After the ignition needle passes through the ignition needle perforation, the discharge end of the ignition needle is opposite to the outlet of the ignition hole, and the ignition needle discharges and ignites the fuel gas in the ignition hole.
After the sensing needle sequentially passes through the sensing needle perforation and the sensing needle positioning hole, the sensing needle tip is positioned beside the sensing hole outlet and is opposite to the sensing needle water baffle, the flame at the sensing hole outlet is sensed, and if the flame is abnormal, the electromagnetic valve is controlled to be closed, and the air supply into the distributor is stopped.
Further, the kitchen range is double kitchen range, double kitchen range still includes the pot support II of installing on pot support I, pot support II includes pot support bottom ring II and sets up a plurality of pot stabilizer blade II on pot support bottom ring II, the internal diameter of pot support bottom ring II is less than the internal diameter of pot support bottom ring I, be provided with a plurality of clamps on the pot support bottom ring II the bottom ring draw-in groove of pot support bottom ring I. Further, the touch key is a capacitive touch key, and the touch key comprises an ignition key, a big fire key, a small fire key, a timing key and a child lock key. The touch key adopts a capacitive touch key, so that effective touch of fingers can be accurately detected, sensitivity, stability, reliability and the like of the key cannot be changed due to change of environmental conditions or long-term use, and the touch key has waterproof and strong anti-interference capabilities, is ultra-strong in protection, is ultra-strong in adaptation temperature range, and provides a comfortable experience for users in use.
The kitchen range further comprises a child lock LED indicator lamp and a buzzer, wherein the child lock LED indicator lamp is arranged on the panel, the buzzer is arranged in the bottom shell, and the child lock LED indicator lamp and the buzzer are electrically connected with the controller. The controller is a conventional singlechip, and a conventional control program is implanted to control the flashing of the child lock LED indicator lamp and the sounding of the buzzer, so that a user is reminded of noticing abnormal flameout of the kitchen range, and safety accidents are prevented.
The panel is a toughened glass panel, and the back of the toughened glass panel is attached with explosion-proof glass fibers, so that the panel is convenient to clean and has enough strength.
The invention has the beneficial effects that:
the touch induction type kitchen range is convenient to clean and high in combustion efficiency, the kitchen range adopts the touch keys to control the kitchen range to work, information is displayed on the display screen after being processed by the controller, the capacitive touch keys are high in accuracy, misoperation is not easy to occur, a user only needs to touch with fingers, physical damage and mechanical abrasion are avoided, and the touch induction type kitchen range is a more humanized operation mode, and the requirements of vast users, especially young users can be met.

The distributor in the cooker has high heat energy utilization rate, the side wall of the cylindrical burner and the plurality of fire row holes II at the upper end are heated near the center of the bottom of the cooker, the plurality of bosses are distributed at intervals in a petal shape along the circumferential direction of the outer ring distributor, the plurality of fire row holes I distributed on each boss are heated at other positions of the bottom of the cooker, and the fire row holes I and the fire row holes II are matched for heating, so that the heating area of flame can be enlarged, and the bottom of the cooker is heated more uniformly; fire row holes I horizontally distributed on the side surface I and the side surface III and the fire row holes I obliquely distributed on the side surface II downwards enable the fire row holes I to be staggered to generate certain height difference, secondary air required by combustion can be better supplemented, combustion is more sufficient, discharged carbon monoxide is less, energy is saved, environment friendliness is improved, the requirements of combustion performance can be met while the heat load is improved, and the distributor can adapt to a higher and wider combustion load range.
The energy-collecting ring in the cooker enables a large amount of heat radiated outwards by flame to be reflected back to the bottom of the cooker for heating, so that heat loss generated after combustion of fuel gas is effectively reduced, the heat efficiency utilization rate is improved, and meanwhile, the heating of the outwards radiated heat to the touch display assembly is effectively blocked, so that the touch display assembly is convenient to use; the socket is clamped with the energy-collecting ring clamping groove, so that the energy-collecting ring is convenient to mount and dismount, and can be quickly taken out of the pot bracket without the energy-collecting ring, the novel energy-collecting cooker is extremely convenient to use, simple in structure and attractive in appearance, and the problems that the heat utilization rate of an existing cooker is not high, a switch assembly heats, the energy-collecting ring is single in use mode, and the like are effectively solved.

