Abstract
本发明耐久性汽车材料及其应用,包括衬底、依次固结于衬底上的抗静电聚丙烯层、隔热层、碳纤维材料层、抗菌聚丙烯层、耐水高分子聚合物层和抗氧化层,抗氧化层外表面粘结免喷涂聚丙烯复合材料层,衬底与抗静电聚丙烯层之间固结抗应力发白聚丙烯层。本发明提供的耐久性汽车材料及其应用,在衬底上设置抗应力发白聚丙烯层、抗静电聚丙烯层、隔热层、碳纤维材料层、抗菌聚丙烯层、耐水高分子聚合物层、抗氧化层和免喷涂聚丙烯复合材料层,应用于汽车上,作为玻璃贴膜或发动机机罩覆盖件,具有抗静电、隔热、质轻、抗菌、耐水性和抗氧化性,改善受应力作用时产生的应力发白现象,还可根据实际需求涂覆荧光层,便于夜间被发现,降低交通事故发生率。

技术领域
本发明涉及汽车材料技术领域,特别涉及一种耐久性汽车材料及其应用。
背景技术
在当代中国乃至全世界,人们的生活水平和购买力水涨船高,私家车数量不断增加,越来越多的人民倾向于选择油耗低、性能优越的小汽车,而这些性能与汽车材料有很大关系。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题在于针对上述技术问题而提供一种耐久性汽车材料及其应用。
本发明所要解决的技术问题可以通过以下技术方案来实现:
一种耐久性汽车材料,包括衬底、依次固结于所述衬底上的抗静电聚丙烯层、隔热层、碳纤维材料层、抗菌聚丙烯层、耐水高分子聚合物层和抗氧化层,所述抗氧化层外表面粘结免喷涂聚丙烯复合材料层,衬底与抗静电聚丙烯层之间固结抗应力发白聚丙烯层。
进一步的,所述免喷涂聚丙烯复合材料层外表面依次固结耐水高分子聚合物层和荧光层。
进一步的,所述抗静电聚丙烯层的厚度为5-50μm,抗菌聚丙烯层的厚度为15-85μm,耐水高分子聚合物层的厚度为5-30μm,抗氧化层的厚度为10-45μm。
进一步的,所述衬底采用聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯制成,衬底与抗静电聚丙烯层之间固结采用抗应力发白聚丙烯材料制成的抗应力发白聚丙烯层。
进一步的,所述隔热层通过磁控溅射法溅射镀于抗静电聚丙烯层上,隔热层的厚度为10-35μm,隔热层采用银靶材进行溅射。
进一步的,应用于发动机机罩上。
进一步的,应用于汽车玻璃上,所述衬底远离抗应力发白聚丙烯层的一面与汽车玻璃相贴合。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果为:
本发明公开了一种耐久性汽车材料及其应用,包括衬底、依次固结于所述衬底上的抗静电聚丙烯层、隔热层、碳纤维材料层、抗菌聚丙烯层、耐水高分子聚合物层和抗氧化层,所述抗氧化层外表面粘结免喷涂聚丙烯复合材料层,衬底与抗静电聚丙烯层之间固结抗应力发白聚丙烯层。本发明提供的耐久性汽车材料及其应用,在衬底上依次设置抗应力发白聚丙烯层、抗静电聚丙烯层、隔热层、碳纤维材料层、抗菌聚丙烯层、耐水高分子聚合物层、抗氧化层和免喷涂聚丙烯复合材料层,应用于汽车上,作为玻璃贴膜或发动机机罩覆盖件,具有抗静电、隔热、质轻、抗菌、耐水性和抗氧化性,改善受应力作用时产生的应力发白现象,还可根据实际需求涂覆荧光层,便于夜间被发现,降低交通事故发生率。

下面结合具体实施例对本发明作更进一步的说明。
如图1所示,一种耐久性汽车材料,包括衬底1、依次固结于衬底1上的抗静电聚丙烯层3、隔热层4、碳纤维材料层5、抗菌聚丙烯层6、耐水高分子聚合物层7和抗氧化层8,所述抗氧化层8外表面粘结免喷涂聚丙烯复合材料层9,衬底1与抗静电聚丙烯层3之间固结抗应力发白聚丙烯层2。
免喷涂聚丙烯复合材料层9外表面依次固结耐水高分子聚合物层7和荧光层10。
抗静电聚丙烯层3的厚度为5-50μm,抗菌聚丙烯层6的厚度为15-85μm,耐水高分子聚合物层7的厚度为5-30μm,抗氧化层8的厚度为10-45μm。
衬底1采用聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯制成,衬底1与抗静电聚丙烯层3之间固结采用抗应力发白聚丙烯材料制成的抗应力发白聚丙烯层2。
隔热层4通过磁控溅射法溅射镀于抗静电聚丙烯层3上,隔热层4的厚度为10-35μm,隔热层4采用银靶材进行溅射。
应用于发动机机罩上。
应用于汽车玻璃上,所述衬底1远离抗应力发白聚丙烯层2的一面与汽车玻璃相贴合。

Claims (7)
1.一种耐久性汽车材料,其特征在于,包括衬底(1)、依次固结于所述衬底(1)上的抗静电聚丙烯层(3)、隔热层(4)、碳纤维材料层(5)、抗菌聚丙烯层(6)、耐水高分子聚合物层(7)和抗氧化层(8),所述抗氧化层(8)外表面粘结免喷涂聚丙烯复合材料层(9),衬底(1)与抗静电聚丙烯层(3)之间固结抗应力发白聚丙烯层(2)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种耐久性汽车材料,其特征在于,所述免喷涂聚丙烯复合材料层(9)外表面依次固结耐水高分子聚合物层(7)和荧光层(10)。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种耐久性汽车材料,其特征在于,所述抗静电聚丙烯层(3)的厚度为5-50μm,抗菌聚丙烯层(6)的厚度为15-85μm,耐水高分子聚合物层(7)的厚度为5-30μm,抗氧化层(8)的厚度为10-45μm。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种耐久性汽车材料,其特征在于,所述衬底(1)采用聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯制成,衬底(1)与抗静电聚丙烯层(3)之间固结采用抗应力发白聚丙烯材料制成的抗应力发白聚丙烯层(2)。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种耐久性汽车材料,其特征在于,所述隔热层(4)通过磁控溅射法溅射镀于抗静电聚丙烯层(3)上,隔热层(4)的厚度为10-35μm,隔热层(4)采用银靶材进行溅射。
6.根据权利要求1-5任一所述的一种耐久性汽车材料,其特征在于,应用于发动机机罩上。
7.根据权利要求1-5任一所述的一种耐久性汽车材料,其特征在于,应用于汽车玻璃上,所述衬底(1)远离抗应力发白聚丙烯层(2)的一面与汽车玻璃相贴合。
