Abstract
本发明公开了一种阻燃粘胶纤维的制造方法,包括以下阻燃整理步骤:(1)阻燃浸泡:将经过脱硫和水洗之后的粘胶纤维在阻燃浸泡液中浸泡3~20s;所述阻燃浸泡液中含有阻燃剂和渗透剂;所述阻燃剂为TCEP、DMMP、DEEP中的一种或几种的组合;所述渗透剂为聚氧乙烯醚化合物。(2)固化上油:将经过阻燃浸泡后的粘胶纤维经过固化浴进行固化上油,在所述固化浴中浸泡10~30s。(3)将经过固化上油后的粘胶纤维烘干得到所述阻燃粘胶纤维。本发明经过后处理阻燃浸泡得到的阻燃粘胶纤维,阻燃效果好,燃烧极限氧指数高达30%以上,且纤维的物理机械性能指标不受影响。

技术领域
本发明涉及改性纤维素纤维技术领域,具体涉及一种阻燃粘胶纤维。
背景技术
纤维素可以用于制造纤维、塑料、胶片、薄膜等,在民用、工业、医学、国防和科学研究等方面都有着广泛的用途。纤维素的资源是无限的,充分利用这一丰富的资源来发展纤维素工业,具有长远的、重要的意义,而且,再生纤维素同天然纤维素一样是环境友好的,可以再生和自然降解。
粘胶纤维,以“木”作为原料,从天然木纤维素中提取并重塑纤维分子而得到的纤维素纤维。粘胶纤维的吸湿性符合人体的生理要求,具有光滑凉爽、透气、抗静电、防紫外线,色彩绚丽,染色牢度较好等特点。其具有棉的本质,丝的品质。是地道的植物纤维,源于天然而优于天然。目前广泛应用于各类内衣、纺织、服装、无纺等领域。
随着社会的进步和发展,纺织阻燃材料市场需求也日益增大,对纺织品以及粘胶纤维的阻燃性能、多功能性、环保性和耐久性的要求也日益提高。粘胶纤维的强度、模量较低,遇火极易燃烧引发火灾,极限氧指数只有17%左右,从而造成人身伤亡和财产损失。阻燃粘胶纤维既保证纤维优良的物理性能,又实现了低烟、无毒、无毒、无异味、等特性,其应用性能、安全性能大大提高,可广泛应用于民用、工业及军事等领域。
现有阻燃粘胶纤维的制备主要是采用共混的方法,如专利文献CN200710116512.4阻燃粘胶纤维制造方法,CN200610069338.8阻燃抗熔融粘胶纤维及其生产方法,CN201610343351.1一种阻燃粘胶纤维及其制备方法等均公开了阻燃粘胶纤维的制备方法。但是这些制备方法存在的问题一是阻燃剂价格昂贵,造成生产成本过高,严重限制了阻燃产品的应用范围。二是生产过程中由于混入了阻燃剂成分,对纤维成品的物理力学性能和纺丝生产过程的稳定性造成很大影响。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是:针对现有技术存在的不足,提供一种阻燃粘胶纤维的制造方法,采用后处理阻燃浸泡制造的粘胶纤维阻燃效果好,阻燃性能持久且物理机械性能好。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明的技术方案是:
一种阻燃粘胶纤维的制造方法,包括以下阻燃整理步骤:
(1)阻燃浸泡:将经过脱硫和水洗之后的粘胶纤维在阻燃浸泡液中浸泡3~20s;所述阻燃浸泡液中含有阻燃剂和渗透剂;所述阻燃剂为TCEP、DMMP、DEEP中的一种或几种的组合;所述渗透剂为聚氧乙烯醚化合物。
(2)固化上油:将经过阻燃浸泡后的粘胶纤维经过固化浴进行固化上油,在所述固化浴中浸泡10~30s。
(3)将经过固化上油后的粘胶纤维烘干得到所述阻燃粘胶纤维。
作为改进的一种技术方案,所述粘胶纤维烘干的温度为110~140℃。
作为优选的一种技术方案,所述阻燃浸泡液中的渗透剂浓度为3~10g/l、阻燃剂浓度为100~300g/l。
作为优选的一种技术方案,所述阻燃浸泡液的温度为40~60℃。
作为改进的一种技术方案,所述固化浴中含有20~50g/l的所述阻燃剂,和2~8g/l的油剂。
作为优选的一种技术方案,所述固化浴的温度为20~60℃。
作为优选的一种技术方案,所述聚氧乙烯醚化合物为烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚、芳基聚氧乙烯醚中的一种或几种的组合。
作为优选的一种技术方案,将棉浆粕或者木浆粕经碱化、老成、黄化、溶解、过滤和脱泡得到粘胶纺丝液,然后经湿法纺丝、塑化牵伸、水洗和脱硫后得到的粘胶纤维,直接进行阻燃整理。
