背景技术

上述益生菌固体饮料,其特征在于,所述的菊粉按重量份数为麦芽糊精和木糖醇之和的2倍。
上述益生菌固体饮料,其特征在于,所述嗜酸乳杆菌按重量份不低于1%,乳双歧杆菌按重量份不低于2%,副干酪乳杆菌按重量份不低于1%。
上述益生菌固体饮料,其特征在于,所述食用香精为香兰素、橘子香精、红枣香精、苹果香精、草莓香精或橙味香精。

本发明提供一种益生菌固体饮料,为使本发明的目的、技术方案及效果更加清楚、明确,以下对本发明进一步详细说明。应当理解,此处所描述的具体实施例仅仅用以解释本发明,并不用于限定本发明。
实施例1
A.原料配比:取以上菊粉100g、麦芽糊精25g、木糖醇25g、硅酸钙2g、香兰素0.5g,按重量份数进行配比;
B.混合成品:取嗜酸乳杆菌1.8g、乳双歧杆菌3.6g、副干酪乳杆菌1.8g,与经步骤A处理制得的混合物混合至色泽一致、无色差,用铝箔袋分装成2g/袋,即得。
实施例2
A.原料配比:取以上菊粉100g、麦芽糊精25g、木糖醇25g、硅酸钙2g、橘子香精0.4g,按重量份数进行配比;
B.混合成品:取嗜酸乳杆菌2g、乳双歧杆菌4g、副干酪乳杆菌2g,与经步骤A处理制得的混合物混合至色泽一致、无色差,用铝箔袋分装成2g/袋,即得。
实施例3
A.原料配比:取以上菊粉80g、麦芽糊精20g、木糖醇20g、硅酸钙1.5g、橙味香精0.3g,按重量份数进行配比;
B.混合成品:取嗜酸乳杆菌1.5g、乳双歧杆菌3g、副干酪乳杆菌1.5g,与经步骤A处理制得的混合物混合至色泽一致、无色差,用铝箔袋分装成2g/袋,即得。
实施例4
A.原料配比:取以上菊粉120g、麦芽糊精26g、木糖醇34g、硅酸钙1.4g、橙味香精0.5g,按重量份数进行配比;
B.混合成品:取嗜酸乳杆菌2.2g、乳双歧杆菌4.4g、副干酪乳杆菌2.2g,与经步骤A处理制得的混合物混合至色泽一致、无色差,用铝箔袋分装成2g/袋,即得。
实施例5
A.原料配比:取以上菊粉80g、麦芽糊精15g、木糖醇25g、硅酸钙1.5g、苹果香精0.4g,按重量份数进行配比;
B.混合成品:取嗜酸乳杆菌1.4g、乳双歧杆菌2.8g、副干酪乳杆菌1.4g,与经步骤A处理制得的混合物混合至色泽一致、无色差,用铝箔袋分装成2g/袋,即得。
实施例6
A.原料配比:取以上菊粉90g、麦芽糊精20g、木糖醇25g、硅酸钙1.8g、香兰素0.4g,按重量份数进行配比;
B.混合成品:取嗜酸乳杆菌1.6g、乳双歧杆菌3.2g、副干酪乳杆菌1.6g,与经步骤A处理制得的混合物混合至色泽一致、无色差,用铝箔袋分装成2g/袋,即得。
实施例7
取实施例1-6制备的固体饮料,分别进行活菌含量测定,测定结果如下:
结果显示:固体饮料活菌含量在1.5×1010cfu/g~1.8×1010cfu/g,均在到1.5×1010cfu/g以上。
实施例8
将本发明的实施例1~6固体饮料,选取90名志愿者食用本发明的产品,随时对其身体状况进行观察监测,年龄组分为:18~30岁的30名,31~50岁的30名,51~70岁的30名,通过口服的方式服用,每天2次,每次1袋;通过温水冲调,搅拌均匀即可饮用,监测连续饮用15天、30天、45天后的产品效果,主要监测受试者的排便、免疫力、消化吸收,受试者试用本发明产品经过45天后,3组受试者的排便均变规律、免疫力提高、消化吸收变好。充分说明本发明的益生菌固体饮料通过将菊粉、麦芽糊精、木糖醇和多种益生菌联合组方,能够发挥更好的协同作用,从而达到调节肠道、补充营养、提升免疫力的多种功效。
本发明采用干混工艺进行调配,可将不同特性益生菌及不同营养源进行优化组合,在保证益生菌活菌数的前提下,满足人体对益生菌活菌数的需求。

Claims (6)
1.一种益生菌固体饮料,其特征在于包括:菊粉50~100份、麦芽糊精12.5~25份、木糖醇12.5~25份、硅酸钙0.5~2份、食用香精0.2~0.5份、嗜酸乳杆菌1-1.8份、乳双歧杆菌2-3.6份、副干酪乳杆菌1-1.8份,以上各成分按重量份数进行配比。
2.如权利要求1所述益生菌固体饮料,其特征在于,所述的菊粉按重量份数为麦芽糊精和木糖醇之和的2倍。
3.如权利要求1所述益生菌固体饮料,其特征在于,所述嗜酸乳杆菌按重量份不低于1%,乳双歧杆菌按重量份不低于2%,副干酪乳杆菌按重量份不低于1%。
4.如权利要求1所述益生菌固体饮料,其特征在于,所述食用香精为香兰素、橘子香精、红枣香精、苹果香精、草莓香精或橙味香精。
5.一种益生菌固体饮料的制作方法,其制作步骤如下:
A.原料配比:菊粉50~100份、麦芽糊精12.5~25份、木糖醇12.5~25份、硅酸钙0.5~2份、食用香精0.2~0.5份,以上各成分按重量份数进行配比;
B.混合成品:取嗜酸乳杆菌1-1.8份、乳双歧杆菌2-3.6份、副干酪乳杆菌1-1.8份,与经步骤A处理制得的混合物混合均匀,即制得成品。
6.一种益生菌固体饮料用法用量,其特征在于,取如权利要求1所述的固体饮料2g溶于约200ml的温水、牛奶或果汁,混匀后口服。
