Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to a vegetable seed collection method, in particular to a method for collecting wheatgrass seeds.
Background
African agropyron (academic Linn.) is an annual or biennial herb of the family Aizoaceae, genus Flora. The wheatgrass is a halophyte originally produced in Africa and the like, a large number of large-scale bubble-shaped cells are grown on leaf surfaces and stems, liquid is filled in the cells, and the cells are glittering and translucent under the irradiation of sunlight just like ice crystals, so the wheatgrass is named. The wheatgrass is a novel vegetable introduced from Japan in recent years, and is a vegetable with high nutritional value because of the unique flavor and ice crystal appearance, and the wheatgrass is rich in natural plant salt, amino acid, carotene and other substances, thereby quenching thirst and supplementing nutrient salt after eating. Is popular with the catering industry and consumers. At present, the wheatgrass seeds are mainly imported and expensive, the price reaches 0.2-0.5 yuan/grain, and is converted into more than 120 ten thousand yuan/kg, so that the planting cost of farmers is improved. The wheatgrass seeds are extremely tiny, about 1.6 g/ten thousand seeds with the diameter of about 0.3mm, are not easy to find, have high salt content on the wheatgrass seed coats, have strong moisture absorption and are easy to flash buds during seedling culture. Therefore, the difficulty in collecting the wheatgrass seeds is caused, the seed germination rate is low, the seed cost is high, and the planting cost of farmers is increased.
If a simple and effective method is available for obtaining the wheatgrass seeds, the method is not only beneficial to the popularization and planting of the novel vegetables, but also can reduce the seed cost of farmers and increase the production benefit. In addition, the wheatgrass can be used for planting in saline-alkali soil treatment, and a large amount of salt in the soil is absorbed and the soil structure is improved by planting the wheatgrass, so that the market has great demand on wheatgrass seeds.
The invention designs a vegetable wheatgrass seed collection method, which finally obtains high-quality clean wheatgrass seeds through the steps of crushing, washing, leaching, precipitating, airing and the like, and has the advantages of high cleanliness, high germination rate and low seed cost, and meanwhile, the planting cost of farmers is reduced.
Disclosure of Invention
The technical problem to be solved by the invention is to provide a method for picking seeds of vegetable wheatgrass, which can obtain wheatgrass seeds with high seed purity, high purity and high germination rate, is easy to store and reduces the planting cost of farmers.
In order to solve the technical problems, the invention adopts the technical scheme that: the vegetable wheatgrass seed collection method comprises the following steps:
(1) growing seedlings of the wheatgrass and reserving the land for the wheatgrass in the greenhouse: firstly, seedling raising is carried out, a seedling raising substrate with the thickness of 5cm is paved in a standard seedling tray, wheatgrass seeds are uniformly scattered on the surface of the substrate, 500 seeds are sowed in each tray, then a layer of vermiculite (the thickness is less than 1cm) is covered, germination is carried out after water spraying, seedling raising is carried out, and impurities and inferior substances are strictly removed in the whole growth process; after removing weeds and inferior wheatgrass, keeping typical high-quality wheatgrass plants, removing flowers and seeds at the lower part and the top part, reserving seed positions in the middle of the plants, and using a greenhouse as a reserved area for seed collection;
(2) seed collection: in the first ten days of April, the wheatgrass in the greenhouse is topped, seeds which blossom and bear fruits later are not needed, and monopotassium phosphate is sprayed on the leaf surfaces twice; after the wheatgrass plants are withered, harvesting the part of the ground more than 10cm, and transporting back;
(3) crushing and washing with a feed crusher: crushing the wheatgrass transported back in the step (2) into straws of 0.5-1 cm, placing the straws in a plastic barrel, injecting clear water, stirring, rinsing the straws floating on the water surface, naturally precipitating full wheatgrass seeds to the bottom of the barrel, and repeating the steps for three times;
(4) drying the seeds: after water is filtered out, the seeds are spread in a plastic plate, the thickness of the seeds is less than 0.2cm, the plastic plate is placed in an air-conditioning room (the air port can not be directly touched) at the temperature of 30 ℃, and the seeds are dried in 1 hour;
(5) and (3) testing the purity, water content and germination rate of the seeds: and packaging the seeds qualified by the test, and putting the seeds into a refrigerator for later use.
