment, if the analysis identifier matches with information in the vehicle-mounted traffic violation information base, uploading the analysis identifier to a cloud service platform, where the analysis identifier is uploaded to a remote traffic violation information base by the cloud service platform, and if the analysis identifier matches with information of criminal cases in an escape information base, uploading the analysis identifier to the cloud service platform, where the analysis identifier is uploaded to the remote criminal cases in the escape information base by the cloud service platform, specifically including:
if the analysis identification is matched with the information in the vehicle-mounted traffic violation information base, uploading the analysis identification, the scene information and the positioning information of the vehicle to a cloud service platform, uploading the analysis identification, the scene information and the positioning information of the vehicle to a remote traffic violation information base by the cloud service platform, if the analysis identification is matched with the information of the criminal case in an escape personnel information base, uploading the analysis identification, the scene information and the positioning information of the vehicle to the cloud service platform, and uploading the analysis identification, the scene information and the positioning information of the vehicle to the remote criminal case in the escape personnel information base by the cloud service platform.
The embodiment uploads the scene information and the vehicle positioning information, can determine the position of the escaping personnel or the vehicle in time, and is convenient for later evidence obtaining.
Fig. 6 is a schematic diagram of a hardware structure of a server for forensics of an escaping person or an illegal vehicle according to the present invention, which includes:
at least one processor 601; and the number of the first and second groups,
a memory 602 communicatively coupled to the at least one processor 601; wherein,
the memory 602 stores instructions executable by the one processor to cause the at least one processor to:
receiving an analysis identifier, wherein the analysis identifier is obtained by a vehicle camera and used for acquiring scene information in front of a vehicle, extracting the analysis identifier from the scene information, comparing the analysis identifier with a vehicle-mounted traffic violation information base or a vehicle-mounted criminal case in an escape personnel information base, and uploading the analysis identifier and the vehicle-mounted criminal case when the analysis identifier is matched with information in the vehicle-mounted traffic violation information base or the analysis identifier is matched with the information in the escape personnel information base;
and if the analysis identification is matched with the information in the vehicle-mounted traffic violation information base, uploading the analysis identification to a remote traffic violation information base, and if the analysis identification is matched with the information of the vehicle-mounted criminal case in the escaper information base, uploading the analysis identification to the remote criminal case in the escaper information base.
In fig. 6, one processor 602 is taken as an example.
The server may further include: an input device 603 and an output device 604.
The processor 601, the memory 602, the input device 603, and the display device 604 may be connected by a bus or other means, and are illustrated as being connected by a bus.
The memory 602, serving as a non-volatile computer-readable storage medium, may be used to store non-volatile software programs, non-volatile computer-executable programs, and modules, such as program instructions/modules corresponding to the server analysis method for performing forensics in the embodiment of the present application, for example, the method flow shown in fig. 2. The processor 601 executes various functional applications and data processing by running nonvolatile software programs, instructions, and modules stored in the memory 602, that is, implements the server analysis method for performing forensics in the above embodiments.
The memory 602 may include a storage program area and a storage data area, wherein the storage program area may store an operating system, an application program required for at least one function; the storage data area may store data created according to the use of the server analysis method for performing forensics, and the like. Further, the memory 602 may include high speed random access memory, and may also include non-volatile memory, such as at least one magnetic disk storage device, flash memory device, or other non-volatile solid state storage device. In some embodiments, the memory 602 optionally includes memory located remotely from the processor 601, and these remote memories may be connected over a network to a server that performs the forensic server analysis method. Examples of such networks include, but are not limited to, the internet, intranets, local area networks, mobile communication networks, and combinations thereof.
Input device 603 may receive input user clicks and generate signal inputs related to user settings and function controls of the server analysis method for forensics. The display device 604 may include a display screen or the like.
When the one or more modules are stored in the memory 602, and executed by the one or more processors 601, the server analysis method for performing forensics in any of the above-described method embodiments is performed.
The invention utilizes vehicles on the road to detect and identify criminal evasion personnel and illegal vehicles and report the criminal evasion personnel and illegal vehicles to related departments, thereby effectively saving cost and being more convenient and fast.
In one embodiment, the processor is further capable of:
receiving the update information of the remote traffic violation information base, and sending the updated remote traffic violation information base to a vehicle for updating the vehicle-mounted traffic violation information base by the vehicle;
receiving the updating information of the far-end criminal case in the escape personnel information base, and sending the updated far-end criminal case in the escape personnel information base to the vehicle for updating the vehicle-mounted criminal case in the escape personnel information base.
