Abstract
本发明提供一种水性涂料用发泡剂及其应用,在水性涂料中加入过碳酸钠和酒石酸并搅拌均匀后,进行粉刷即可;其中,所述过碳酸钠和酒石酸的质量比为2~12:1;且所述过碳酸钠和酒石酸的加入总量占水性涂料的质量比为1%~5%。本发明通过发泡剂在墙面上粉刷形成凹凸不平的沟壑效果,达到吸音降噪的效果。

技术领域
本发明属于涂料粉刷技术领域,具体涉及一种水性涂料用发泡剂及其应用。
背景技术
涂料定义是指用特定的施工方法涂覆到物体表面后,经固化使物体表面形成美观而有一定强度的连续性保护膜,或者形成具有某种特殊功能涂膜的一种精细化工产品,它可以遮盖被涂面上的各种缺陷,使其美观,即具有装饰性;它可以控制水分,隔绝空气中的二氧化碳、二氧化硫、氯化氢等腐蚀性气体,防止气候对被涂物影响及金属底材生锈,即具有保护功能;它可以赋予被涂物表面各种颜色,具有标志作用;此外,涂料还赋予被涂物体一些特殊功能,例如,电子工业中使用的导电、导磁涂料;航空航天工业上的耐高温烧蚀涂料;军事上的伪装和隐形涂料等等,这些特殊功能的涂料对于高新技术的发展有着重要的作用,凡是用水作溶剂或者作分散介质的涂料,都可称为水性涂料。依据涂料中粘合剂类别,水性涂料被分为两大类:天然物质或矿物质(如硅酸钾)的天然水性涂料和人工合成树脂(如丙烯酸树脂)的石油化工水性涂料。水性涂料包括水溶性涂料、水稀释性涂料、水分散性涂料(乳胶涂料)3种。水溶性涂料是以水溶性树脂为成膜物,以聚乙烯醇及其各种改性物为代表,除此之外还有水溶醇酸树脂、水溶环氧树脂及无机高分子水性树脂等。
在一些公共场所,人流量大,噪音也大,如果能通过建筑墙体吸收部分噪音,降低公共场所的噪音,则可以为消费者提供更加舒适的休闲环境,具有重要意义,但目前通过涂料粉刷来降低噪音的方法尚未见报道。
发明内容
本发明针对公共场所降噪的问题,提供一种水性涂料用发泡剂,发泡剂使得水性涂料在墙面上粉刷形成凹凸不平的沟壑效果,达到吸音降噪的效果。
本发明采用如下技术方案:
一种水性涂料用发泡剂,所述发泡剂由过碳酸钠和酒石酸混合而成;
其中,所述过碳酸钠和酒石酸的质量比为2~12:1。
优选地,所述过碳酸钠和酒石酸的质量比为5~8:1。
优选地,所述过碳酸钠和酒石酸的加入总量占水性涂料的质量比为1%~5%。
优选地,所述发泡剂使用时,在水性涂料中加入所述发泡剂并搅拌均匀后,进行粉刷即可。
优选地,所述水性涂料为内外墙乳胶漆、真石漆、水性金属漆或水性木器漆。
所述水性涂料用发泡剂在水性涂料吸音降噪中的应用
本发明的有益效果如下:
本发明在水性涂料中加入发泡剂,发泡剂的成分为过碳酸钠和酒石酸,搅拌均匀后粉刷,然后过碳酸钠分解产生氧气和二氧化碳,在粉刷墙的表面形成凹凸不平的图案,呈现沟壑状或者密布的岛状结构,由于粉刷涂料层的凹凸不平的作用,从而达到吸音降噪的效果,如此在公共场合,能够有效地吸收噪音,为消费者提供更加舒适的休闲环境;且值得一提的是,本发明通过调整过碳酸钠和酒石酸的加入比例,能够样式丰富的图案,增强墙体的美感,无需贴设墙纸或额外绘画就能达到装饰的效果。

实施例1
一种水性涂料用发泡剂,所述发泡剂由过碳酸钠和酒石酸混合而成,其中,所述过碳酸钠和酒石酸的质量比为5:1,其使用方法为:在建筑墙体的底漆粉刷完成以后,室温下,在内墙乳胶漆中加入过碳酸钠和酒石酸并搅拌均匀后,进行粉刷即可;所述发泡剂的加入量占水性涂料的质量比为5%。
实施例2
一种水性涂料用发泡剂,所述发泡剂由过碳酸钠和酒石酸混合而成,其中,所述过碳酸钠和酒石酸的质量比为5:1,其使用方法为:在建筑墙体的底漆粉刷完成以后,室温下,在内墙乳胶漆中加入过碳酸钠和酒石酸并搅拌均匀后,进行粉刷即可;所述发泡剂的加入量占水性涂料的质量比为2%。

1.一种水性涂料用发泡剂,其特征在于,所述发泡剂由过碳酸钠和酒石酸混合而成;
其中,所述过碳酸钠和酒石酸的质量比为2~12:1。
2.根据权利要求1所述的水性涂料用发泡剂,其特征在于,所述过碳酸钠和酒石酸的质量比为5~8:1。
3.根据权利要求1所述的水性涂料用发泡剂,其特征在于,所述过碳酸钠和酒石酸的加入总量占水性涂料的质量比为1%~5%。
4.根据权利要求1所述的水性涂料用发泡剂,其特征在于,所述发泡剂使用时,在水性涂料中加入所述发泡剂并搅拌均匀后,进行粉刷即可。
5.根据权利要求1所述的水性涂料用发泡剂,其特征在于,所述水性涂料为内外墙乳胶漆、真石漆、水性金属漆或水性木器漆。
6.权利要求1至5任一项所述水性涂料用发泡剂在水性涂料吸音降噪中的应用。