By adopting the technical scheme, the high-quality clean wheatgrass seeds are finally obtained through the steps of crushing, washing, leaching, precipitating, airing and the like; the characteristics that the wheatgrass seeds are fine and have high specific gravity, full seeds can be deposited at the water bottom and the moisture absorption reason is found to be high in salinity are fully utilized, the seeds are not damaged by crushing with a crusher, the seeds and straws can be separated by rinsing with clear water, and the salinity can be removed at the same time; thus obtaining a large amount of wheatgrass seeds simply; meanwhile, the purity of the wheatgrass seeds obtained by the method is more than 98 percent; the purity is more than 99 percent; the germination rate is more than 80 percent; each index of the seeds is higher than that of imported seeds; 2-3 kg of seeds can be produced in each mu of land, the collection cost of each kg is lower than 100 yuan, and the collection cost of each seed is reduced to 0.0001 yuan; so that the cost of the seeds can be ignored when farmers plant the agropyron. The reserved wheatgrass has extremely high requirements on soil quality, so that the soil needs to be thoroughly and finely treated before planting the wheatgrass, and all weeds need to be completely removed. The method for picking the seeds has extremely low labor cost, and the seeds of 1 mu of wheatgrass can be picked in three days after being left in the field; except for the feed grinder, no other equipment is needed; the obtained seeds have high quality, and because empty and shrunken seeds (floating on the water surface) float away in the water washing process, the received seeds are full seeds; the washed seeds are clean and beautiful, and the marketability is good. At present, 2 ten thousand mu of wheatgrass used as vegetable cultivation in coastal areas of China is obtained, the cost of seeds per mu is 1000-2500 yuan according to 5000 seeds used per mu at present, the cost of the seeds per mu is about 100 yuan according to the selling price of the seeds (0.02 yuan/grain), and thousands of yuan can be saved for farmers each year; the typical high-quality wheatgrass in the step (1) has the characteristics that: the plant height is 30-50 cm; a binary branch; big round leaves; the ice crystals are excessive; purple growth point and the like.
As a preferred technical scheme of the invention, in the step (3), the water washing process is fast and is completed within 1 hour. The washing process for too long time can make the seeds absorb water to sprout and affect the germination rate of the commodity.
As a preferred embodiment of the present invention, in the step (2), the wheatgrass planted in the greenhouse is planted at a row spacing of 30cm by 30 cm.
As a preferred technical scheme, in the step (2), the depth of the sown seeds during seedling culture is 1cm of the covering soil, base fertilizer is applied before the wheatgrass is planted in the greenhouse, then the wheatgrass is planted in the greenhouse, the temperature in the greenhouse is 20-25 ℃, and the air humidity is 60-80%. The temperature and the moisture are also particularly important when the wheatgrass is planted, the wheatgrass is favored to grow in an environment of ten to thirty degrees, particularly after the wheatgrass enters summer, the wheatgrass is particularly sensitive to high temperature and needs to be subjected to temperature reduction treatment in time, in addition, the wheatgrass is a green plant with particularly strong drought resistance, frequent watering is not needed in the planting period at ordinary times, and only when the soil surface is dry, a proper amount of watering is needed.
As a preferable technical scheme of the invention, soil mixed by leaf mold and vegetable garden soil is adopted when the wheatgrass is planted in the greenhouse in the step (2). The wheatgrass has extremely high requirements on soil quality, the soil needs to be thoroughly and finely treated, and all weeds need to be removed completely.