The present invention will be further described with reference to the accompanying drawings, in order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the present invention more apparent. In the description of the present invention, it should be understood that the terms "upper," "lower," "front," "rear," "left," "right," "top," "bottom," "inner," "outer," and the like indicate or are based on the orientation or positional relationship shown in the drawings, merely to facilitate description of the present invention and to simplify the description, and do not indicate or imply that the devices or elements referred to must have a specific orientation, be configured and operated in a specific orientation, and thus should not be construed as limiting the present invention.
A touch induction cooker which is convenient to clean and high in combustion efficiency is shown in fig. 1-4, and comprises a bottom shell 1, a panel 2, a burner 3, an electromagnetic valve 4, a double-layer liquid containing disc 5, a distributor 6, a cooker support I7, an energy collecting ring 8, a touch display component 9 and a controller;
the panel 2 is arranged at the upper end of the bottom shell 1, a furnace end hole I21 is formed in the panel 2, and the double-layer liquid containing disc 5, the distributor 6, the pot bracket I7 and the energy collecting ring 8 are coaxially arranged at the upper end of the furnace end hole I21;
the furnace end 3 is arranged in the bottom shell 1, an air inlet of the furnace end 3 is connected with the electromagnetic valve 4, and an air outlet passes through the furnace end hole I21;
An air inlet of the electromagnetic valve 4 is connected with a fuel gas pipe, and the electromagnetic valve 4 is electrically connected with the controller;
the double-layer liquid containing disc 5 comprises a fixed disc 51 and a liquid containing disc 52 covered on the upper end of the fixed disc 51;
the distributor 6 is arranged on the air outlet of the furnace end 3, the distributor 6 comprises an outer ring distributor 61, an inner ring distributor 62 arranged in the middle of the upper end of the outer ring distributor 61 and an outer ring distributor base 63 arranged at the lower end of the outer ring distributor 61, and the outer ring distributor 61 is provided with staggered fire row holes I611;
the pot bracket I7 is arranged at the outer end of the double-layer liquid containing disc 5 on the panel 2;
the energy collecting ring 8 is arranged on the pot bracket I7;
the touch display assembly 9 is arranged on the panel 2, the touch display assembly 9 comprises a touch key 91 and a display screen 92, the touch key 91 is connected with an input port of the controller, and an output port of the controller is connected with the display screen 92;
the controller is arranged in the bottom shell 1, and is a conventional singlechip, a conventional control program is implanted to control the operation of the kitchen range, and the singlechip with the model of AT90S8535 is selected in the embodiment.
As an optimized scheme of the invention, as shown in fig. 5-8, furnace end holes II 53 are formed in the middle of the fixed disc 51 and the liquid containing disc 52, the outer diameter of the liquid containing disc 52 is larger than that of the fixed disc 51, and the outer diameter of the fixed disc 51 is larger than the inner diameter of the furnace end hole I21.
The upper surface of the liquid containing disc 52 is provided with a liquid containing groove 521 with a wide upper part and a narrow lower part along the circumferential direction, the inner end of the lower surface is provided with a groove 522 along the circumferential direction, a plurality of limit protrusions I523 are arranged in the groove 522 along the circumferential direction, and a limit groove I524 is formed between two adjacent limit protrusions I523.
The upper surface of fixed disk 51 is equipped with a plurality of spacing protruding II 511 with spacing groove I524 complex along the circumferencial direction, is provided with a plurality of screw holes 512 on the fixed disk 51, and the screw passes behind the screw hole 512 and fixes fixed disk 51 on furnace end 3.
As an optimized scheme of the invention, as shown in fig. 5-8, a plurality of limiting blocks 525 are arranged at the edge of the outer end of the liquid containing disc 52 along the circumferential direction of the liquid containing disc 52, liquid draining ports 526 are arranged at two ends of the limiting blocks 525, and the liquid draining ports 526 are communicated with the liquid containing tank 521.
