Detailed Description
Refer to the drawings wherein like reference numbers refer to like elements throughout. The following description is based on illustrated embodiments of the application and should not be taken as limiting the application with respect to other embodiments that are not detailed herein.
Referring to fig. 1 and fig. 2, fig. 1 is a side view structural schematic diagram of a first embodiment of a display device and an external wall of the present application, and fig. 2 is a top view structural schematic diagram of the first embodiment of the display device and the external wall of the present application. The display device 100 of the first embodiment includes a curved display module 10, a base 20 and a curvature fixing structure 30.
The base 20 is fixedly disposed at the bottom of the curved display module 10. The curvature fixing structure 30 is fixedly disposed at an end of the curved display module 10 away from the base 20. One end of the curvature fixing structure 30 is fixedly connected to the curved display module 10, and the other end of the curvature fixing structure 30 is fixedly connected to the external wall 200.
The display device 100 of the first embodiment has the function of fixing the whole curved surface display module 10 by the arrangement of the curvature fixing structure 30 and the base 20, so that the whole curvature of the curved surface display module 10 is kept consistent, and the curvature stability of the curved surface display module 10 is improved.
The base 20 is configured to fixedly support the curved display module 10, and to fixedly maintain the curvature of the curved display module 10. The curvature fixing structure 30 is fixedly connected to the external wall 200 and the curved display module 10, and fixes the curvature of the curved display module 10.

The second fixing portion 33 is fixedly disposed at an end of the fixing body 31 away from the curved display module 30.
The curved display module 10 includes a curved display main body 11 and a housing 12. The curved display body 11 is fixedly disposed within the housing 12. The housing 12 includes a back plate 121, a top frame wall 122 remote from the base 20, and side frame walls 123 disposed on either side of the top frame wall 122. The top frame wall 122 and the side frame wall 123 are located on the peripheral side of the back-plate 121.
The first fixing portion 32 includes a first end 321 and a second end 322. The first end 321 is adapted to be fixedly coupled to the housing 12. The second end 322 is adapted to be fixedly coupled to the fixing body 31. The first end 321 is fixedly connected to the two side frame walls 123. The second end 322 is fixedly connected to the fixing body 31. One end of the second fixing portion 33 is fixedly connected to the fixing body 31, and the other end of the second fixing portion 33 is fixedly connected to the external wall 200.

The length of the first end 321 of the first fixing portion 32 is equal to the length of the back plate 121, so that the attaching area between the first end 321 and the housing 12 of the curved display module 10 is increased, and the performance of the curvature fixing structure 30 against the resilience of the curved display module 10 is further improved.
The end surface of the first end 321 of the first fixing portion 32 is overlapped with the end surface of the fixing body 31 facing the curved display module 10. That is, the end surface of the first end 321 and the end surface of the fixing body 31 facing the curved display module 10 are both attached to the housing 12 of the curved display module 10.
The curvature securing structure 30 is made of a rigid material, such as stainless steel, an alloy-type material, or the like. The second end 322 of the first fixing portion 32 is welded to the fixing body 31. The second fixing portion 33 and the fixing member 31 are welded. The second fixing portion 33 and the external wall may be fixedly connected by screws, or may be welded or riveted. The second fixing portion 33 has a right-angled longitudinal section.
In the present first embodiment, the base 20 includes a connecting body 21 and legs 22. The end face of the connecting body 21 and the end face of the back plate 121 are completely attached. The connecting body 21 and the back-plate 121 are fixedly connected. The legs 22 are fixedly arranged at the bottom of the connecting body 21.
The installation process of the first embodiment is as follows:
first, the base 20 and the bottom of the curved display module 10 are fixedly connected.
Then, the fixing body 31 of the curvature fixing structure 30 is fixedly coupled with the second end 322 of the first fixing part 32 and the second fixing part 33, respectively.
Next, the first end 321 of the first fixing portion 32 is fixedly connected to the top frame wall 122 and the side frame wall 123 of the housing 12 by screws.
Finally, the second fixing portion 33 is fixedly connected to the external wall 200.
This completes the installation process of the first embodiment.
Referring to fig. 5 and 6, fig. 5 is a schematic side sectional view illustrating a display device according to a second embodiment of the present application and an external wall; fig. 6 is a schematic structural diagram of a curvature fixing structure according to a second embodiment of a display device of the present application. In the second embodiment, the display device 100 'includes a curved display module 10', a base 20 ', and a curvature fixing structure 30'.
The second embodiment differs from the first embodiment in that: the curvature fixing structure 30 'includes a fixing body 31', a first fixing portion 32 ', and a second fixing portion 33'. The first fixing portion 32 ' is disposed at an end of the fixing body 31 ' close to the curved display module 10 '. The second fixing portion 33 ' is fixedly disposed at an end of the fixing body 31 ' far away from the curved display module 10 '. The curvature of the first fixing portion 32 'is identical to that of the housing 12'.
The curved display module 10 ' includes a curved display main body 11 ' and a housing 12 '. The end of the housing 12 ' facing the curvature securing structure 30 ' is provided with a plug-in groove 121 '.
The first fixing portion 32 'is fixedly inserted into the insertion groove 121'. One end of the second fixing portion 33 'is fixedly coupled to the fixing body 31'. The other end of the second fixing portion 33 'is fixedly connected to the external wall 200'.
The shape of the insertion groove 121 'is the same as that of the first fixing portion 32', and the two are in interference fit.