As a preferable technical scheme of the invention, the diameter of the qualified seeds in the step (5) is 0.3-0.4 mm, the purity is more than 98%, the purity is more than 99%, and the germination rate is more than 80%.
As a preferable technical scheme of the invention, 5 kg/mu of bone meal and 2.5 kg/mu of sodium chloride can be added into the soil.
As the preferable technical scheme of the invention, the base fertilizer is a mixture of a nitrogen-phosphorus-potassium compound fertilizer and a farmyard organic fertilizer. The planting of the wheatgrass leads the wheatgrass to grow more flourishing and can absorb more salt to improve the soil.
As the preferable technical scheme of the invention, the components of the farmyard organic fertilizer consist of chicken manure, rapeseed cakes and straw waste; the composition ratio of the chicken manure, the rapeseed cake and the straw waste is 3:2: 1.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the beneficial effects that: 1. the wheatgrass seeds obtained by the method are full and good in quality; 2. the production cost is greatly reduced, so that the sale price is less than one tenth of the original price; 3. the method is simple and practical; the method has important significance for popularizing the planting of the wheatgrass and improving the saline-alkali soil by utilizing the wheatgrass.

(2) seed collection: in the first ten days of April, the wheatgrass in the greenhouse is topped, the seeds which blossom and bear fruits are removed, and monopotassium phosphate is sprayed on the leaf surfaces twice; after the wheatgrass plants are mature, harvesting the part of the ground more than 10cm, and transporting back;
(3) crushing and washing with a feed crusher: crushing the wheatgrass transported back in the step (2) into straws of 0.5-1 cm, placing the straws in a plastic barrel, injecting clear water, stirring, rinsing the straws floating on the water surface, naturally precipitating wheatgrass seeds to the bottom of the barrel, and repeating the steps for three times;
(4) drying the seeds: after water is filtered out, the seeds are thinly and evenly spread in a plastic plate, placed in an air-conditioning room at the temperature of 30 ℃ and dried within 1 hour;
(5) and (3) testing the purity, water content and germination rate of the seeds: packaging the tested qualified seeds, and putting the seeds into a refrigerator for later use; in the step (3), the water washing process is fast and is completed within 1 hour.
The washing process takes too long time to make the seeds absorb water and germinate, thereby affecting the germination rate of the commodity; the typical high-quality wheatgrass in the step (1) has the characteristics that: the plant height is 30-50 cm; a binary branch; big round leaves; the ice crystals are excessive; purple growth point and the like; the depth of the sowing in the step (2) is less than 1cm, base fertilizer is applied before the wheatgrass is planted in the greenhouse, the temperature in the greenhouse is 20 ℃, and the air humidity is 50%; soil mixed by leaf mold and vegetable garden soil is adopted when the wheatgrass is planted in the greenhouse in the step (2); the diameter of the qualified seeds in the step (5) is 0.4mm, the purity is more than 98%, the purity is more than 99%, and the germination rate is more than 85%; 5 kilograms of bone meal and 2.5 kilograms of sodium chloride can be added into the soil per mu; the base fertilizer is a mixture of a nitrogen-phosphorus-potassium compound fertilizer and a farmyard organic fertilizer; the components of the farmyard organic fertilizer consist of chicken manure, rapeseed cakes and straw waste; the composition ratio of the chicken manure, the rapeseed cake and the straw waste is 3:2: 1; the planting of the wheatgrass can obtain high yield and improve the saline-alkali soil.
The comparison of the above examples 2 to 4 shows that the temperature and humidity have a large influence on the diameter and germination rate of the seeds, and therefore, the proper temperature and humidity need to be maintained when the wheatgrass is planted.
Finally, it is also noted that the above-mentioned lists merely illustrate a few specific embodiments of the invention. It is obvious that the invention is not limited to the above embodiments, but that many variations are possible. All modifications which can be derived or suggested by a person skilled in the art from the disclosure of the present invention are to be considered within the scope of the invention.
