The fodder mixing and conveying device has the advantages that unified management, mixing and conveying of the fodder are achieved, standardized management in the breeding process is facilitated, and the fodder mixing and conveying device has good application prospect and popularization potential and value in the technical field of livestock raising devices.
The present invention may be embodied in other specific forms without departing from the spirit or essential attributes thereof, and it should be understood that various changes and modifications can be effected therein by one skilled in the art without departing from the spirit and scope of the invention as defined in the appended claims.
Claims (8)
1. A centrifugal distributing device is characterized by comprising a temporary storage tank, a centrifugal mechanism and a trough; specifically, the method comprises the following steps:
the temporary storage tank is used for storing the mixed feed;
the centrifugal mechanism is used for uniformly distributing the feed into the feed troughs;
the trough is used for receiving feed and feeding the feed to animals;
a pneumatic door is arranged at the outlet of the temporary storage tank;
the centrifugal mechanism comprises a rotary table, the bottom of the rotary table is provided with a connecting column, and the connecting column is fixedly connected with a rotating column; the rotating column is rotatably connected with the fixed seat; the rotating column is also connected with a rotating motor for driving the rotating column to rotate;
the material groove is annular and comprises an inner arc wall and an outer arc wall; a plurality of material level sensors are uniformly arranged on the inner arc wall; each material level sensor is connected with the control unit; the feeding amount is controlled through program setting;
when more than 70% of the sensors send back signals, the fodder in the trough is considered to be sufficient, and the temporary storage tank stops feeding;
when less than 20% of the sensors send back signals, the feed in the trough is considered to be insufficient, and the temporary storage tank accelerates the feeding speed and feeds the feed in time;
the top of the feed chute is also provided with a first material baffle plate and a second material baffle plate; a feeding space is formed between the first material baffle plate and the second material baffle plate;
the inner arc wall and the outer arc wall are connected with a plurality of separating rods; each separating rod is connected in series by adopting an arc rod, a first material baffle plate is connected on the arc rod, and a second material baffle plate is connected on the inner arc wall;
the top surface of the turntable is a spherical surface; a plurality of rib plates are uniformly and annularly arranged on the top surface of the turntable;
the turntable is arranged right below the temporary storage tank; the periphery of the rotating disc extends into the feeding space.
2. The centrifugal distributor of claim 1, wherein the ribs are 6-10.
3. The centrifugal distributor of claim 1, wherein the rotating column is externally sleeved with a toothed ring, and the toothed ring is engaged with a gear driven by a rotating motor.
4. A centrifugal distributor according to claim 3, wherein the rotary motor is connected to the gear by a reduction gear.
5. A centrifugal distributor according to any one of claims 1 to 4 wherein the turntable is hollow.
6. The centrifugal distributor of claim 5, wherein the rotating disk is of carbon steel or aluminum alloy.
7. An animal feeding device having a centrifugal distributor as claimed in claim 6, comprising a feed mixer and a set of conveyor belts; the conveying belt group comprises a horizontal conveying belt, and at least one distributor is arranged on the horizontal conveying belt; the centrifugal distributing device is arranged right below the distributor;
specifically, the method comprises the following steps:
a food mixer for mixing and/or preparing the feed;
the conveyor belt group is used for receiving and transporting the feed and is connected with each feeding point in series;
the distributor is used for intercepting the feed from the horizontal conveyor belt according to the requirement;
the centrifugal distributing device receives the feed taken down by the distributor and supplies the feed as a feeding point;
the distributor is rotatably connected with a fixed frame, the fixed frame comprises vertical plates which are arranged in parallel and positioned on two sides of the horizontal conveyor belt, a cross rod is connected between the two vertical plates, and the cross rod is rotatably connected with a cylinder body of a distributor cylinder;
the distributor comprises two distributing plates; one ends of the two material distributing plates are connected with each other and form a certain included angle, and the other ends of the two material distributing plates are respectively provided with a connecting plate; the two connecting plates are respectively and rotatably connected with the vertical plates on the same side; and a connecting rod is connected between the two material distributing plates and is rotatably connected with a telescopic rod of the material distributor cylinder.
8. An animal feeding device according to claim 7, wherein the angle between the two material distributing plates is 60-100 °.