In the embodiment, the information of the information base is updated for the vehicle through the server, so that the vehicle-mounted information base is updated in time.
The above-mentioned embodiments only express several embodiments of the present invention, and the description thereof is more specific and detailed, but not construed as limiting the scope of the present invention. It should be noted that, for a person skilled in the art, several variations and modifications can be made without departing from the inventive concept, which falls within the scope of the present invention. Therefore, the protection scope of the present patent shall be subject to the appended claims.
Claims (10)
1. A method of forensic vehicle analysis comprising:
the camera collects scene information in front of the vehicle;
extracting an analysis identifier from the scene information, and comparing the analysis identifier with a vehicle-mounted traffic violation information base or a vehicle-mounted criminal case in an escaping personnel information base, wherein the vehicle-mounted traffic violation information base is obtained from a far-end traffic violation information base, and the vehicle-mounted criminal case is obtained from the far-end criminal case in the escaping personnel information base;
if the analysis identification is matched with the information in the vehicle-mounted traffic violation information base, uploading the analysis identification to a cloud service platform, uploading the analysis identification to a remote traffic violation information base by the cloud service platform, if the analysis identification is matched with the information of the criminal case in an escaper information base, uploading the analysis identification to the cloud service platform, and uploading the analysis identification to the remote criminal case in the escaper information base by the cloud service platform.
2. The vehicle analysis method for evidence collection according to claim 1, wherein the analysis identifier is a human face pattern or a license plate number, the analysis identifier is extracted from the scene information, and the analysis identifier is compared with a vehicle-mounted traffic violation information base or a vehicle-mounted criminal case in an escape information base, specifically comprising:
extracting a face pattern from the scene information as a face pattern to be compared, and comparing the face pattern to be compared with the face pattern in the vehicle-mounted traffic violation information base and the face pattern of the vehicle-mounted criminal case in the escape personnel information base; or
And extracting the license plate number from the scene information as a license plate number to be compared, and comparing the license plate number to be compared with the license plate numbers of the vehicle-mounted traffic violation information base and the vehicle-mounted criminal case in the escaping personnel information base.
3. The evidence obtaining vehicle analysis method according to claim 1, wherein if the analysis identifier matches with the information in the vehicle-mounted traffic violation information base, uploading the analysis identifier to a cloud service platform, wherein the analysis identifier is uploaded to a remote traffic violation information base by the cloud service platform, and if the analysis identifier matches with the information of the criminal case in the escaper information base, uploading the analysis identifier to the cloud service platform, wherein the analysis identifier is uploaded to the remote criminal case in the escaper information base by the cloud service platform, and specifically comprises:
if the analysis identification is matched with the information in the vehicle-mounted traffic violation information base, uploading the analysis identification, the scene information and the positioning information of the vehicle to a cloud service platform, uploading the analysis identification, the scene information and the positioning information of the vehicle to a remote traffic violation information base by the cloud service platform, if the analysis identification is matched with the information of the criminal case in an escape personnel information base, uploading the analysis identification, the scene information and the positioning information of the vehicle to the cloud service platform, and uploading the analysis identification, the scene information and the positioning information of the vehicle to the remote criminal case in the escape personnel information base by the cloud service platform.
4. A server analysis method for performing forensics, comprising:
receiving an analysis identifier, wherein the analysis identifier is obtained by a vehicle camera and used for acquiring scene information in front of a vehicle, extracting the analysis identifier from the scene information, comparing the analysis identifier with a vehicle-mounted traffic violation information base or a vehicle-mounted criminal case in an escape personnel information base, and uploading the analysis identifier and the vehicle-mounted criminal case when the analysis identifier is matched with information in the vehicle-mounted traffic violation information base or the analysis identifier is matched with the information in the escape personnel information base;
and if the analysis identification is matched with the information in the vehicle-mounted traffic violation information base, uploading the analysis identification to a remote traffic violation information base, and if the analysis identification is matched with the information of the vehicle-mounted criminal case in the escaper information base, uploading the analysis identification to the remote criminal case in the escaper information base.
5. The forensic server analysis method according to claim 4 further comprising:
receiving the update information of the remote traffic violation information base, and sending the updated remote traffic violation information base to a vehicle for updating the vehicle-mounted traffic violation information base by the vehicle;
receiving the updating information of the far-end criminal case in the escape personnel information base, and sending the updated far-end criminal case in the escape personnel information base to the vehicle for updating the vehicle-mounted criminal case in the escape personnel information base.
