所述基本连续的网可包含聚烯烃或共聚物膜、织造或非织造材料、或网等。对于棉的打包,所述基本连续的网可包含聚乙烯(PE)或其它合适的聚合物材料。一般地,用于棉打包目的的PE包缠膜的厚度为20微米~120微米,宽度为0.5m~4.0m。所述膜被选择为具有塑性和弹性变形的组合以便在张力下将棉花以圆柱形打包。打包膜可以是透明或不透明的。
在延长带组件中,所述粘合带部分可具有任意数量的物理层以赋予所需性质:具有粘附至网的粘合表面,和与双面粘合带部分可剥离地粘合的剥离表面。所述粘合带部分可包括纸、聚烯烃、聚酯、织物或其它带体,其一个表面涂布有接触型或压敏型粘合剂层,而另一个表面被涂布或精整(finish)为剥离表面。带体没有高规格要求,并因此可以是纸或标准PE膜。
例如,粘合带部分可包括:具有与双面粘合带部分邻接的硅化剥离涂层的聚乙烯带,和合成橡胶粘合剂层。
粘合带部分的粘合侧可以是对本领域技术人员而言显而易见的任何适合的粘合剂;使用的粘合剂仅必须抵抗剥除力以与剥离表面竞争,而不必针对剪切力而优化粘合剂。另外,所述粘合剂不必具有特别高的粘附性(tenacity)或高粘性。例如,经济型橡胶类粘合剂就足够。剥离表面可例如包括低表面能聚合物涂层,例如选定的聚烯烃或聚(卤代烯)聚合物(例如聚四氟乙烯),和/或施涂处理,例如有机硅涂层。
双面粘合带部分可以是符合以下内容的任何形式:在卷绕网时,暴露的粘性表面与网粘合的高粘着性;在卷绕的网展开时,离开粘合带部分的剥离表面的良好剥离性;以及在包缠物品时,剥离的粘合剂层与网的粘合的良好剪切强度。所述双面粘合带部分本质上是相对高湿粘性(wet-grab)的双面带。所述双面粘合带部分可包含任意数量的物理层以提供如下带载体性质:在带的两个主表面上都具有粘合剂。
解卷绕动作产生剥离动作,其允许粘合带部分和双面粘合带部分分离,留下固定在网上的现已冗余的粘合带部分,并且仅呈现其剥离表面,同时附着的双面粘合带部分暴露出高湿粘性接触型或压敏型粘性表面。因此,这种暴露的粘性表面基本上未被污染,并可以将围绕待打包对象(例如收货的棉卷)的网闭合。
实践中,已发现在双面粘合带部分中需要一定程度的对拉伸和/或折曲的抗性。这将能够对粘合剂性质进行精细选择,从而使卷网展开时游离的双面粘合带可在包缠过程中与网一起穿过辊。例如,已发现为此目的可经验性地选择低拉伸膜,也可以使用例如PVC、聚酯以及单轴或双轴取向或立构规整(stereoregular)的聚烯烃或共聚物膜。
简单来说,双面带层压体是双面粘性双轴取向的聚丙烯(BOPP)带,例如以市售的“221”,其基于透明刚性BOPP带载体及在两侧上的高粘附性橡胶压敏型粘合剂。所述载体在载体的每侧上可具有相同的或不同的粘合剂。BOPP载体带是低拉伸带,并因此可用诸如取向聚氯乙烯(PVC)等任意相仿的材料替代。如本领域技术人员会理解的,橡胶粘合剂可用丙烯酸系粘合剂等替代。
针对选定的粘合剂层性质,带组件可具有经选择而对期望的用途提供选定的剪切强度的任何宽度。例如,针对棉的打包,带组件的宽度可为150mm~300mm,而对于两侧具有高粘附性橡胶压敏型性粘合剂的BOPP带,宽度一般约为250mm。
带组件可作为带组件存料(stock)提供,以用于贴合至网。为了将所述带组件存料储存并输送至将带组件固定至网的施加装置,所述存料可被卷绕。卷绕的存料的粘合带和双面粘合带的暴露的粘性表面可以通过单个的双面剥离膜而分隔开。例如,各暴露的粘性表面可通过有机硅涂布的膜(例如透明有机硅涂布的图案膜)来分隔。
