本发明涉及卫浴领域,尤其涉及水路切换装置及出水装置。
背景技术
现有的水路切换装置,包括阀体部分及能相对转动地连接在阀体部分内的切换轴,该阀体部分设进水路和至少二出水路,每一出水路都配设有出水孔,该切换轴内设能接通进水路的分水腔,该切换轴设内外贯穿的分水孔,通过该切换轴转动使至少二出水路的出水孔切换接通分水孔实现水路切换。该分水孔需配合所有出水路的出水孔,出水路的布局受限,导致结构复杂及占用空间大。现有技术中具有一种技术方案,该技术方案的切换轴设有两个分水孔,两分水孔相对切换轴轴线周向同向,轴线间隔布置,每一出水路同样设有两周向同向轴线间隔布置的出水孔,该两分水孔和两出水孔分别配合;该技术方案中实质上还是每一分水孔配合所有出水路的一个出水孔,还是存在有出水路的布局受限,导致结构复杂及占用空间大的不足。
发明内容
本发明提供了水路切换装置及出水装置,其克服了背景技术中水路切换装置所存在的不足。
本发明解决其技术问题的所采用的技术方案之一是:
水路切换装置,包括阀体部分及能相对转动地连接在阀体部分内的切换轴,该阀体部分设进水路、第一出水路和第二出水路,该切换轴内设能接通进水路的分水腔,该切换轴设内外贯穿且分别配合第一出水路和第二出水路的第一分水孔和第二分水孔,在沿切换轴转动轴线的投影中该第一分水孔和第二分水孔相对切换轴转动轴线周向布置,在沿垂直切换轴转动轴线的投影中该第一分水孔和第二分水孔沿切换轴转动轴线布置。
在沿切换轴转动轴线的投影中该第一分水孔和第二分水孔相对切换轴转动轴线周向间隔布置。
在沿垂直切换轴转动轴线的投影中该第一分水孔和第二分水孔沿切换轴转动轴线间隔布置。
该阀体部分设至少两个第一出水路,该第一分水孔配合该至少两个第一出水路。
还包括操作件,该操作件传动连接切换轴。

出水装置包括水路切换装置、手持花洒和头部花洒,阀体部分设一进水路和至少三出水路,通过切换轴活动至少能控制该至少三出水路切换接通进水路,头部花洒内设有至少两出水单元,手持花洒和至少两出水单元分别接通至少三出水路,头部花洒能出至少两种水花,通过水路切换装置不仅能切换手持花洒和头部花洒,而且还能切换头部花洒的至少两种水花,操作方便,水花多样化。

1、初始状态(如第一切换状态)为手持花洒出水状态,此时切换轴20上的第一分水孔22与阀体15上的第一出水路(手持花洒进水孔)相通,故手持花洒出水;2、操作件转动预定角度(如转动45度)以为混合出水(第二切换状态,手持花洒+头部出水一出水),此时切换轴上的第一分水孔与阀体上两第一出水路(手持花洒进水孔、头部出水一进水孔)相通,头部出水一及手持花洒出水,故混合出水;3、操作件转动预定角度以为头部出水一出水(第三切换状态),此时切换轴上的第一出水孔与阀体上头部出水一进水孔相通,故头部出水一出水;4、操作件转动以为头部出水二出水(第四切换状态),此时切换轴上的第二分水孔与阀体上头部出水二进水孔相通,故头部出水二出水。
本实施例之中,该第一分水孔设有两个,两个第一分水孔相对切换轴轴线同周向布置,沿切换轴轴线间隔布置;该每一第一分水路包括两第一进水孔,每一第一分水路的两第一进水孔相对切换轴轴线同周向布置,沿切换轴轴线间隔布置;同样的密封垫也设有两个第一通水孔。该第一分水孔的圆心角大于第二分水孔的圆心角。
以上所述,仅为本发明较佳实施例而已,故不能依此限定本发明实施的范围,即依本发明专利范围及说明书内容所作的等效变化与修饰,皆应仍属本发明涵盖的范围内。