作为优选的一种技术方案,所述的粘胶纤维的制造包括以下步骤:
(1)将经过碱化、老成后制得的碱纤维素与二硫化碳黄化反应,黄化时间为0.5~2.5小时,生成纤维素磺酸酯,溶解于浓度为15~50g/l的氢氧化钠溶液中;然后经真空连续脱泡,脱泡真空度≤40mbar,经三道滤机过滤,滤机进出压力差为0.1~0.4mpa;得到粘胶纺丝液;
(2)将粘胶纺丝液经过凝固浴纺丝成型,纺丝速度20~50m/min;丝条在凝固浴中浸没时间1~2s;所述凝固浴中含有:硫酸90~135g/L,硫酸钠270~350g/L,硫酸锌10~25g/L;所述凝固浴的温度为45~55℃;然后进行塑化牵伸、脱硫和水洗。
由于采用了上述技术方案,本发明的有益效果是:
本发明制备阻燃粘胶纤维,采用后处理阻燃整理法,采用TCEP、DMMP、DEEP中的一种或几种的组合作为阻燃剂、采用聚氧乙烯醚化合物作为渗透剂;本发明人长期致力于粘胶纤维尤其是阻燃改性粘胶纤维的研究,发现将TCEP、DMMP、DEEP等原用于塑料、泡沫、树脂等领域的阻燃剂用作阻燃粘胶纤维的阻燃剂,并使用聚氧乙烯醚化合物作为渗透剂时,发现两者结合得到了预料不到的渗透力强的技术效果,经过后处理阻燃浸泡得到的阻燃粘胶纤维,阻燃效果好,燃烧极限氧指数高达30%以上,且纤维的物理机械性能指标不受影响。
本发明在阻燃浸泡后,采用固化、上油同时进行的方式,固化浴中含有20~50g/l的所述阻燃剂,和2~8g/l的油剂,对阻燃效果进一步加强,同时进行上油,收到了更好的阻燃和上油效果,尤其是经过这样处理过的阻燃纤维阻燃效果更加持久。
本发明在烘干时采用的烘干温度为110~140℃,在高温下烘干,进一步加强和稳定阻燃效果。

下面结合具体的实施例,进一步阐述本发明。应理解,这些实施例仅用于说明本发明而不用于限制本发明的范围。此外应理解,在阅读了本发明讲授的内容之后,本领域技术人员可以对本发明作各种改动或修改,这些等价形式同样落于本申请所附权利要求书所限定的范围。
实施例1
(1)将木浆粕经碱化、老成、黄化、溶解、过滤和脱泡得到粘胶纺丝液,然后经湿法纺丝、塑化牵伸、脱硫和水洗之后的粘胶纤维,在温度为50℃的阻燃浸泡液中浸泡12s;所述阻燃浸泡液中含有220g/l的阻燃剂TCEP,和5g/l的渗透剂烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚。
(2)将经过阻燃浸泡后的粘胶纤维经过温度为35℃的固化浴进行固化上油,所述固化浴中含有40g/l的阻燃剂TCEP,和3.5g/l的油剂,在所述固化浴中浸泡20s。
(3)将经过固化上油后的粘胶纤维在温度为132℃烘干得到所述阻燃粘胶纤维。
实施例2
(1)将棉浆粕经碱化、老成、黄化、溶解、过滤和脱泡得到粘胶纺丝液,然后经湿法纺丝、塑化牵伸、脱硫和水洗之后的粘胶纤维,在温度为55℃的阻燃浸泡液中浸泡10s;所述阻燃浸泡液中含有180g/l的阻燃剂DMMP,和6.5g/l的渗透剂脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚。
(2)将经过阻燃浸泡后的粘胶纤维经过温度为55℃的固化浴进行固化上油,所述固化浴中含有35g/l的阻燃剂DMMP,和5g/l的油剂,在所述固化浴中浸泡15s。
(3)将经过固化上油后的粘胶纤维在温度为125℃烘干得到所述阻燃粘胶纤维。
实施例3
(1)将木浆粕经碱化、老成、黄化、溶解、过滤和脱泡得到粘胶纺丝液,然后经湿法纺丝、塑化牵伸、脱硫和水洗之后的粘胶纤维,在温度为42℃的阻燃浸泡液中浸泡18s;所述阻燃浸泡液中含有200g/l的阻燃剂DEEP,和5.5g/l的渗透剂芳基聚氧乙烯醚。
(2)将经过阻燃浸泡后的粘胶纤维经过温度为40℃的固化浴进行固化上油,所述固化浴中含有38g/l的阻燃剂DEEP,和6g/l的油剂,在所述固化浴中浸泡22s。
(3)将经过固化上油后的粘胶纤维在温度为128℃烘干得到所述阻燃粘胶纤维。