6. A vehicle electronic device that performs forensics, comprising:
at least one processor; and the number of the first and second groups,
a memory communicatively coupled to the at least one processor; wherein,
the memory stores instructions executable by the one processor to cause the at least one processor to:
the camera collects scene information in front of the vehicle;
extracting an analysis identifier from the scene information, and comparing the analysis identifier with a vehicle-mounted traffic violation information base or a vehicle-mounted criminal case in an escaping personnel information base, wherein the vehicle-mounted traffic violation information base is obtained from a far-end traffic violation information base, and the vehicle-mounted criminal case is obtained from the far-end criminal case in the escaping personnel information base;
if the analysis identification is matched with the information in the vehicle-mounted traffic violation information base, uploading the analysis identification to a cloud service platform, uploading the analysis identification to a remote traffic violation information base by the cloud service platform, if the analysis identification is matched with the information of the criminal case in an escaper information base, uploading the analysis identification to the cloud service platform, and uploading the analysis identification to the remote criminal case in the escaper information base by the cloud service platform.
7. The vehicular electronic device according to claim 6, wherein the analysis identifier is a face pattern or a license plate number, the extraction of the analysis identifier from the scene information and the comparison of the analysis identifier with a vehicle-mounted traffic violation information base or a vehicle-mounted criminal case in an escape information base specifically comprise:
extracting a face pattern from the scene information as a face pattern to be compared, and comparing the face pattern to be compared with the face pattern in the vehicle-mounted traffic violation information base and the face pattern of the vehicle-mounted criminal case in the escape personnel information base; or
And extracting the license plate number from the scene information as a license plate number to be compared, and comparing the license plate number to be compared with the license plate numbers of the vehicle-mounted traffic violation information base and the vehicle-mounted criminal case in the escaping personnel information base.
8. The vehicular electronic device according to claim 6, wherein if the analysis identifier matches with information in the vehicular traffic violation information base, the analysis identifier is uploaded to a cloud service platform, the analysis identifier is uploaded to a remote traffic violation information base by the cloud service platform, if the analysis identifier matches with information of the criminal case in an escaper information base, the analysis identifier is uploaded to the cloud service platform, and the analysis identifier is uploaded to the remote criminal case in the escaper information base by the cloud service platform, and the method specifically comprises:
if the analysis identification is matched with the information in the vehicle-mounted traffic violation information base, uploading the analysis identification, the scene information and the positioning information of the vehicle to a cloud service platform, uploading the analysis identification, the scene information and the positioning information of the vehicle to a remote traffic violation information base by the cloud service platform, if the analysis identification is matched with the information of the criminal case in an escape personnel information base, uploading the analysis identification, the scene information and the positioning information of the vehicle to the cloud service platform, and uploading the analysis identification, the scene information and the positioning information of the vehicle to the remote criminal case in the escape personnel information base by the cloud service platform.
9. A server for performing forensics, comprising:
at least one processor; and the number of the first and second groups,
a memory communicatively coupled to the at least one processor; wherein,
the memory stores instructions executable by the one processor to cause the at least one processor to:
receiving an analysis identifier, wherein the analysis identifier is obtained by a vehicle camera and used for acquiring scene information in front of a vehicle, extracting the analysis identifier from the scene information, comparing the analysis identifier with a vehicle-mounted traffic violation information base or a vehicle-mounted criminal case in an escape personnel information base, and uploading the analysis identifier and the vehicle-mounted criminal case when the analysis identifier is matched with information in the vehicle-mounted traffic violation information base or the analysis identifier is matched with the information in the escape personnel information base;
and if the analysis identification is matched with the information in the vehicle-mounted traffic violation information base, uploading the analysis identification to a remote traffic violation information base, and if the analysis identification is matched with the information of the vehicle-mounted criminal case in the escaper information base, uploading the analysis identification to the remote criminal case in the escaper information base.
10. The forensic server according to claim 9 wherein the processor is further capable of:
receiving the update information of the remote traffic violation information base, and sending the updated remote traffic violation information base to a vehicle for updating the vehicle-mounted traffic violation information base by the vehicle;
receiving the updating information of the far-end criminal case in the escape personnel information base, and sending the updated far-end criminal case in the escape personnel information base to the vehicle for updating the vehicle-mounted criminal case in the escape personnel information base.