Ignition needle perforations 54 and induction needle perforations 55 are arranged on the liquid containing disc 52 and the fixed disc 51 and close to the furnace end hole II 53; a downward retainer 527 is arranged at the edge of the furnace end hole II 53 on the liquid containing disc 52 along the circumferential direction of the liquid containing disc 52.
As an optimized scheme of the invention, as shown in fig. 9-14, a fuel channel 64 is arranged between the outer ring distributor 61 and the outer ring distributor base 63, the bottom end of the fuel channel 64 is communicated with the air outlet of the furnace end 3, and the top end is communicated with the air inlet of the inner ring distributor 62.
The outer ring distributor 61 is provided with a plurality of lug bosses 612 which are distributed at intervals in a petal shape along the circumferential direction of the outer ring distributor 61, each lug boss 612 comprises a side surface I6121, a side surface II 6122 and a side surface III 6123 which are arranged along the radial direction of the outer ring distributor 61, a plurality of flame discharge holes I611 are formed in the side surfaces I6121, the side surfaces II 6122 and the side surfaces III 6123, the lower end of each flame discharge hole I611 is provided with a plurality of flame stabilizing holes 6124, the flame discharge holes I611 and the flame stabilizing holes 6124 are communicated with the fuel channel 64, and the diameter of each flame discharge hole I611 is larger than that of each flame stabilizing hole 6124.
The upper end and the lower end of the side surface II 6122 incline downwards along the circumference of the outer ring distributor 61, one end of the left end and the right end of the side surface II 6122 is connected with the side surface I6121, the other end is connected with the side surface III 6123, a plurality of fire row holes I611 positioned on the side surface I6121 and the side surface III 6123 are uniformly distributed along the horizontal direction, a plurality of fire row holes I611 positioned on the side surface II 6122 incline downwards along the circumference of the outer ring distributor 61, and a plurality of fire row holes I611 positioned on the side surface I6121, the side surface II 6122 and the side surface III 6123 form staggered fire row holes I611.
As an optimized scheme of the present invention, as shown in fig. 9-14, the outer ring distributor 61 is further provided with a protrusion i 613 and a protrusion ii 614 extending outwards in the radial direction, the protrusion i 613 is provided with a plurality of ignition holes 6131, the protrusion ii 614 is provided with a plurality of sensing holes 6141, and the ignition holes 6131 and the sensing holes 6141 are both communicated with the fuel channel 64.
The inner ring distributor 62 comprises a top cover plate 621, a cylindrical burner 622 at the lower end of the top cover plate 621, and an induction needle water baffle 623 arranged on the side surface of the cylindrical burner 622, wherein the side wall of the cylindrical burner 622 is inclined inwards from bottom to top, and a plurality of fire row holes II 6221 are formed in the side wall and the upper end of the cylindrical burner 622.
The inner wall of the outer ring distributor 61 is provided with a clamping table 615, and the inner wall of the inner ring distributor 62 is provided with an inner ring distributor clamping groove 624 matched with the clamping table 615; a connecting plate 616 is connected between two adjacent bosses 612 on the outer ring distributor 61; the outer ring distributor base 63 is provided with a sensing needle positioning hole 631; the outer ring distributor 61 and the outer ring distributor base 63 are connected by screws.
As an optimized scheme of the invention, as shown in fig. 15, a pot support i 7 comprises a pot support bottom ring i 71 and a plurality of pot support legs i 72 arranged on the pot support bottom ring i 71; be provided with a plurality of spacing groove II 711 with stopper 525 block on the pot support bottom ring I71, be provided with on the pot stabilizer blade I72 and gather ability ring draw-in groove 721, double-deck flourishing liquid dish 5 is located the inner of pot support bottom ring I71.
As an optimized scheme of the invention, as shown in FIG. 16, the energy collecting ring 8 is in a cylindrical structure with a wide upper part and a narrow lower part and a concave inner side wall towards the outer end.
The side wall of the energy collecting ring 8 is provided with a plurality of sockets 81 which are clamped with the energy collecting ring clamping grooves 721, the bottom end of the energy collecting ring 8 is positioned above the liquid containing disc 52, the inner diameter of the bottom end is smaller than the outer diameter of the liquid containing disc 52, and the top end height of the energy collecting ring 8 is lower than the top end height of the pot support leg I72.
