Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of cosmetic formulas, and particularly relates to a whitening composition containing an extract of lime fruits.
Background
Scientifically proves that skin aging and blackening are a complex process, the occurrence of color spots or blackening of the skin is mainly controlled by the content and distribution of melanin in a body, small organ melanosomes in melanocytes are places and sources for melanin generation, and the structural function, the quantity and the activation degree of the melanosomes directly influence the quantity of the melanin generation. Melanocytes cannot be activated autonomously, and keratinocytes and dermal fibroblasts produce secretions after ultraviolet irradiation, thereby activating melanocytes. The main process for melanin synthesis is as follows: ultraviolet rays in sunlight activate keratinocytes to secrete alpha-MSH (melanocyte stimulating hormone), the alpha-MSH is combined with receptors on melanocytes to serve as a signal substance, and the generation of melanin is started, namely, the dopaquinone is gradually generated by taking tyrosine as a precursor through tyrosinase catalysis, and finally the melanin is generated. After melanin synthesis, melanin is transported into epidermal cells through the dendrites, and is discharged out of the body as epidermal cells move up to the stratum corneum and are removed with aging keratoses. In addition, skin complexion is associated with melanin, and also with glycation and excess free radicals in the skin.
However, the existing whitening additives or products in the market have some problems:
1. generally, commercially available whitening products only play a role in inhibiting the activity of the tyrosinase or reducing the number of melanocytes, and few products can achieve whitening in various stages of melanin formation, that is, the whitening pathway is not comprehensive. 2. Partial whitening products are unsafe in raw materials, such as kojic acid, rhododendron alcohol and hydroquinone, mercury chloride in the whitening agent and the like have great cytotoxicity, and have great side effects on skin.
3. The whitening product has unstable performance, for example, VC as a classical whitening component can not only lighten melanin and promote the growth of collagen, but also reduce light damage and resist oxidation. But the whitening and freckle-removing powder is easy to oxidize and deteriorate by visible light during storage and use, so that the whitening and freckle-removing powder does not have the effects of whitening and removing freckles.
4. The absorption of raw materials is problematic, and the stratum corneum of the skin is a brick-slurry anti-leakage structure formed by embedding 4-8 layers of flat anucleate cells filled with keratin in intercellular lipid. Therefore, the whitening preparation cannot pass through the brick-slurry structure and cannot reach the inside of the skin to play a role.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention provides a whitening composition containing an extract of lime fruit aiming at the defects in the prior art.
The purpose of the invention is realized by the following technical scheme:
a whitening composition containing Citrus aurantium fruit extract comprises Citrus aurantium fruit extract, Albizzia julibrissin extract, biological whitening polypeptide, oligopeptide-1, VC derivatives, nicotinamide, phenylethyl resorcinol and arbutin.
The whitening composition comprises the following components in parts by weight: 0.1-50 parts of a lime fruit extract; 0.1-50 parts of albizzia julibrissin durazz extract; 1-20 parts of a VC derivative; 0.1-10 parts of nicotinamide; 0.01-0.5 part of phenethyl resorcinol; 0.01-10 parts of biological whitening polypeptide; 0.01-2 parts of arbutin; 0.01-10 parts of oligopeptide-1.
The biological whitening polypeptide is one or two of nonapeptide and tridecapeptide.
The VC derivative is one or two of ascorbyl tetraisopalmitate, aminopropanol ascorbic acid phosphate and ascorbic acid 2-glucoside.
The whitening composition may be added to a whitening cosmetic.
Further, the cosmetic is in the form of cream, lotion, gel or aqua.
The lime fruit extract is a secondary metabolite obtained by physically squeezing lime fruits treated at low temperature of 0-4 ℃ in a buffer solution system and then filtering the squeezed lime fruits by using a membrane.
Further, the buffer liquid is one of a buffer solution of citric acid and sodium citrate and a buffer solution of disodium hydrogen phosphate and sodium dihydrogen phosphate; the membrane filtration is three-stage filtration: filtering with a filter screen with the aperture of 10-100 meshes, filtering with 200-400 meshes of filter cloth, and filtering with acetate fibers.
The lime fruit belongs to a plant source, and the lime fruit extract has natural mild whitening components: the natural fruit acid, vitamin, polyphenol, flavone, alkaloid, sterol and other substances can well absorb ultraviolet rays, play a role in resisting oxidation and effectively reduce damage caused by oxygen free radicals in skin due to sunshine. The safety and high-efficiency whitening effect of the lime fruit extract is different from the chemical sunscreen agent which is possibly used in the current cosmetics and is capable of causing skin allergy and the physical sunscreen agent with potential dust pollution.
Albizzia julibrissin bark extract has skin whitening effect by anti-glycation effect. Due to factors such as an excessive amount of sugar ingested from food or drink or environmental pollution, excess sugar in the body is released in the blood, and is attached to collagen to undergo condensation, rearrangement and chain extension reactions to produce a highly reactive glycated intermediate, which continues to react with protein to produce an irreversible glycated end product. However, as the metabolism of the skin becomes slow, the glycation products in the body accumulate on the skin, causing problems such as dark yellow skin and color spots.
The VC derivative is one or two of ascorbyl tetraisopalmitate, aminopropanol ascorbic acid phosphate and ascorbic acid 2-glucoside, can protect the stability of easily oxidized groups, and has increased lipophilicity after esterification or glycosylation, better affinity with the skin and easier penetration into the skin; the extracellular phospholipase in vivo can directly hydrolyze VC derivatives and convert into ascorbic acid. Ascorbic acid can inhibit the intermediate step from tyrosine to melanin-reduction of dopaquinone, and can directly reduce the formed melanin, so as to directly whiten the skin.
The biological whitening polypeptide is one or two of tridecapeptide and nonapeptide. The biological whitening polypeptide has small molecular weight, can rapidly penetrate into skin and interfere the combination of alpha-MSH (melanocyte stimulating hormone) and MC1R (melanocortin receptor 1) genes on the surface of a cell membrane through extracellular competitive antagonism, thereby blocking cAMP (cyclic adenosine monophosphate) signal pathways in cells and cell nuclei to reduce MITF (transcription factor), further influencing a main signal pathway in the process of melanin synthesis and directly reducing the synthesis of melanin from a gene level.
Phenethyl resorcinol, arbutin and tyrosine belong to chemical structure similarities, are used as substrates of enzymatic reaction to compete with tyrosine to combine with the active center of tyrosinase, further show the activity of inhibiting the tyrosinase, and directly cut off the synthesis of melanin.
Nicotinamide regulates and inhibits the transport of melanosomes, and reduces melanin secretion.
Oligopeptide-1 is a small molecule active protein, and with the increase of age, the ability of human skin cells to synthesize collagen, hyaluronic acid and other substances gradually decreases, and a series of skin problems gradually begin to appear. Oligopeptide-1 is used as a safe, effective and natural high-tech nursing technology, promotes the synthesis of biomacromolecules such as collagen, elastin, hyaluronic acid and the like, improves the cell metabolism speed, improves the melanin metabolism, and can assist a melanin inhibitor to enhance the whitening effect.
The invention has the beneficial effects that: the whitening functional component can reduce melanin synthesis intermediates, reduce melanin transport, reduce the generated melanin, promote melanin metabolism, and simultaneously match with various ways such as glycosylation inhibition, oxidation resistance and the like under the condition of simultaneously considering raw material stability and skin absorbability, more comprehensively inhibit melanin synthesis and operation, effectively reduce chloasma, ultraviolet spots and inflammation deposition spots, and completely whiten and brighten skin color.
