The handle assembly 4 comprises a transmission mechanism 41 and a handle 42, wherein the transmission mechanism 41 is connected with the movable friction block 32 through the sliding groove 23, so that the handle 42 can drive the movable friction block 32 to rotate along the sliding groove 23, and the size of a gap 9 between the movable friction block 32 and the fixed friction block 22 is controlled, so that the moving speed of the rope 7 is controlled. In one embodiment, the transmission 41 is a paddle.
Specifically, the transmission mechanism 41 is provided with a connecting bolt 411, one side of the movable friction block 32, which is close to the transmission mechanism 41, is provided with a connecting shaft 321, and the connecting shaft 321 passes through the sliding groove 23 to be connected with the connecting bolt 411. When the connecting shaft 321 is close to one end (lower end in fig. 5) of the slide groove 23, the rope 7 can pass smoothly through the gap 9 between the movable friction block 32 and the fixed friction block 22, and when the connecting shaft 321 is close to the other end (upper end in fig. 5, hidden by the fixed friction block 22, not shown) of the slide groove 23, the rope 7 is locked by the gap between the movable friction block 32 and the fixed friction block 22.
The connection unit 21 includes an annular hole 211 provided at one end of the fixing plate assembly 2, and a user can connect with the annular hole 211 through the metal ring 8 (refer to fig. 1 and 2) to be connected with the rope rescue apparatus. Fig. 8 shows a rope rescue system according to the invention, which system comprises 7 rope rescue devices 100a, 100b, 100c, 100d, 100e, 100f and 100g according to the invention.
In this system, the left end of the first working rope 600 is connected to the anchor point a, and after the right end passes through the unidirectional rotation unit of the rope rescue device 100b, the right end is pulled to tighten the first working rope 600, and then the right end is tied to the rope close to the rope rescue device 100 b. Similarly, the left end of the first auxiliary rope 700 is connected to the anchor point B, and after the right end passes through the unidirectional rotation unit of the rope rescue device 100c, the right end is pulled to tighten the first auxiliary rope 700, and then the right end is tied to the rope close to the rope rescue device 100 c.
First working rope 600 and first auxiliary rope 700 are provided with first pulley means 800, and first pulley means 800 is capable of sliding along first working rope 600 and first auxiliary rope 700.
The left end of the first traction rope 900 is connected with the lower part of the right side of the first pulley device 800, and after the right end passes through the unidirectional rotation unit of the rope rescue device 100d, the first traction rope 900 is tensioned by pulling the right end, and the rope rescue device 100d is automatically locked after tensioning, so that the first traction rope 900 is ensured not to be loosened. The right end of the second traction rope 910 is connected to the lower portion of the left side of the first pulley device 800, and after the left end passes through the unidirectional rotation unit of the rope rescue device 100e, the second traction rope 910 is tensioned by pulling the left end, and the rope rescue device 100e is automatically locked after tensioning, so that the second traction rope 910 is ensured not to be loosened. In operation, when first pulley arrangement 800 slides rightward along first working rope 600 and first auxiliary rope 700, second traction rope 910 can be lengthened by controlling the handle of rope rescue arrangement 100e, and first traction rope 900 can be shortened by pulling directly on the rope at the right end of rope rescue arrangement 100 d. When first pulley arrangement 800 slides leftwards along first working rope 600 and first auxiliary rope 700, first traction rope 900 can be lengthened by controlling the handle of rope rescue arrangement 100d, and second traction rope 910 can be shortened by pulling directly on the rope at the left end of rope rescue arrangement 100 e.
Preferably, the rescue system further includes a third traction rope 920, and similarly, the right end of the third traction rope 920 is connected to the lower portion of the left side of the first pulley device 800, and after the left end passes through the unidirectional rotation unit of the rope rescue device 100f, the third traction rope 920 is tensioned by pulling the left end, and the rope rescue device 100f is automatically locked after tensioning, so that the third traction rope 920 is ensured not to be loosened.
The third traction rope 920 is a protection device, and in general, the rescue system is easy to have a phenomenon of high side and low side, for example, if the situation of high left side and low right side occurs, a third traction rope 920 is arranged on the high left side to play a role of protection. Specifically, if the first traction rope 900 having a low right side is broken, the first pulley device 800 does not slip to the right side at risk due to the traction of the second traction rope 910 and the third traction rope 920. If the second traction rope 910, which is high on the left side, breaks, the first pulley device 800 loses traction of the second traction rope 910 without the third traction rope 920, and slides to the right side by gravity, which may cause an operator to strike the wall on the right side, presenting a hazard. Therefore, the third traction rope 920 is added, so that the risk of aloft work can be further reduced, and the safety factor of operators can be improved.
It will be appreciated that whether the third traction rope 920 is disposed on the left or right side of the first pulley device 800 is not limited by the particular circumstances of the field operation.
A force-distributing plate 500 is provided below the first pulley device 800, and the lower end of the force-distributing plate 500 is connected to the second working rope 300 and the second auxiliary rope 310. The left end of the second working rope 300 is connected to the force-distributing plate 500 after passing around the second pulley device 400 and the rope rescue device 100a in sequence, and the right end of the second working rope 300 passes around the rope rescue device 100g and is automatically locked under the action of the unidirectional rotation unit of the rope rescue device 100g.
If the operator at the rope rescue apparatus 100a needs to descend, the rope between the force distributing plate 500 and the operator is lengthened by the handle of the rope rescue apparatus 100a to gradually descend to approach the wounded person 600. Of course this operation requires the same operation by the operator at rope rescue device 100g to engage rope rescue device 100a. If the operator at the rope rescue device 100a needs to ascend, only the rope at the right end of the rope rescue device 100g needs to be pulled, and the operator at the rope rescue device 100a ascends under the action of the second pulley device 400 and the second working rope 300.
The second auxiliary protection device 200 is connected to the operator and is arranged on the second auxiliary protection rope 310, and the second auxiliary protection device 200 ascends or descends along with the operator, so that additional protection is provided for the operator, and the safety of the operator is protected.
According to the rope rescue system, high-efficiency rescue can be realized through few equipment types as much as possible, meanwhile, the safety of a rescuer is ensured, and the danger coefficient of the rescuer is reduced. The rescue system can maximize the energy conversion efficiency of a rescuer in the rising process through the cooperation between the pulley device and the rope rescue device.
The above is only a preferred embodiment of the present invention, but the scope of the present invention is not limited thereto, and any person skilled in the art can easily make modifications or variations within the technical scope of the present invention disclosed herein, and such modifications or variations are intended to be included in the scope of the present invention. Therefore, the protection scope of the invention is subject to the protection scope of the claims.
