Abstract
The invention discloses a fixed-length conveying device for a drill belt, which comprises a drill belt bottom plate and a servo motor, wherein a fixed seat is arranged on the drill belt bottom plate, an adjusting plate is arranged on the fixed seat, a feeding turntable, a reel assembly, a rubber feeding belt wheel and a pendulum mechanism arranged on the rubber feeding belt wheel are sequentially arranged on one side of the adjusting plate according to the conveying direction of the drill belt, and the drill belt drives the pendulum mechanism to swing up and down by taking the rubber feeding belt wheel as a rotating point; the servo motor is connected with the feeding turntable. Which can improve the smoothness of the transmission of the brazing belt, can facilitate the adjustment of the height of the adjusting plate, the feed turntable is convenient to replace and the weld flash is convenient to clean.

Technical Field
The invention relates to welding machine equipment, in particular to a fixed-length brazing belt conveying device.
Background
The brazing belt is required to be transmitted through the transmission equipment before welding, the efficiency of welding work can be greatly improved due to the fact that the transmission equipment is put into use, and a foundation is provided for automatic welding equipment.
However, the conventional brazing belt conveying tool has certain defects when in use, the brazing belt conveying smoothness is not high enough, the height of the adjusting plate cannot be conveniently adjusted, the feeding turntable cannot be conveniently replaced, and the butt weld cannot be conveniently cleaned. For this purpose, it is necessary to design a fixed length drill belt conveying device for use as a welder apparatus.
Disclosure of Invention
In order to overcome the defects in the prior art, one of the purposes of the invention is to provide a fixed-length conveying device for a brazing belt, which can improve the smoothness of the conveying of the brazing belt, is convenient for adjusting the height of an adjusting plate, is convenient for replacing a feeding turntable, and is convenient for cleaning weld flash.

the fixed-length conveying device for the brazing belt comprises a brazing belt bottom plate and a servo motor, wherein a fixed seat is arranged on the brazing belt bottom plate, an adjusting plate is arranged on the fixed seat, a feeding turntable, a reel assembly, a rubber feeding belt wheel and a pendulum mechanism arranged on the rubber feeding belt wheel are sequentially arranged on one side of the adjusting plate according to the conveying direction of the brazing belt, and the brazing belt drives the pendulum mechanism to swing up and down by taking the rubber feeding belt wheel as a rotating point; the servo motor is connected with the feeding turntable.
The pendulum mechanism comprises a swinging block arranged on the rubber feeding belt wheel, a connecting piece arranged on the end part of the swinging block and a scraping blade arranged on the free end part of the connecting piece; the connecting piece is provided with a guide groove for conveying the brazing belt.
Further, a connecting shaft is arranged on one side of the adjusting plate, a connecting seat is arranged on the connecting piece, and the connecting seat is connected with the connecting shaft.
The adjusting plate is further provided with a fixing block, the fixing block is inserted with a guide rod, and the guide rod is fixed on the fixing seat.
The lower end surface of the fixed block is provided with a clamping groove, and one side surface of the fixed block is fixedly connected with one side surface of the adjusting plate through the clamping groove.
Further, an insulating pad is arranged between the drill belt bottom plate and the fixing seat.
The spool assembly further comprises a damping round belt seat fixed on the adjusting plate and a compression bar fixed on the damping round belt seat.
The damping round belt seat comprises a base fixed on the adjusting plate, a damping pull rod arranged on the base and a sleeve sleeved on the damping pull rod.
The guide groove pressing block is further arranged on the connecting piece and located above the guide groove.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the beneficial effects that:
1. before the brazing belt is welded, the brazing belt is switched into position control by a servo motor, so that the brazing belt can be fed in a fixed length mode;
2. when the brazing belt is welded, the torque control is switched by the servo motor, and when the brazing belt is melted, the brazing belt can be broken by pulling;
3. after the brazing belt is welded, the servo motor pulls the brazing belt back, the brazing belt drives the pendulum mechanism to swing up and down by taking the rubber feeding belt wheel as a rotating point, the weld flash at the port of the brazing belt is scraped off, the position of the port of the brazing belt is fed back, and the feeding welding of the brazing belt at the next time is facilitated.