Claims (10)
1. A display device, comprising:
the curved surface display module comprises a curved surface display main body and a shell, wherein the curved surface display main body is fixedly arranged in the shell;
the base is fixedly arranged at the bottom of the curved surface display module; and
the curvature fixing structure is fixedly arranged at one end, far away from the base, of the curved surface display module and comprises a fixing main body, a first fixing part and a second fixing part, the first fixing part is arranged at one end, close to the curved surface display module, of the fixing main body, the second fixing part is fixedly arranged at one end, far away from the curved surface display module, of the fixing main body, and at least the curvature of the part, attached to the shell, of the first fixing part is consistent with that of the shell;
the first fixing part is attached to and fixedly connected with the shell, and the second fixing part is fixedly connected with the external wall.
2. The display device according to claim 1, wherein the external wall is located on a back surface of the curved display module.
3. The display device of claim 1, wherein the housing comprises a back plate, a top frame wall remote from the base, and side frame walls disposed on both sides of the top frame wall, the top frame wall and the side frame walls being disposed on peripheral sides of the back plate;
the first fixing part comprises a first end and a second end, the first end is used for being fixedly connected with the shell, the second end is used for being fixedly connected with the fixing main body, the first end is fixedly connected with the two side frame walls, and the second end is fixedly connected with the fixing main body; one end of the second fixing part is fixedly connected to the fixing body, and the other end of the second fixing part is fixedly connected to the external wall.
4. The display device of claim 3, wherein the first end is further fixedly attached to an intermediate location of the top frame wall.
5. A display device as claimed in claim 3, wherein an end face of the first end and an end face of the back plate coincide.
6. The display device according to claim 3 or 4, wherein the first fixing portion is fixedly connected to the housing by a screw.
7. The display apparatus according to claim 1, wherein the housing includes a back plate, and an end of the housing facing the curvature fixing structure is provided with a insertion groove;
the first fixing part is fixedly inserted in the insertion groove; one end of the second fixing part is fixedly connected to the fixing body, and the other end of the second fixing part is fixedly connected to the external wall.
8. The display device according to claim 7, wherein the length of the first fixing portion is less than the length of the housing and greater than two thirds of the length of the housing.
9. The display device as claimed in claim 7, wherein the fixing body, the first fixing portion and the second fixing portion are of an integrally formed structure.

The display device according to claim 3 or 7, wherein the base comprises a connecting body and a supporting leg, an end surface of the connecting body completely fits with an end surface of the back plate, the connecting body is fixedly connected with the back plate, and the supporting leg is fixedly arranged at the bottom of the connecting body.