Claims (12)

1.水路切换装置,其特征在于:包括阀体部分及能相对转动地连接在阀体部分内的切换轴,该阀体部分设进水路、第一出水路和第二出水路,该切换轴内设能接通进水路的分水腔,该切换轴设内外贯穿且分别配合第一出水路和第二出水路的第一分水孔和第二分水孔,在沿切换轴转动轴线的投影中该第一分水孔和第二分水孔相对切换轴转动轴线周向布置,在沿垂直切换轴转动轴线的投影中该第一分水孔和第二分水孔沿切换轴转动轴线布置。
2.根据权利要求1所述的水路切换装置,其特征在于:在沿切换轴转动轴线的投影中该第一分水孔和第二分水孔相对切换轴转动轴线周向间隔布置。
3.根据权利要求1所述的水路切换装置,其特征在于:在沿垂直切换轴转动轴线的投影中该第一分水孔和第二分水孔沿切换轴转动轴线间隔布置。
4.根据权利要求1或2或3所述的水路切换装置,其特征在于:该阀体部分设至少两个第一出水路,该第一分水孔配合该至少两个第一出水路。
5.根据权利要求1所述的水路切换装置,其特征在于:还包括操作件,该操作件传动连接切换轴。
6.根据权利要求1或2或3所述的水路切换装置,其特征在于:该阀体部分包括阀体和阀盖,该阀体凹设有安装腔,该阀盖密封固接安装腔的腔口;该切换轴第一端的端面凹设有凹槽,该凹槽构成上述的分水腔;该切换轴装接在安装腔内且凹槽的槽口和安装腔的腔口同向;该进水路包括形成在切换轴第一端端面和阀盖之间的通水腔和设在阀体且由阀体外引至通水腔的通水路。
7.根据权利要求6所述的水路切换装置,其特征在于:该安装腔的腔口设扩孔,该扩孔形成有台阶面,该切换轴第一端外周缘向外延伸呈环凸,该环凸撑靠在该台阶面上。
8.根据权利要求7所述的水路切换装置,其特征在于:该通水路的末端口位于该台阶面上。
9.根据权利要求6所述的水路切换装置,其特征在于:还包括操作件,该安装腔贯穿阀体设置,该安装腔还具有相对安装腔腔口的腔尾,该切换轴第二端伸出腔尾,该操作件传动连接该切换轴第二端。
10.根据权利要求1或2或3或5所述的水路切换装置,其特征在于:还包括密封垫,该密封垫和阀体部分相对固定设置,该密封垫设有分别对应接通第一出水路和第二出水路的第一出水口和第二出水口,该切换轴外周壁和密封垫密封接触。
11.水路切换装置,其特征在于:包括阀体部分及能相对转动地连接在阀体部分内的切换轴,该阀体部分设进水路和至少二出水路,该切换轴内设能接通进水路的分水腔,该切换轴设内外贯穿的分水孔,通过切换轴活动至少能控制至少二出水路切换接通分水腔;该阀体部分包括阀体和阀盖,该阀体凹设有安装腔,该阀盖密封固接该安装腔的腔口;该切换轴第一端的端面凹设有凹槽,该凹槽构成上述的分水腔;该切换轴装接在安装腔内且凹槽的槽口和安装腔的腔口同向;该进水路包括形成在切换轴第一端和阀盖之间的通水腔和设在阀体且由阀体外引至通水腔的通水路。
12.出水装置,包括水路切换装置、手持花洒和头部花洒,其特征在于:该水路切换装置包括阀体部分及能相对活动地连接在阀体部分内的切换轴,该阀体部分设一进水路和至少三出水路,通过切换轴活动至少能控制该至少三出水路切换接通进水路,该头部花洒内设有至少两出水单元,该手持花洒和至少两出水单元分别接通至少三出水路。
