Abstract
The invention relates to an installation structure of an antenna attitude monitor, which comprises a supporting piece and a fixing seat. The support piece comprises a support panel and a support rod. The support panel is provided with a plurality of first mounting holes for installing the antenna attitude monitor, and the support rod is connected with the support panel. The fixing seat is arranged on the supporting rod in a position-adjustable mode and comprises a mounting panel. The mounting panel is used for clamping and fixing between the support mounting seat of the antenna support and the antenna mounting plate. According to the mounting structure of the antenna attitude monitor, the antenna attitude monitor is mounted at the first mounting hole of the support panel; the antenna housing of different sizes can be used for adjusting the position of the fixing seat up and down along the supporting rod, so that the mounting panel can be clamped and fixed between the bracket mounting seat of the antenna bracket and the antenna mounting plate. In this way, the antenna attitude monitor can be easily assembled to the antenna housing of the base station antenna, and can be adapted to be mounted on antenna housings of different sizes.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of antennas, in particular to a base station antenna and an installation structure of an antenna attitude monitor.
Background
In the communication industry, in a new site management and control system, an attitude monitor needs to be added on a base station antenna, and the attitude monitor can be used for monitoring whether the base station antenna is deflected or not so as to adjust the angle of the base station antenna in time. For a newly-staged base station antenna, the attitude monitor may be built into the base station antenna. However, for an already-upsized base station antenna, an external attitude monitoring module is required to be afterloaded, which involves a mounting structure for assembling the base station antenna and the external monitoring module together.
Disclosure of Invention
Based on this, there is a need to overcome the drawbacks of the prior art, and to provide a mounting structure for a base station antenna and an antenna attitude monitor, which can facilitate the assembly of the antenna attitude monitor to the base station antenna.
The technical scheme is as follows: a mounting structure of an antenna attitude monitor, comprising: the support piece comprises a support panel and a support rod, wherein the support panel is provided with a plurality of first mounting holes for mounting the antenna attitude monitor, and the support rod is connected with the support panel; the fixing seat is arranged on the supporting rod in a position-adjustable mode and comprises a mounting panel, and the mounting panel is used for clamping and fixing between a bracket mounting seat of the antenna bracket and the antenna mounting plate.
In the mounting structure of the antenna attitude monitor, when the antenna attitude monitor is mounted on the antenna housing of the base station antenna, the antenna attitude monitor is mounted at the first mounting hole of the support panel; the antenna housing of different sizes can be used for adjusting the position of the fixing seat up and down along the supporting rod, so that the mounting panel can be clamped and fixed between the bracket mounting seat of the antenna bracket and the antenna mounting plate. In this way, the antenna attitude monitor can be easily assembled to the antenna housing of the base station antenna, and can be adapted to be mounted on antenna housings of different sizes.
In one embodiment, the mounting panel is provided with a second mounting hole, and the second mounting hole is used for being in alignment fit with a third mounting hole of a bracket mounting seat of the antenna bracket and a fourth mounting hole of the antenna mounting plate.
In one embodiment, the second mounting holes are more than two pairs, wherein the distance between one pair of the second mounting holes is different from the distance between the other pair of the second mounting holes; the second mounting holes are used for being in alignment fit with the two third mounting holes of the bracket mounting seat and the two fourth mounting holes of the antenna mounting plate.
In one embodiment, the fixing base further comprises a fastener and a sliding sleeve connected with the mounting panel, the sliding sleeve is slidably sleeved on the supporting rod, and the fastener is used for fastening the sliding sleeve on the supporting rod.
In one embodiment, the fastening piece is a locking screw, a screw hole matched with the locking screw is formed in the side wall of the sliding sleeve, and a screw rod of the locking screw penetrates through the screw hole to be in tight interference fit with the side wall of the supporting rod.
In one embodiment, the head of the locking screw is connected with a wing plate.
In one embodiment, the outer side wall of the sliding sleeve is provided with a protruding block, and the screw hole is formed in the protruding block.
In one embodiment, the number of the support rods is two, the number of the sliding sleeves is two, and the two sliding sleeves are respectively connected with two sides of the installation panel.
In one embodiment, the support bar is disposed vertically with respect to the support panel; the support rod and the support panel are of an integrated structure.
The base station antenna comprises an installation structure of the antenna attitude monitor, and further comprises the antenna attitude monitor, an antenna housing, an antenna bracket, an antenna installation plate and a holding pole; the antenna attitude monitor is arranged on the support panel, the antenna mounting plate is fixedly arranged on the antenna housing, the mounting panel is clamped and fixed between a bracket mounting seat of the antenna bracket and the antenna mounting plate, and the antenna bracket is arranged on the holding pole.
The technical effect of the base station antenna is brought by the installation structure of the antenna attitude monitor, is the same as that of the installation structure of the antenna attitude monitor, and is not repeated.

In order that the above objects, features and advantages of the invention will be readily understood, a more particular description of the invention will be rendered by reference to the appended drawings. In the following description, numerous specific details are set forth in order to provide a thorough understanding of the present invention. The present invention may be embodied in many other forms than described herein and similarly modified by those skilled in the art without departing from the spirit of the invention, whereby the invention is not limited to the specific embodiments disclosed below.
