Background
In order to provide a passenger with a pallet during riding, both sides of an escalator or a travelator are usually provided with a handrail of rubber material, which is run in synchronization with the escalator steps.
In the maintenance process, maintenance personnel often need to detach the handrail belt and clean the handrail support, and even change the handrail belt when the handrail belt is worn for a certain time in a certain period of use, so that the handrail belt of the escalator and the moving walk often needs to be detached; at present, the hand strap is usually pried up by a screwdriver during installation, and then is pressed down by hands, so that the hand strap is clamped into the hand strap bracket.
Because the handrail belt is very long, and the maintenance personnel can only clamp the handrail belt with the length of about 100mm into the handrail bracket at a time, the handrail belt installation of an escalator or a moving walk can be completed after repeating the procedures for a plurality of times; therefore, the installation efficiency of the handrail belt of one escalator or moving walk is lower, and the handrail belt is pressed into the handrail support by the hand of an operator, so that the operator is easy to fatigue, and particularly the lifting height is higher or more obvious when a plurality of handrail belts are replaced once.

The invention aims to provide the handrail belt installation device which can greatly reduce the labor intensity of maintenance personnel when the handrail belt is assembled and disassembled and effectively solve the problems existing in the prior art.

Further, two third pin shafts and two fourth pin shafts are respectively arranged at the lower ends of the left frame body and the right frame body, and the second pin shaft is positioned between the two third pin shafts or the fourth pin shaft.
Further, guide blocks are further arranged on the third pin shaft and the fourth pin shaft, and the guide blocks are propped against the baseboard below the handrail support.

Referring to fig. 1 and 2, an apparatus 200 for installing a handrail belt includes a mounting frame 210 sleeved on the outer side of a handrail frame 110, and a guiding wheel 220 and a pressing wheel 230 are disposed on the mounting frame.
As shown in fig. 1, the mounting rack 210 includes a left rack body 211 and a right rack body 212; a first pin shaft 213 and a second pin shaft 214 are sequentially connected between the left frame body 211 and the right frame body 212 from top to bottom, a third pin shaft 215 is arranged at the lower end of the left frame body 211, and a fourth pin shaft 216 is arranged at the lower end of the right frame body 212.
Specifically, a handle rod 240 is disposed on the first pin 213, the pinch roller 230 is sleeved on the second pin 214, and the third pin 215 and the fourth pin 216 are respectively sleeved with a guide wheel 220.
As shown in fig. 2, the guide wheel 220 abuts against the lower end of the handrail support 110, the pinch roller 230 is located above the handrail support 110, and as shown in fig. 3, the axis of the guide wheel 220 is not located on the same vertical plane as the axis of the pinch roller 230.
Preferably, as shown in fig. 3, the lower ends of the left frame 211 and the right frame 212 are respectively provided with two third pins 215 and two fourth pins 216, and the second pin 214 is located between the two third pins 215 or the two fourth pins 216.
According to the embodiment, the two guide wheels are arranged, the connecting line between the two guide wheels and the pressing wheel forms a triangle, and then the mounting frame moves along the length direction of the handrail, the guide wheels and the pressing wheel play a role in clamping the handrail and the handrail support, so that the movement of the mounting frame is stable.
Preferably, as shown in fig. 2, guide blocks 250 are further disposed on the third pin shaft 215 and the fourth pin shaft 216, and the guide blocks 250 abut against the baseboard 120 below the handrail support frame 110.
The mounting device further comprises a pry bar 260, and the pry bar 260 is movably connected to the mounting frame 210.