As an optimized scheme of the present invention, as shown in fig. 4, an ignition needle 31 for igniting and a sensing needle 32 for sensing flame temperature are installed on the burner 3, and the ignition needle 31 and the sensing needle 32 are electrically connected with the controller, and in this embodiment, the sensing needle 32 is a thermocouple sensing needle.
After the ignition needle 31 passes through the ignition needle penetration hole 54, the discharge end of the ignition needle 31 is opposite to the outlet of the ignition hole 6131.
After the sensing needle 32 sequentially passes through the sensing needle perforation 55 and the sensing needle positioning hole 631, the tip of the sensing needle 32 is positioned beside the outlet of the sensing hole 6141 and is opposite to the sensing needle water baffle 623.
As an optimized scheme of the invention, as shown in fig. 1-4 and 18, the kitchen range is a double kitchen range, the double kitchen range further comprises a pot support II 10 installed on a pot support I7, the pot support II 10 comprises a pot support bottom ring II 101 and a plurality of pot support legs II 102 arranged on the pot support bottom ring II 101, the inner diameter of the pot support bottom ring II 101 is smaller than the inner diameter of the pot support bottom ring I71, and a plurality of bottom ring clamping grooves 103 which are clamped with the pot support bottom ring I71 are formed in the pot support bottom ring II 101.
As an optimization scheme of the invention, the touch key 91 is a capacitive touch key, the touch key 91 comprises an ignition key, a big fire key, a small fire key, a timing key and a child lock key, the embodiment is a double cooking range, so each cooking range corresponds to an ignition key, a big fire key, a small fire key and a timing key for controlling the combustion of the cooking range, the embodiment sequentially comprises the ignition key, the big fire key, the small fire key, the timing key, the child lock key, the timing key, the small fire key, the big fire key, the small fire key and the ignition key on the left side control the cooking range on the left side, the ignition key on the right side, the big fire key, the small fire key and the timing key control the cooking range on the right side, and the child lock is used for locking the ignition key, the big fire key, the small fire key and the timing key so that the child lock cannot operate.
The kitchen range further comprises a child lock LED indicator lamp and a buzzer, wherein the child lock LED indicator lamp is arranged on the panel 2, the buzzer is arranged in the bottom shell 1, and the child lock LED indicator lamp and the buzzer are electrically connected with the controller.
The panel 2 is a toughened glass panel, and the back surface of the toughened glass panel is attached with explosion-proof glass fibers.

Installation of the burner 3 and the solenoid valve 4: the burner 3 and the electromagnetic valve 4 are arranged in the bottom shell 1, the air inlet of the electromagnetic valve 4 is communicated with a gas inlet pipeline, the outlet is communicated with the air inlet of the burner 3, the air outlet of the burner 3 is arranged at a burner hole I21 of the panel 2, and the ignition needle 31 and the induction needle 32 are arranged at the ignition needle installation position and the induction needle installation position of the air outlet end of the burner 3.
Mounting of a double-layer liquid containing disc 5: firstly, sleeving a fixed disc 51 at an air outlet of a stove head 3, respectively penetrating an ignition needle perforation 54 and an induction needle perforation 55 of the fixed disc 51 by an ignition needle 31 and an induction needle 32, penetrating screw holes 512 on the fixed disc 51 by screws, fixing the fixed disc 51 at the air outlet end of the stove head 3, and fixing the fixed disc on a stove panel 2; finally, the limiting groove I524 on the liquid containing disc 52 is clamped at the limiting protrusion II 511 on the fixed disc 51, the rotation of the liquid containing disc 52 is limited, and the liquid containing disc 52 is fixedly arranged on the fixed disc 51 due to self gravity.