(1)将木浆粕经过碱化、老成后制得的碱纤维素与二硫化碳黄化反应,黄化时间为1.5小时,生成纤维素磺酸酯,溶解于浓度为22g/l的氢氧化钠溶液中;然后经真空连续脱泡,脱泡真空度35mbar,经三道滤机过滤,滤机进出压力差为0.15mpa;得到粘胶纺丝液;将粘胶纺丝液经过凝固浴纺丝成型,纺丝速度33m/min;丝条在凝固浴中浸没时间1.6s;所述凝固浴中含有:硫酸125g/L,硫酸钠310g/L,硫酸锌12.5g/L;所述凝固浴的温度为51℃;然后进行塑化牵伸、水洗和脱硫。
将经过脱硫和水洗之后的粘胶纤维,在温度为49℃的阻燃浸泡液中浸泡20s;所述阻燃浸泡液中含有250g/l的阻燃剂TCEP,和6g/l的渗透剂烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚。
(2)将经过阻燃浸泡后的粘胶纤维经过温度为52℃的固化浴进行固化上油,所述固化浴中含有45g/l的阻燃剂TCEP,和3.5g/l的油剂,在所述固化浴中浸泡15s。
(3)将经过固化上油后的粘胶纤维在温度为128℃烘干得到所述阻燃粘胶纤维。
对比实验例1
对比实验例1跟实施例1的区别在于,步骤(2)中固化浴中只含有油剂,不含有阻燃剂。
对比实验例2
对比实验例2跟实施例1的区别在于,步骤(2)中固化和上油分步进行,先进行固化阻燃,分别使用40g/l的阻燃剂TCEP,和3.5g/l的油剂各浸泡20s。
对比实验例3
对比实验例3跟实施例1的区别在于,步骤(3)中的烘干温度为108℃。
以上实施例1-4以及对比实验例1-3制备得到的阻燃粘胶纤维的物理机械性能指标以及阻燃性能见下表1。其中阻燃持久性能是使用电动摩擦棒对阻燃纤维摩擦一万次后测定的极限氧指数。

可见,在后处理阻燃整理时,如果上油时只使用油剂,没有使用阻燃剂固化处理,则严重影响其阻燃效果和阻燃持久性;如果固化和上油分步进行,则严重影响其阻燃持久性;而在阻燃整理后烘干时,如果烘干温度低也会影响其阻燃持久性。
Claims (9)
1.一种阻燃粘胶纤维的制造方法,其特征在于包括以下阻燃整理步骤:
(1)阻燃浸泡:将经过脱硫和水洗之后的粘胶纤维在阻燃浸泡液中浸泡3~20s;所述阻燃浸泡液中含有阻燃剂和渗透剂;所述阻燃剂为TCEP、DMMP、DEEP中的一种或几种的组合;所述渗透剂为聚氧乙烯醚化合物;
(2)固化上油:将经过阻燃浸泡后的粘胶纤维经过固化浴进行固化上油,在所述固化浴中浸泡10~30s;
(3)将经过固化上油后的粘胶纤维烘干得到所述阻燃粘胶纤维。
2.如权利要求1所述的阻燃粘胶纤维的制造方法,其特征在于:所述粘胶纤维烘干的温度为110~140℃。
3.如权利要求1所述的阻燃粘胶纤维的制造方法,其特征在于:所述阻燃浸泡液中的渗透剂浓度为3~10g/l、阻燃剂浓度为100~300g/l。
4.如权利要求1所述的阻燃粘胶纤维的制造方法,其特征在于:所述阻燃浸泡液的温度为40~60℃。
5.如权利要求1所述的阻燃粘胶纤维的制造方法,其特征在于:所述固化浴中含有20~50g/l的所述阻燃剂,和2~8g/l的油剂。
6.如权利要求1所述的阻燃粘胶纤维的制造方法,其特征在于:所述固化浴的温度为20~60℃。
7.如权利要求1所述的阻燃粘胶纤维的制造方法,其特征在于:所述聚氧乙烯醚化合物为烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚、芳基聚氧乙烯醚中的一种或几种的组合。
8.如权利要求1至7任一权利要求所述的阻燃粘胶纤维的制造方法,其特征在于,将棉浆粕或者木浆粕经碱化、老成、黄化、溶解、过滤和脱泡得到粘胶纺丝液,然后经湿法纺丝、塑化牵伸、脱硫和水洗后得到的粘胶纤维,直接进行阻燃整理。
9.如权利要求8所述的阻燃粘胶纤维的制造方法,其特征在于包括以下步骤:
(1)将经过碱化、老成后制得的碱纤维素与二硫化碳黄化反应,生成纤维素磺酸酯,溶解于氢氧化钠溶液中;然后经过滤和脱泡得到粘胶纺丝液;
(2)将粘胶纺丝液经过凝固浴纺丝成型,纺丝速度20~50m/min;丝条在凝固浴中浸没时间1~2s;所述凝固浴中含有:硫酸90~135g/L,硫酸钠270~350g/L,硫酸锌10~25g/L;所述凝固浴的温度为45~55℃;然后进行塑化牵伸、脱硫和水洗。