In the description of the present invention, it should be understood that the terms "first," "second," and the like are used for descriptive purposes only and are not to be construed as indicating or implying a relative importance or number of technical features indicated. Thus, a feature defining "a first" or "a second" may explicitly or implicitly include at least one such feature. In the description of the present invention, the meaning of "plurality" means at least two, for example, two, three, etc., unless specifically defined otherwise.
In the description of the present invention, it will be understood that when an element is referred to as being "connected" to another element, it can be directly connected to the other element or intervening elements may also be present. In contrast, when an element is referred to as being "directly connected" to another element, there are no intervening elements present.
In one embodiment, referring to fig. 1 to 3, an installation structure 100 of an antenna gesture monitor 200 includes a support 110 and a fixing base 120. The support member 110 includes a support panel 111 and a support rod 112. The support panel 111 is provided with a plurality of first mounting holes 1111 for mounting the antenna attitude monitor 200, and the support rod 112 is connected to the support panel 111. The fixing base 120 is adjustably mounted on the support rod 112, and the fixing base 120 includes a mounting panel 121. The mounting panel 121 is used to clamp and fix between the bracket mounting base 310 and the antenna mounting plate 410 of the antenna bracket 300.
In the above-described mounting structure 100 of the antenna posture monitor 200, when the antenna posture monitor 200 is mounted to the antenna housing 400 of the base station antenna, the antenna posture monitor 200 is mounted to the support panel 111 at the first mounting hole 1111; for antenna housing 400 of different sizes, the position of fixing base 120 can be adjusted up and down along support bar 112, so that mounting panel 121 can be clamped and fixed between bracket mounting base 310 and antenna mounting plate 410 of antenna bracket 300. In this manner, the antenna attitude monitor 200 can be easily assembled to the antenna housing 400 of the base station antenna, and can be adapted to be mounted on antenna housings 400 of different sizes.
In one embodiment, referring to fig. 2 and 3, the mounting panel 121 is provided with a second mounting hole 1211. The second mounting hole 1211 is used for matching with the third mounting hole of the bracket mounting seat 310 of the antenna bracket 300 and the fourth mounting hole of the antenna mounting plate 410 in a matching manner. Thus, for the antenna housing 400 with different sizes, the position of the fixing seat 120 can be adjusted up and down along the supporting rod 112, so that the second mounting hole 1211 is aligned and matched with the third mounting hole and the fourth mounting hole respectively; the mounting member 600 is then used to fix the bracket mounting base 310, the mounting panel 121, and the antenna mounting plate 410 together through the third mounting hole, the second mounting hole 1211, and the fourth mounting hole, so that the mounting panel 121 can be clamped and fixed between the bracket mounting base 310 and the antenna mounting plate 410 of the antenna bracket 300.
Generally, the bracket mount 310 is aligned with the two fourth mounting holes of the antenna mounting plate 410 by using two third mounting holes, and the bracket mount 310 is fixedly mounted on the antenna mounting plate 410 by using two mounting members 600, such as two bolts or two screws. In addition, for different sized antenna housings 400, the distance between the two fourth mounting holes on the antenna mounting plate 410 for alignment engagement with the bracket mounting base 310 is different.
In one embodiment, the second mounting holes 1211 are two or more pairs, wherein the size of the space between one pair of the second mounting holes 1211 is different from the size of the space between the other pair of the second mounting holes 1211. One pair of the second mounting holes 1211 is used for matching with two third mounting holes of the bracket mounting base 310 and two fourth mounting holes of the antenna mounting plate 410 in a matching manner. In this way, when the mounting panel 121 is mounted on the antenna housing 400 with different sizes, the two second mounting holes 1211 with appropriate spacing on the mounting panel 121 can be selected to be aligned with the two fourth mounting holes of the antenna mounting plate 410 and the two third mounting holes of the bracket mounting base 310, so that the mounting panel 121 can be suitable for being fixedly mounted on the antenna housing 400 with different sizes. Specifically, the second mounting holes 1211 illustrated in fig. 3 and 5 are three pairs, and the distances between the three pairs of the second mounting holes 1211 are different from each other, so that the antenna housing 400 can be adapted to three different sizes.
In one embodiment, referring to fig. 3 to 6, the fixing base 120 further includes a fastener 122 and a sliding sleeve 123 connected to the mounting panel 121. The sliding sleeve 123 is slidably sleeved on the supporting rod 112, and the fastening piece 122 is used for fastening the sliding sleeve 123 on the supporting rod 112. Specifically, the mounting panel 121 is of integral construction with the sliding sleeve 123.
Further, referring to fig. 3 and 6, the fastening member 122 is a locking screw, and a screw hole matched with the locking screw is formed on a side wall of the sliding sleeve 123. The screw 1222 of the locking screw passes through the screw hole to be tightly abutted against the side wall of the support rod 112.
