Abstract

The testing distance and the testing duration are important factors influencing the testing result of the WiFi product, so that the consistency of the testing result of the WiFi product cannot be ensured by the conventional detection mode.

For example, when the WiFi product a1 moves into the scanning range of the second sensing device, the second sensing device scans the barcode on the WiFi product a1 to obtain the identity information of the WiFi product a1, the second sensing device searches whether the obtained identity information is stored, if the obtained identity information is found, it indicates that the detection is completed and the identity information is sent to the second sensing device before the WiFi property a1 moves into the scanning range of the second sensing device, and at this time, it can be determined that the detection of the WiFi product a1 is successful; if not found, it indicates that the detection is not completed before the WiFi property a1 moves to the scanning range of the second sensing device, so it can be determined that the detection of the WiFi product a1 fails.

1. in the embodiment of the invention, when the WiFi product to be tested on the flow production line moves to the scanning range of the first sensing device, the distance between the WiFi product to be tested and the router is a first set distance, so that the distances between different WiFi products and the router are the same when the WiFi products are triggered to connect with the router; and because the distance between the first sensor and the second sensor is a second set distance and the moving speed of the flow production line is constant, the time period of the WiFi product to be tested moving from the first sensing equipment to the second sensing equipment is the same, so that whether the WiFi product is successfully tested or not can be ensured by taking the set time period as a reference, and the consistency of the test result of the WiFi product is ensured.
2. In the embodiment of the invention, the generated trigger data packet comprises the identity information of the WiFi product to be tested, so that only the WiFi product with the identity information same as that in the trigger data packet is connected with the router when the trigger data packet is broadcasted, and the consistency of the distance between the WiFi product connected with the router and the router can be ensured.
3. In the embodiment of the invention, the connection between the WiFi product and the router is triggered through the first sensing equipment, so that a manual triggering mode is omitted, the cost can be saved, and the efficiency and the accuracy are improved.

1. A system for a flow line detection WiFi product, comprising: the router comprises a router, a first sensing device and a second sensing device; wherein,
the first sensing equipment is arranged at the upstream of the flow production line, and when the WiFi product to be tested on the flow production line moves to the scanning range of the first sensing equipment, the connection between the WiFi product to be tested and the router is triggered;
the second sensing equipment is arranged at the downstream of the flow production line and used for receiving and storing the identity information of the detected WiFi product to be detected; identity information of the WiFi product to be detected which moves to the scanning range of the second sensing equipment on the production line is obtained, whether the obtained identity information is stored in the stored identity information is searched, and whether the WiFi product to be detected which moves to the scanning range of the second sensing equipment is successfully detected is determined according to the searching result;
when the WiFi product to be tested on the flow production line moves to the scanning range of the first sensing equipment, the distance between the WiFi product to be tested and the router is a first set distance; the distance between the first sensor and the second sensor is a second set distance.
2. The system for in-line detection of WiFi products of claim 1, wherein the first sensing device comprises: the device comprises a first scanning device, a first processing device and a first WiFi communication device; wherein,
the first scanning device is used for scanning a bar code arranged on the WiFi product to be detected when the WiFi product to be detected on the flow production line moves to the scanning range of the first sensing equipment so as to acquire identity information of the WiFi product to be detected;
the first processing device is configured to receive the identity information of the WiFi product to be detected sent by the first scanning device, and generate a trigger data packet including the identity information of the WiFi product to be detected;
the first WiFi communication device is used for sending the generated trigger data packet to the WiFi product to be tested on the flow production line, so that the WiFi product to be tested is connected with the router according to the trigger data packet.
3. The system for in-line detection of WiFi products of claim 1, wherein the second sensing device comprises: the device comprises a storage device, a second scanning device, a second processing device and a second WiFi communication device; wherein,
the second WiFi communication device is used for receiving the identity information of the WiFi product to be detected after detection is finished and storing the identity information of the WiFi product to be detected after detection is finished in the storage device;
the second scanning device is used for scanning the bar codes arranged on the WiFi product to be detected, which moves to the scanning range of the second sensing equipment on the production line, so as to acquire identity information;
the second processing device is configured to receive the identity information sent by the second scanning device, search in the storage device whether the obtained identity information is stored, and if the search result is yes, determine that the WiFi product to be detected moving to the scanning range of the second sensing device on the production line is successfully detected; and if the search result is negative, determining that the WiFi product to be detected which is moved to the scanning range of the second sensing equipment on the production line fails to be detected.
4. The system for in-line WiFi product detection as claimed in claim 3, wherein the second sensing device further comprises: a voice broadcasting device;
and the voice broadcasting device is used for carrying out voice broadcasting on the detection result according to the detection result sent by the second processing device.
5. The system for inspecting WiFi products in a flow line according to any of claims 1-4, wherein the second sensing device is a third set distance from the router.
6. The system for in-line WiFi product detection according to any of claims 1-4, wherein the second sensing device is connected to the router local area network.
7. A method for detecting WiFi products in a flow production line based on the system for detecting WiFi products in the flow production line of any one of claims 1-6, comprising:
when the WiFi product to be tested on the flow production line moves to the scanning range of the first sensing equipment, the first sensing equipment acquires the identity information of the WiFi product to be tested, generates a trigger data packet comprising the identity information of the WiFi product to be tested, and broadcasts the trigger data packet;
the WiFi product to be detected is in a monitoring state for data in the same frequency band of the router, when the trigger data packet is received, whether identity information in the trigger data packet is the same as the identity information of the WiFi product to be detected, and when the trigger data packet is the same, the WiFi product is connected with the router according to the monitored data, detects a set function, and sends the identity information of the WiFi product to the second sensing equipment after the detection is finished;
the second sensing equipment receives and stores identity information sent by the WiFi product to be tested;
and the second sensing equipment acquires identity information of the WiFi product to be detected which moves to the scanning range of the second sensing equipment on the production line, searches whether the acquired identity information is stored in the stored identity information, and determines whether the WiFi product to be detected which moves to the scanning range of the second sensing equipment is successfully detected according to the search result.