在另一方面,本发明涉及一种延长带存料,其包括:
具有剥离表面的粘合带部分;
可剥离地粘附至所述剥离表面的双面粘合带部分;以及
双面剥离膜,其适合在卷起时将所述粘合带部分和双面粘合带部分的暴露的粘性表面分隔开。
当卷绕延长带存料时,所述双面剥离层将暴露粘合剂层双面剥离层封盖,从而允许所述延长带存料卷起以便于储存和展开。
本发明的包缠网组件可通过本领域技术人员显而易见的任何方法组装。在另一个方面,本发明总体涉及一种形成包缠网组件的方法,其包括以下步骤:
提供基本连续的包缠材料网;
提供延长带存料,其包含具有剥离表面的粘合带部分,和可剥离地粘附至所述剥离表面的双面粘合带部分;
使所述基本连续的包缠材料网经过层压站而进给至积聚卷筒,所述积聚卷筒适合于围绕横贯所述网的基本连续方向的轴卷绕所述网;
将所述延长带存料进给至所述层压站,并且将所述延长带存料切割为离散的带组件;
将所述离散的带组件以间隔关系基本横向地粘附在所述网的一个表面上;并且
将所述网卷绕至所述积聚卷筒,由此使所述带组件的暴露的粘合剂层在卷筒中粘附至所述网的另一表面。
例如,基本连续的包缠材料网可从源卷筒传送至输送卷筒,露出行进的网表面。延长带组件可作为卷绕的带存料提供,其中双面剥离膜适合于在卷起时将粘合带和双面粘合带部分的暴露的粘性表面分隔开。可经由剥离膜剥除器组件将延长带存料的卷筒进给至施加器组件,所述施加器组件适合于在网的面上穿梭往返以展开带组件并将其按长度切割,并且回卷以使带组件与网接合。通过将施加器组件可滑动地安装在横向往复的梁上,可基本连续地进行所述过程。在此构型中,所述网和施加器的相对速度至少对于接合阶段是相同的。
可针对待包缠的物品的尺寸来选择延长带组件沿所述网的间距。例如,对于通过旋转待包缠物品或将包缠网组件绕对象缠绕而进行的包缠,可选择间距以使得通过分离第一和第二带层压体部分而暴露的粘性表面自行粘附至围绕被包缠物品的网的重叠部上。
当打包棉花时,棉卷的直径大约为2.4米,且标准惯例是用绿色PE打包膜制成3个完整的棉包卷,其在包缠时其经计算为22米的包缠。实践中,由于膜中的打包张力,需要21延米(大约)的卷绕产品。
因此,可在绿色打包聚合物膜上每21米铺设带层压组件,并且该绿色打包聚合物膜可在网的与带层压体位置邻近的宽度上打孔。通常将21延米施加24次(24次施加×21延米=504延米),每次包括1个可以设置在棉花收获机内的卷。
与打孔线平行地施加所述带层压体,并与所述打孔线略微保持一定距离,例如,距离几毫米。这样,当进行最终包缠并且将带层夹体(tape sandwich)保持在最终层的下方时,带层夹体的边缘尽可能地靠近所述打孔线的边缘,以防止任何因风、灰尘或渗水等造成的膜的任何伸长边缘发生“翘离(lifting away)”。
例如在AU2003292463和AU2005300259中描述的,可将卷绕的包缠网组件输送至具有包缠机构的机械装置(例如棉花收获机)并与其一体化。在此应用中,包缠网组件以张力包缠初期的捆包,所述张力针对粘合的剪切强度和网的塑形/弹性特性来选择。
在卷绕的网露出粘性表面时,打包设备膜铺设辊必须作用于所述网相对于粘性表面侧的反面,或必须包括具有低表面能的辊,即,具有基本上非粘性的特点。