In one embodiment, the head 1221 of the locking screw has a wing 1223 attached thereto. In this way, the wing plate 1223 can be manually screwed to drive the locking screw to rotate, so that the operation is convenient. In addition, the end face of the head 1221 of the locking screw is provided with a polygonal recess to facilitate the insertion of a wrench device to further tighten the locking screw.
In one embodiment, the outer side wall of the sliding sleeve 123 is provided with a protrusion 1231. The screw hole is formed at the bump 1231. Thus, the protrusion 1231 can ensure that the thickness of the sidewall of the sliding sleeve 123 is sufficiently large, and the fixing base 120 can be fixedly installed on the supporting rod 112 when the locking screw is installed in the screw hole.
Further, referring to fig. 3 again, the number of the support rods 112 is two, the number of the sliding sleeves 123 is correspondingly two, and the two sliding sleeves 123 are respectively connected with two sides of the mounting panel 121. Thus, the two sliding sleeves 123 slide along the two supporting rods 112 respectively and are fastened and connected through the fastening pieces 122, so that the structural stability is good. Further, the support bar 112 is disposed vertically with respect to the support panel 111. The support bar 112 is integrally formed with the support panel 111.
In one embodiment, to ensure structural strength of the mounting structure 100 of the antenna gesture monitor 200, deformation is not easy to occur, and the supporting member 110 and the fixing base 120 are integrally formed. In addition, the supporting member 110 and the fixing base 120 are all of sheet metal structures, and the thicknesses of the supporting member 110 and the fixing base 120 are large enough, so that the structural strength of the product is ensured.
In one embodiment, referring to fig. 1 and 2 again, a base station antenna includes the mounting structure 100 of the antenna posture monitor 200 according to any of the above embodiments, and further includes the antenna posture monitor 200, the antenna stand 300, the antenna housing 400, and the holding pole 500. The antenna posture monitor 200 is mounted on the support panel 111, the antenna mounting plate 410 is fixedly mounted on the antenna housing 400, the mounting panel 121 is clamped and fixed between the bracket mounting base 310 of the antenna bracket 300 and the antenna mounting plate 410, and the antenna bracket 300 is mounted on the holding pole 500.
The technical effects of the base station antenna described above are brought by the installation structure 100 of the antenna posture monitor 200, and the technical effects of the base station antenna including the installation structure 100 of the antenna posture monitor 200 are the same as those of the installation structure 100 of the antenna posture monitor 200, and are not repeated.
In addition, the antenna mount 300 further includes an adjustment arm 320 and a clamping plate 330. The bracket mount 310 is connected to the clamping plate 330 through the adjusting arm 320, and the adjusting arm 320 can adjust the inclination angle of the antenna housing 400. Clamping plate 330 is fixedly mounted on pole 500.

Claims (10)
1. A base station antenna, comprising: mounting structure, antenna posture monitor, antenna housing, antenna bracket, antenna mounting panel and holding pole of antenna posture monitor; the antenna mounting plate is fixedly arranged on the antenna housing, and the antenna bracket is arranged on the holding pole; the mounting structure of the antenna attitude monitor comprises a supporting piece and a fixing seat;
the support piece comprises a support panel and a support rod, wherein the support panel is provided with a plurality of first mounting holes for mounting an antenna attitude monitor, the antenna attitude monitor is mounted on the support panel, and the support rod is connected with the support panel;
the fixing seat is adjustably arranged on the supporting rod in position and comprises a mounting panel, and the mounting panel is used for clamping and fixing between a bracket mounting seat of the antenna bracket and the antenna mounting plate.
2. The base station antenna of claim 1, wherein the mounting panel is provided with a second mounting hole for aligned engagement with a third mounting hole of a bracket mount of the antenna bracket and a fourth mounting hole of the antenna mounting plate.
3. The base station antenna of claim 2, wherein the second mounting holes are in two or more pairs, wherein a size of a space between one pair of the second mounting holes is different from a size of a space between another pair of the second mounting holes; the second mounting holes are used for being in alignment fit with the two third mounting holes of the bracket mounting seat and the two fourth mounting holes of the antenna mounting plate.
4. The base station antenna of claim 1, wherein the mounting base further comprises a fastener and a sliding sleeve coupled to the mounting panel, the sliding sleeve slidably engaging the support bar, the fastener for fastening the sliding sleeve to the support bar.
5. The base station antenna of claim 4, wherein the fastener is a locking screw, a screw hole matched with the locking screw is formed in the side wall of the sliding sleeve, and a screw rod of the locking screw passes through the screw hole to be in tight interference fit with the side wall of the supporting rod.
6. The base station antenna of claim 5, wherein a wing is attached to the head of the locking screw.
7. The base station antenna of claim 5, wherein the outer side wall of the sliding sleeve is provided with a bump, and the screw hole is formed at the bump.
8. The base station antenna of claim 4, wherein the number of the support rods is two, the number of the sliding sleeves is correspondingly two, and the two sliding sleeves are respectively connected with two sides of the mounting panel.
9. The base station antenna of any one of claims 1 to 8, wherein the support bar is disposed perpendicularly with respect to the support panel.
10. The base station antenna of any one of claims 1 to 8, wherein the support bar is of unitary construction with the support panel.
