The housing includes a slot body 21 and a slot cover 22; the heads of the first clamping piece 11 and the second clamping piece 12 are respectively positioned at the left end parts of the first clamping piece 11 and the second clamping piece 12; the tank body 21 is divided into an LED lamp accommodating groove 213, a battery accommodating groove 214 and a micro switch accommodating groove 215 which are sequentially arranged from left to right by a partition plate; the LED lamp 23 is embedded in the LED lamp accommodating groove 213; the battery 24 is embedded in the battery accommodating groove 214; the micro switch is embedded in the micro switch accommodating groove 215; the groove cover 22 is provided above the LED lamp housing groove 213 and the battery housing groove 214. The independent arrangement of the LED lamp accommodating groove 213, the battery accommodating groove 214 and the micro-switch accommodating groove 215 is convenient for realizing the guarantee of the relative positions of all the components, so that the whole communication effect of the circuit is guaranteed.
The LED lamp accommodating groove 213 is separated from the battery accommodating groove 214 by a first separation plate 211, and a notch for penetrating through the LED lamp 23 to connect with a pin of the battery 24 is formed in the first separation plate 211; the microswitch accommodating groove 215 is separated from the battery accommodating groove 214 by a second partition plate 212, and a notch for connecting a pin of the battery 24 through the microswitch 25 is formed in the second partition plate; a communication channel 216 for accommodating pins of the LED lamp connected with the micro switch is arranged between the LED lamp accommodating groove 213 and the micro switch accommodating groove 215; the communication channel 216 is adjacent to the battery receiving groove 214 front and rear. Through reasonable layout, be convenient for realize LED lamp 23, battery 24 and micro-gap switch 25 three connecting wire's miniaturized design.
Both pins of the LED lamp 23 are bent in a Z shape. And the later installation is easy, and the miniaturization design is facilitated.
The slot cover 22 is provided with two positioning columns 222 extending downwards, and the two positioning columns 222 are arranged front and back; the front and rear ends of the slot body 21 are provided with positioning holes for inserting the positioning posts 222, respectively. The alignment of the groove cover 22 over the groove body 21 is facilitated.
The groove cover 22 is provided with a cylindrical boss 221 extending downwards, a threaded hole for passing through a screw is formed in the cylindrical boss 221, a through hole 218 for passing through the screw is formed in the bottom of the groove body 21, and the groove cover 22 and the groove body 21 are detachably connected with the screw of the threaded hole through the through hole 218 in sequence; the radial periphery of the lower end part of the cylindrical boss 221 is provided with an annular notch; the bottom of the groove body 21 is provided with an upward extending annular bulge 217, the inner diameter of the annular bulge 217 is smaller than the inner diameter of the through hole 218 and larger than the outer diameter of the threaded part of the screw, and the annular bulge 217 coincides with the central axis of the through hole 218; when the groove cover 22 is covered on the groove body 21, the cylindrical boss 221 is inserted into the notch of the annular boss, and the axial gap between the annular boss 217 and the annular boss is a space for clamping two pins of the LED lamp 23. By combining the cylindrical boss 221 and the annular boss 217, the alignment effect of the threaded hole and the through hole 218 is improved, and at the same time, a space for clamping two pins of the LED lamp 23 is provided. The left end of the groove cover 22 is provided with a downward groove cover flanging, a semicircular hole is formed in the groove cover flanging, and a semicircular annular flange is arranged at the periphery of the semicircular hole on the groove cover flanging; a notch embedded in the flanging of the groove cover is formed in the left side plate of the groove body 21, a semicircular hole is formed in the left side plate of the groove body 21, and a semicircular annular flange is arranged on the periphery of the semicircular hole in the groove body 21; when the groove cover 22 is covered on the groove body 21, the semicircular hole on the edge of the groove cover and the semicircular hole on the groove body 21 are spliced to form a light outlet, and the semicircular annular flange on the edge of the groove cover and the semicircular annular flange on the groove body 21 are spliced to form a clamping ring for clamping the lamp beads of the LED lamp 23. The lowest ends of the tooth-like structures 31 on the second clip 12 are each higher than the highest end of the housing. The clamping wiring effect is convenient to guarantee.
The first clamping piece 11 and the second clamping piece 12 comprise a sheet-shaped substrate, and a front side plate and a rear side plate which are positioned on the front side and the rear side of the sheet-shaped substrate; the left end of the front side plate or the rear side plate of the second clamping piece 12 exceeds the left end of the LED lamp 23; and the leftmost end of either one of the front side plate and the rear side plate of the second clip 12 is located on the right side of the leftmost end of the other side plate. The structure optimization of the front side plate and the rear side plate is convenient, and the LED lamp 23 is convenient to prevent from irradiating human eyes and causing glare in the clamping process.
The upper ends of the front side plate and the rear side plate are the upper ends of the heads of the second clamping pieces 12, and the upper ends of the front side plate and the rear side plate of the second clamping pieces 12 are provided with tooth-shaped structures 31.
The first clamping piece 11 is hinged with the second clamping piece 12 through a rotating shaft, and a torsion spring is sleeved on the periphery of the rotating shaft. The rotating shaft is a rivet. Limiting flanges 112 which are bent inwards are arranged on the front side plate and the rear side plate of the first clamping piece 11; the front side plate and the rear side plate of the second clip 12 serve as stoppers for controlling the minimum closing degree of the heads of both the first clip 11 and the second clip 12; when the battery clamp main body 1 is in a closed state without force application, the limit flanges 112 of the front side plate and the rear side plate of the first clamping piece 11 respectively prop against the front side plate and the rear side plate of the second clamping piece 12; the limit flange 112 on any one of the front side plate and the rear side plate of the first clamping piece 11 is taken as a pressing block 111. The control of the minimum closing degree of the battery clamp main body 1 is realized while the micro switch 25 is opened and closed through the pressing block 111. When the battery clamp body 1 is closed in an undeployed state, gaps exist on the tooth-shaped structures 31 of the second clamping piece 12 and the conductive metal piece 3. Avoiding clamping abrasion of the two in the closed state.
The front side plate and the rear side plate of the first clamping piece are provided with tooth-shaped structures, and the rightmost end in the tooth-shaped structures is a limiting part extending upwards from left to right. The micro-switch is arranged on the inner side of the limiting part. Referring to fig. 8, an elastic conductive structure is welded and fixed in the conductive metal piece 3, and the elastic conductive structure comprises a spring and an arc-shaped conductive sheet; one end of the spring 32 is connected to the conductive metal member 3, and the other end of the spring 32 is connected to the arc-shaped conductive piece 33. In addition, the elastic conductive mechanism is suitable for conductive electrodes with different structures through springs, so that the conductive contact surface is increased.