Referring to fig. 1 to 5, the fixed length drill belt conveying device comprises a drill belt bottom plate 1, a fixed seat 18, an adjusting plate 11 and a servo motor 12. The insulating pad 2 is arranged on the drill belt bottom plate 1, and the fixing seat 18 is arranged on the insulating pad 2 and is fixed on the drill belt bottom plate 1 through bolts.
A fixed block 13 is fixedly connected to one side of the adjusting plate 11; the concrete connection structure comprises: the front end surface of fixed block 13 is equipped with fixed orifices 26, and the inboard of fixed orifices 26 is equipped with fixing bolt 27, and fixing bolt 27 runs through fixed orifices 26 and the inner wall fixed connection of fixed block 13, and the lower extreme surface of fixed block 13 is equipped with draw-in groove 28, and one side surface of fixed block 13 passes through draw-in groove 28 and one side surface fixed connection of regulating plate 11. The fixed block 13 is penetrated with a guide rod 14 from top to bottom, and the lower end of the guide rod 14 is fixed on the fixed seat 18. In this embodiment, the number of fixing bases 18 is two, and the number of fixing blocks 13 and guide rods 14 is two, and the fixing blocks 13 and guide rods 14 are in one-to-one correspondence, so as to facilitate adjustment of the fixing blocks 13.
The other side of the adjusting plate 11 is provided with a feeding turntable 19, a scroll component 15, a rubber feeding belt wheel 3 and a pendulum mechanism arranged on the rubber feeding belt wheel 3 in sequence according to the conveying direction of the brazing belt, and the brazing belt drives the pendulum mechanism to swing up and down by taking the rubber feeding belt wheel 3 as a rotating point; the servo motor is connected with a feed turntable 19.
The pendulum mechanism comprises a swinging block 4 arranged on the rubber feeding belt wheel 3, a connecting piece 5 arranged on the end part of the swinging block 4 and a scraping blade arranged on the free end part of the connecting piece 5; the connecting piece 5 is provided with a guide groove 7 for conveying the drill belts. A guide groove 7 pressing block is arranged on the connecting piece 5 and above the guide groove 7. One side of the adjusting plate 11 is provided with a connecting shaft 10, the connecting piece 5 is provided with a connecting seat 9, and the connecting seat 9 is connected with the connecting shaft 10.
Referring to fig. 4, the reel assembly 15 includes a damping band seat 17 fixed to the adjustment plate 11 and a pressing rod 16 fixed to the damping band seat 17. The damping round belt seat 17 comprises a base 29 fixed on the adjusting plate 11, a damping pull rod 24 arranged on the base 29 and a sleeve 25 sleeved on the damping pull rod 24.
The outer surface of the front end of the feeding turntable 19 is provided with a fixed disk 21. The inboard of fixed disk 21 is equipped with roller bearing 20, and one side surface of fixed disk 21 passes through roller bearing 20 and one side surface swing joint of regulating plate 11, considers the fixed to feeding carousel 19, and this embodiment is equipped with jump ring 23 at the upper end surface of fixed disk 21, considers fixing jump ring 23, and this embodiment is equipped with buckle 22 at the upper end surface of jump ring 23, and one side surface of feeding carousel 19 passes through one side surface fixed connection of jump ring 23 and fixed disk 21, one side surface of jump ring 23 passes through one side surface fixed connection of buckle 22 and fixed disk 21.
The user can fix the feed turntable 19 by installing the feed turntable 19 on the fixed disk 21 and by installing the snap springs 23 and the buckles 22 in sequence. The servo motor 12 drives the roller 20 to rotate, the roller 20 drives the feed turntable 19 to rotate through the fixed disc 21, and referring to fig. 3, the brazing tape passes through each part and finally passes out along the guide groove 7 on the connecting piece 5. Before the brazing belt is welded, the servo motor 12 is switched to position control, so that fixed-length feeding of the brazing belt can be realized; when the brazing belt is welded, the torque control is switched by the servo motor 12, and when the brazing belt is melted, the brazing belt can be broken; after the brazing belt is welded, the servo motor 12 pulls the brazing belt back, the brazing belt drives the pendulum mechanism to swing up and down by taking the rubber feeding belt wheel 3 as a rotating point, the weld flash at the port of the brazing belt is scraped off, the position of the port of the brazing belt is fed back, and the feeding and welding of the brazing belt at the next time are facilitated.

the pendulum mechanism comprises a swinging block arranged on the rubber feeding belt wheel, a connecting piece arranged on the end part of the swinging block and a scraping blade arranged on the free end part of the connecting piece; the connecting piece is provided with a guide groove for conveying the drill belts;
a connecting shaft is arranged on one side of the adjusting plate, a connecting seat is arranged on the connecting piece, and the connecting seat is connected with the connecting shaft;
the adjusting plate is connected with a fixed block, a guide rod is inserted into the fixed block, and the guide rod is fixed on the fixed seat;
the outer surface of the lower end of the fixed block is provided with a clamping groove, and the outer surface of one side of the fixed block is fixedly connected with the outer surface of one side of the adjusting plate through the clamping groove;
the scroll component comprises a damping circular band seat fixed on the adjusting plate and a compression bar fixed on the damping circular band seat;