图1和图2中示出了由绿色聚乙烯打包网11形成包缠网组件。沿打包网11以21米的间距粘附横向250mm宽的延长带组件12,并且该延长带组件已通过从双面剥离膜13分离而从供给卷筒(未示出)剥离,并按长度切割。所述带组件12包含粘附至打包网11的双面粘合带部分14,以及粘合带层压体部分15,所述粘合带层压体部分15具有覆盖双面粘合带部分14的剥离表面。
所述粘合带部分15包含具有与所述双面粘合带部分邻接的硅化剥离涂层的白色聚乙烯带16,和合成橡胶粘合剂层17。所述剥离涂层本身不是一个层,而是修改聚乙烯带16的表面能的薄涂层。
在网11从供给卷筒22传送至积聚卷筒23时,延长带组件12以所述约21米的间隔关系置于网11的正面25上。针对被包缠的物品来选择间距。在本情况中,选择间距来将棉以聚合物打包。所述延长带组件与限定离散撕裂位置的打孔线26邻近,由此几乎没有易于使棉解捆(unbale)的风、灰尘或渗水等趋势。
粘合带15的暴露的粘合剂层17意味着,当在施加延长带组件12后将网11卷起时,暴露的粘合剂层17永久地粘附至网11的背面24。这参考图2得到最佳理解。在其积聚卷筒23上卷起的包缠网组件10可随后被转运至使用点,在此情况中是转运至用于整合有现场打包设备的棉花收获机。
如图3中所示,包缠网组件10通过从积聚卷筒23上解绕而直接展开成打包用组件(未示出)。延长带组件12通过粘合带部分15的合成橡胶粘合剂层17和双面粘合带部分14的粘合剂层21而永久性地粘合至所述网11的外表面24和内表面25。
在网11从积聚卷筒23上解卷绕时,剥离力在网11离开卷筒23的点施加至带组件12。这导致粘合带部分15和双面粘合带部分14分离,其中粘合带部分15的剥离涂层从双面粘合带部分14的橡胶粘合剂层20上剥除并使之暴露。解卷绕的包缠网组件10进给至常规的聚合物打包机器,其具有适于使橡胶粘合剂层20通过的辊。在通过将暴露的橡胶粘合剂层20粘合至网11而使捆包固定时,所述打包机器通过沿打孔线26撕裂而切掉网11的尾部。
前述实施方式的装置具有以下优点:在连续的网上,避免了对于制造离散部分的组件的需要。制造的成本更低,且现场展开更加可靠。
自然会认识到,尽管公开了作为本发明示例性实施例的上述内容,然而对于本领域技术人员显而易见的所有修改和变形都视为落入由所附权利要求阐明的本发明的宽泛范围和界限内。
Claims (18)
1.一种制造用于包缠成形捆包的材料的方法,所述方法包括:
提供柔性塑料材料膜的基底膜网,所述基底膜网具有相对的第一表面和第二表面;
将第一粘合衬底施加到所述基底膜网的第一表面上,所述第一粘合衬底具有面向外的第一粘合表面;
施加第一剥离衬里以覆盖所述第一粘合表面,所述第一剥离衬里具有面向外的粘合表面;和
将所述基底膜网卷成卷,其中,所述第一剥离衬里的面向外的粘合表面粘附到所述基底膜网的第二表面,使得当所述卷被展开时,所述第一剥离衬里从所述第一粘合衬底分开,以便暴露所述第一粘合衬底的面向外的第一粘合表面。
2.根据权利要求1所述的方法,包括形成多个基本上均匀间隔开的打孔线,所述打孔线延伸所述用于包缠成形捆包的材料的宽度并穿过所述基底膜网。
3.根据权利要求2所述的方法,其中,所述第一粘合衬底在靠近所述卷中的包缠材料的自由端的相邻的打孔线的一侧被施加到所述基底膜网。
