Technical Field
The invention belongs to the field of medical care instruments, and particularly relates to an instrument for preventing deep venous thrombosis of lower limbs.
The invention also relates to a using method of the device for preventing deep venous thrombosis of the lower limbs.
Background
The deep vein of the lower limb is a main passage vessel for conveying blood of the lower limb to return to the heart, when the blood in the deep vein system is coagulated and forms thrombus due to various reasons, the blood of the lower limb cannot smoothly return to the heart, a large amount of blood stays in the lower limb, the venous pressure is increased, and the extravasation of blood components occurs, so that limb swelling and pain are caused, and the diseases become deep vein thrombosis of the lower limb. To enhance circulation of blood in the lower extremities, compressive forces need to be applied across the lower extremities (including the legs and/or feet) to squeeze the veins of the legs.
For this reason, pneumatic compression devices for preventing the occurrence of the above-mentioned illness have been reported, which simply compress the entire foot, lower leg or thigh. For patients who are immobilized and do not move regularly (such as in an intensive care unit), prolonged bed rest can lead to disuse atrophy of leg muscles, in addition to deep venous thrombosis of the lower limbs.
Application publication No. CN108433935A reports a sports apparatus for preventing deep vein thrombosis of lower limbs, which has the functions of swinging feet left and right and reciprocating back and forth, realizing ankle pump movement, promoting blood circulation and flow of legs, effectively preventing deep vein thrombosis of legs and avoiding disuse atrophy of leg muscles. The sports apparatus is mainly formed by interconnecting a supporting piece and a left-right swing driving device, so that the structure is relatively complex.