Mounting of the distributor 6: firstly, the convex block I613 of the outer ring distributor 61 is opposite to the sensing needle positioning hole 631; then the outer ring distributor 61 and the outer ring distributor base 63 are fixedly connected by screws; the sensing pin water baffle 623 of the inner ring distributor 62 is then faced to the bump i 613; finally, the clamping blocks 615 of the outer ring distributor 61 are inserted into the inner ring distributor clamping grooves 624 of the inner ring distributor 62. After the distributor 6 is installed, the distributor 6 is required to be installed at the burner hole I21 of the panel 2, and the fuel channel 64 of the distributor 6 is communicated with the air outlet hole of the burner 3; at the same time, the sensing needle water baffle 623 of the distributor 6 is required to be opposite to the sensing needle 32 of the kitchen range.
Installation of a pot support I7 and an energy gathering ring 8: the bottom ring I71 of the pan support I7 is sleeved at the outer end of the liquid containing disc 52, and the limiting block 525 of the liquid containing disc 52 is clamped in the limiting groove II 711 of the bottom ring I71 of the pan support to limit the rotation of the bottom ring I71 of the pan support, namely, the rotation of the pan support I7 is limited. The edge of the energy collecting ring at the upper end of the insertion opening 81 of the energy collecting ring 8 is clamped into the energy collecting ring clamping groove 721, and the inner end of the pot support leg I72 is clamped into the insertion opening 81.
When the smaller cookware needs to be heated, the cooker support II 10 needs to be arranged on the cooker support I7: the bottom ring clamping groove 103 of the bottom ring II 101 of the pot support is clamped on the bottom ring I71 of the pot support.
The method comprises the following steps:
in operation, ignition of the ignition needle 31 is controlled by operating the ignition touch key 91 of the touch display assembly 9, fuel gas enters the fuel channel 64 of the distributor 6 from the burner 3, the ignition needle 31 ignites the fuel gas in the fuel channel 64, the fuel gas burns, and the flame is generated by the flame discharge holes I611, 6124 and II 6221. Fire row hole II 6221 heats near the bottom center, fire row hole I611 and flame stabilizing hole 6124 heat at other positions of the bottom, and the heating surface utilization rate is increased, so that the heat energy utilization rate is improved. The fire row holes I611 are staggered to generate certain height difference, so that secondary air required by combustion can be better supplemented, the combustion is more complete, the discharged carbon monoxide is less, and the energy conservation and the environmental protection are realized. While burning, the sensing needle 32 outside the sensing hole 6141 senses the flame at the sensing hole 6141, and if the flame at the sensing hole burns abnormally or the distributor 6 extinguishes abnormally, the sensing needle 32 controls the electromagnetic valve 4 to be closed through the controller, and the air supply to the distributor 6 is stopped.
When the kitchen range is in use, the operation of the kitchen range is controlled by touching the key 91, and the controller displays information on the display screen after processing. The touch keys comprise an ignition key, a big fire key, a small fire key, a timing key and a child lock key, the ignition key is a starting key, the ignition needle 31 is controlled to ignite, the big fire key and the small fire key are used for controlling the fire power, the timing key is used for timing combustion of the kitchen range, and the child lock key is used for locking the ignition key, the big fire key, the small fire key and the timing key, so that safety accidents caused by misoperation of children are prevented. The display screen is used for displaying the working state information of the kitchen range, including fire power information and timing time information. The child lock LED indicator lamp is used for reminding a user whether a touch key of the kitchen range is in a locking state, the buzzer is used for reminding the user of noticing abnormal flameout of the kitchen range, and the child lock LED indicator lamp and the buzzer are mutually combined to prevent safety accidents.
The controller in the invention receives information input by a user at the touch key 91, controls the electromagnetic valve 4 to start to supply air to the distributor 6, controls the ignition needle 31 to ignite, controls the display screen to display working information of the kitchen range, controls the buzzer to sound and the child lock LED indicator lamp to flash, and simultaneously receives information of the induction needle 32 to control the opening and closing of the electromagnetic valve 4, as shown in figure 19.
The energy collecting ring 8 is of a cylindrical structure with the upper part wide and the lower part narrow and the inner side wall recessed towards the outer end, so that a large amount of heat radiated outwards by flame is reflected back to the bottom of the pot for heating, heat loss generated after gas combustion is effectively reduced, the heat efficiency utilization rate is improved, and meanwhile, the heat radiated outwards is effectively blocked from heating the touch display assembly, so that the touch display assembly is convenient to use.