4.一种用于包缠固体材料的成形捆包的包缠材料,所述包缠材料具有:
柔性塑料材料膜的基底膜网,该基底膜网具有第一表面和第二表面;
第一粘合衬底,所述第一粘合衬底粘附到所述基底膜网的第一表面上,所述第一粘合衬底具有面向外的粘合表面;和
第一剥离衬里,所述第一剥离衬里覆盖所述第一粘合衬底,并具有面向外的粘合表面;
其中,当所述包缠材料被卷起时,所述第一剥离衬里的面向外的粘合表面粘附到所述基底膜网的第二表面,使得当所述包缠材料被展开时,所述第一剥离衬里从所述第一粘合衬底分离,以便暴露所述第一粘合衬底的面向外的第一粘合表面。
5.如权利要求4所述的包缠材料,其中,所述基底膜网选自:聚烯烃膜、共聚物膜、织造材料、非织造材料和网。
6.如权利要求5所述的包缠材料,其中,所述基底膜网是厚度为20微米~120微米且宽度为0.5m~4.0m的聚乙烯。
7.如权利要求4所述的包缠材料,其中,所述第一剥离衬里包括一个表面涂布有接触型或压敏型粘合剂层且另一个表面涂布或精整成剥离表面的纸、聚烯烃、聚酯、织物或其它带体。
8.如权利要求7所述的包缠材料,其中,所述第一剥离衬里包括:具有与所述第一粘合衬底邻接的硅化剥离涂层的聚乙烯带体,和合成橡胶粘合剂层。
9.如权利要求4所述的包缠材料,其中,所述第一粘合衬底包含低拉伸膜,所述低拉伸膜选自聚氯乙烯、聚酯及单轴或双轴取向或立构规整的聚烯烃或共聚物膜。
10.如权利要求9所述的包缠材料,其中,所述第一粘合衬底包含双轴取向的聚丙烯带。
11.如权利要求9所述的包缠材料,其中,所述低拉伸膜在两侧上都涂布有高粘附性橡胶压敏型粘合剂。
12.如权利要求4所述的包缠材料,其中,所述基底膜网是经选择用于棉的打包的聚乙烯膜。
13.如权利要求12所述的包缠材料,其中,所述聚乙烯膜在邻近所述第一粘合衬底的位置被打孔。
14.一种延长带存料,其包括:
具有剥离表面的粘合带部分;
可剥离地粘附至所述剥离表面的双面粘合带部分,所述双面粘合带部分具有载体带,所述载体带两面都具有粘合剂;以及
双面剥离膜,所述双面剥离膜适合在卷起时将所述粘合带部分和所述双面粘合带部分的暴露的粘性表面分隔开。
15.一种形成包缠网组件的方法,其包括以下步骤:
提供包缠材料网;
提供延长带存料,所述延长带存料包含具有剥离表面的粘合带部分和可剥离地粘附至所述剥离表面的双面粘合带部分;
使所述包缠材料网经过层压站而进给至积聚卷筒,所述积聚卷筒适合于围绕横贯网进料方向的轴卷绕所述网;
将所述延长带存料进给至所述层压站,并且将所述延长带存料切割为离散的带组件;
将所述离散的带组件以间隔关系横向地粘附在所述网的一个表面上;并且
将所述网卷绕至所述积聚卷筒,由此使所述带组件的暴露的粘合剂层在所述卷筒中粘附至所述网的另一表面。
16.如权利要求15所述的方法,其中,所述包缠材料网从源卷筒传送至所述积聚卷筒,在所述层压站中暴露出行进的网表面。
17.如权利要求15所述的方法,其中,所述延长带存料作为卷绕的带存料提供,其中双面剥离膜适合于在卷起时将所述粘合带部分和所述双面粘合带部分的暴露的粘性表面分隔开。
18.如权利要求17所述的方法,其中,经由剥离膜剥除组件将所述延长带存料的卷筒进给至施加器组件,所述施加器组件适合于在所述层压站中于所述网的表面上穿梭往返以展开所述带组件并将其按长度切割,并且回卷以使所述带组件与所述网接合。
