Abstract

The invention can be widely used for hub welting.

Technical Field
The invention relates to a hub, in particular to a hub welting device.
Background
Existing hubs, particularly motor hubs, are often provided with corresponding logos on the rim portion for identification or aesthetics. At present, two manufacturing forms are basically adopted, namely, a welt is stuck, but the prior art is used for clamping the welt by using a manual clamping groove, so that the surface of a product is easy to scratch, the welt quality is poor, the conditions of uneven pressing and air bubbles are easy to occur, the efficiency is low, and the labor cost is high; secondly, the mark is generated by coating, but the mode has complex process, higher cost and lower spray qualification rate of complex patterns such as LOGO.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to solve the technical problems of poor quality, complex operation and high cost of the existing hub manufacturing mark, and provides a hub edging device with good quality, simple and convenient operation and low cost.

As shown in fig. 1 to 5, the invention is provided with a lower guide support seat 1 and an upper guide support seat 2, wherein the left end surfaces of the lower guide support seat 1 and the upper guide support seat 2 are flush, and are fixedly connected in the vertical direction through two opposite connecting rods 3. The right end face of the lower guide support seat 1 is provided with two opposite lower guide wheel shafts, the outer end of each lower guide wheel shaft is sleeved with a lower guide wheel bearing, the outer side of each lower guide wheel bearing is sleeved with a lower guide wheel 4, and the lower guide wheels 4 can rotate in situ. Similarly, the right end face of the upper guide support seat 2 is provided with two opposite upper guide wheel shafts, the outer ends of the upper guide wheel shafts are sleeved with upper guide wheel bearings, the outer sides of the upper guide wheel bearings are sleeved with upper guide wheels 5, and the upper guide wheels 5 can also rotate in situ. The bottom center of the upper guide support seat 2 is provided with a compression block groove 6, and a compression block 7 is arranged in the compression block groove 6. The hold-down block 7 contacts with the upper surface of the lower guide support seat 1 and extends out from the left end surfaces of the lower guide support seat 1 and the upper guide support seat 2, but gaps are arranged between the hold-down block 7 and the inner wall of the hold-down block groove 6, so that friction is prevented from being generated when the hold-down block 7 is pushed, and the service life of the hold-down block is also ensured while labor is saved.
The right of the compacting block 7 on the lower guide support seat 1 is also provided with a fixed block 8, the fixed block 8 is provided with an adhesive tape guide groove 9 and an adhesive film guide groove 10 which are separated, and the tail ends of the adhesive tape guide groove 9 and the adhesive film guide groove 10 are communicated to form an opening 11.
The lower guide support seat 1 is also provided with a film sticking compression tongue 12 adjacent to the opening 11, and one end of the film sticking compression tongue 12 close to the opening 11 is connected with the lower guide support seat 1 through a positioning pin 13, so that the film sticking compression tongue 12 can rotate around the positioning pin 13. Meanwhile, a limiting pin groove 16 is formed in the film sticking compression tongue 12 opposite to the positioning pin 13, a limiting pin 17 is arranged in the limiting pin groove 16, the diameter of the limiting pin 17 is smaller than that of the limiting pin groove 16, and the limiting pin 17 is fixedly connected with the lower guide support seat 1. Thus, when the film pressing tongue 12 rotates around the positioning pin 13, the setting of the limiting pin 17 can limit the up-and-down swing amplitude of the film pressing tongue 12, and good limiting is performed.
A film sticking guide groove 14 is also arranged between the film sticking compression tongue 12 and the fixed block 8. Preferably, a cover plate 15 is also arranged above the fixing block 8 and the film pressing tongue 12 together to prevent the film pressing tongue 12 from moving up and down.

It is known that the adhesive tape is generally divided into an upper adhesive film and a lower adhesive film, the adhesive film is removed and discarded, and the adhesive film is attached to a product, and the use state of the adhesive tape is shown in fig. 6.
The lower guide wheel 4 and the upper guide wheel 5 are clamped on the hub 24, so that the rim part of the hub is just opposite to the pressing part 20. When the adhesive tape dispenser works, firstly, the adhesive tape is placed in the adhesive tape guide groove 9, the front end of the adhesive tape is separated, the adhesive film extends out through the adhesive film guide groove 10, and the adhesive film sequentially passes through the adhesive film guide groove 14 and the adhesive film channel 19 to reach the rear of the pressing part 20. At this time, the pressing block 7 is pressed by hand, the elastic force of the spring piece 23 is overcome, the ejector rod 22 is driven to press on the pressure-bearing portion 21 of the film pressing tongue 12, and the pressing portion 20 is further made to press the film on the rim of the hub. Then, the hub 24 is driven by the driving device to rotate, so as to drive the adhesive films to be attached to the rim together, and the pressing part 20 always keeps pressing the adhesive films. After the film is adhered, the hand is loosened, and the compression block 7 automatically rebounds under the action of the elasticity of the spring, wherein the rebound is 1.5mm away.
