Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the field of adhesives, relates to a water-based flocking adhesive, and particularly relates to a preparation method of the water-based flocking adhesive for an automobile sealing strip.
Background
The automobile flocking sealing strip mainly comprises a window side sealing strip (water cutting) and a window glass guide groove, and has the functions of sealing external wind and rain, preventing dust from entering, reducing noise, enabling glass to slide more easily and the like. At present, most of the on-line flocking adhesives applied to automobiles are single-component solvent type PU flocking adhesives, and the international famous brand (FL 852 of Lord and 98UK of Dow) occupies the leading position. Although there is an attempt to apply the water-based flocking adhesive to the on-line flocking of the automobile, due to the process particularity of the on-line flocking of the automobile, the temperature of the adhesive coating point is usually more than 50 ℃, and at the moment, the common water-based adhesive is quickly dried on the hot surface and can not finish the flocking.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to overcome the defects of the prior art and provide a preparation method of a water-based flocking adhesive for automobile sealing strips.
In order to achieve the purpose, the invention adopts the technical scheme that: a preparation method of water-based flocking adhesive for automobile sealing strips comprises the steps of mixing a component A and a component B,
the preparation of the component A comprises the following steps: (a1) stirring and mixing 30-70 parts of anionic waterborne polyurethane emulsion and 30-70 parts of hydroxypropyl emulsion to obtain a first mixture; (a2) adding a water-based wetting agent and a water-based defoaming agent into the first mixture, and stirring to obtain a second mixture; (a3) adding a polyurethane aqueous thickener and water to the second mixture, and controlling the indexes to be as follows: the solid content is 40-45%, and the viscosity is 1000-3000 cps;
the preparation of the component B comprises the following steps: and stirring and mixing 60-70 parts of isocyanate waterborne curing agent and 30-40 parts of reactive diluent.
Optimally, the activation temperature of the anionic waterborne polyurethane emulsion is 40-60 ℃.
Optimally, the mass contents of the water-based wetting agent and the water-based defoaming agent in the second mixture are 0.1-0.5% independently.
Optimally, the hydroxyl molar content of the hydroxypropyl emulsion is 2-4%.
Preferably, the active diluent is a heterocyclic compound or a mixture of a plurality of compounds.
Due to the application of the technical scheme, compared with the prior art, the invention has the following advantages: according to the preparation method of the water-based flocking adhesive for the automobile sealing strip, the water-based isocyanate is used as a curing agent under the coordination of the water-based polyurethane emulsion and the hydroxypropyl emulsion, and then the adhesive is supplemented with the reactive diluent, so that the adhesive can be uniformly coated on the surface of the sealing strip at the temperature of 50-70 ℃, the adhesive layer still has high viscosity even though being close to surface drying, flocking can be still completed, and the flocking density is high, and the wear resistance and the water resistance are excellent.
Detailed Description
The preparation method of the water-based flocking adhesive for the automobile sealing strip comprises the following steps of mixing the component A and the component B (generally, NCO/OH is 1.5, and the molar ratio is adopted), and preparing the component A: (a1) stirring and mixing 30-70 parts of anionic waterborne polyurethane emulsion and 30-70 parts of hydroxypropyl emulsion to obtain a first mixture; (a2) adding a water-based wetting agent and a water-based defoaming agent into the first mixture, and stirring to obtain a second mixture; (a3) adding a polyurethane aqueous thickener and water to the second mixture, and controlling the indexes to be as follows: a solid content of 40 to 45% (mass content) and a viscosity of 1000 to 3000 cps; the preparation of the component B comprises the following steps: and stirring and mixing 60-70 parts of isocyanate waterborne curing agent and 30-40 parts of reactive diluent. By adopting the coordination effect of the water-based polyurethane emulsion and the hydroxypropyl emulsion, the water-based isocyanate is used as a curing agent, and the reactive diluent is used as an auxiliary agent, so that the adhesive can be uniformly coated on the surface of the sealing strip at 50-70 ℃, the adhesive layer still has high viscosity even if being close to surface dryness, flocking can be still completed, and the flocking density is high, and the wear resistance and the water resistance are excellent.
The activation temperature of the anionic waterborne polyurethane emulsion is preferably 40-60 ℃, and the anionic waterborne polyurethane emulsion can adopt the series of scientific wound, Wanhua tobacco station, active chemistry and the likeProducts such as U54, YX-T54 and the like (the preparation method can be referred to the literature of 'the synthesis of novel saline sulfonate polyurethane emulsion and the performance research thereof'). The hydroxyl molar content of the hydroxypropyl emulsion is 2-4%, and series products such as Corsichun, Nepetes, Tantamiun chemical and the like can be adopted. The mass contents of the water-based wetting agent and the water-based defoaming agent in the second mixture are 0.1-0.5% independently. The aqueous wetting agent is a mixture consisting of one or more of KYC642, KYC648, PE-100, X-405, TEGO Wet KL 245 and TEGO Wet 270; the aqueous antifoaming agents AT-470, DF672, BYK-019, Defom W-082 and260 (aqueous wetting agent, aqueous defoamer, to perform the function of conventional conditioning, generally with little effect on the final properties of the aqueous glue). The polyurethane water-based thickener is a mixture consisting of one or more of RM-2020, AKN-7148, HEUR and TAFIGEL-PUR 62; the isocyanate-based aqueous curing agent is a mixture of one or more selected from Bayhudur 3100, 305, Rhodocoat WT2102, 2092, etc. The active diluent is heterocyclic compound or mixture of a plurality of compounds, such as alkylene carbonate (propylene carbonate, butylene carbonate).
