The pot cover comprises a cover body (20), a lock cover (30) and a swing rod (40), wherein the cover body (20) is arranged on the pot body (10) in a turnover manner, the lock cover (30) is rotatably arranged below the cover body (20), and the swing rod (40) is in driving connection with the lock cover (30);
the pot cover also comprises:
A stop lever (50) movably provided on the cover body (20) in a vertical direction, the stop lever (50) being moved upward when the pressure in the pot body (10) is greater than a predetermined value;
The opening-stopping slide bar (60) is movably arranged on the cover body (20) and is connected with the swing rod (40), when the pressure in the pot body (10) is smaller than the preset value, the opening-stopping slide bar (60) can move along with the swing rod (40) on a preset track, and when the pressure in the pot body (10) is larger than the preset value, the opening-stopping slide bar (60) is matched with the opening-stopping slide bar (50) to prevent the opening-stopping slide bar (60) from moving;
A cover opening mechanism (70) arranged between the cover body (20) and the pot body (10), wherein the cover opening mechanism (70) has a locking state for locking the pot cover on the pot body (10) and an unlocking state for releasing the pot cover to enable the pot cover to be opened relative to the pot body (10);
The cover body (20) is further provided with a linkage slide bar mechanism (80), the linkage slide bar mechanism (80) is connected with the opening stop slide bar (60), when the swing rod (40) drives the lock cover (30) to move, the opening stop slide bar (60) drives the linkage slide bar mechanism (80) to move, and the linkage slide bar mechanism (80) is matched with the cover opening mechanism (70) to limit the cover opening mechanism (70) to be in the locking state.

The electric pressure cooker according to claim 1, characterized in that a convex column (814) is arranged on the linkage slide bar mechanism (80) or the opening stop slide bar (60), a jack (61) matched with the convex column (814) is arranged on the opening stop slide bar (60) or the linkage slide bar mechanism (80), and the convex column (814) is connected with the jack (61) in a matching way.

The interlocking slide bar mechanism (80) is connected with the opening stop slide bar (60), when the swing rod (40) drives the lock cover (30) to move to the locking position, the opening stop slide bar (60) drives the interlocking slide bar mechanism (80) to move, the interlocking slide bar mechanism (80) is in abutting fit with the cover opening mechanism (70) to limit the cover opening mechanism (70) to be in the locking state, when the swing rod (40) drives the lock cover (30) to move to the unlocking position, the opening stop slide bar (60) drives the interlocking slide bar mechanism (80) to move, the interlocking slide bar mechanism (80) is separated from the cover opening mechanism (70), and the cover opening mechanism (70) can be operated to be in the unlocking state.
6. The electric pressure cooker of claim 5, characterized in that the linkage slide bar mechanism (80) comprises:
A linkage slide bar (81) which is in driving connection with the opening stop slide bar (60) and is movably arranged on the cover body (20) along the horizontal direction;
the inserting rod (82) is in driving connection with the linkage sliding rod (81) and is movably arranged on the cover body (20) along the vertical direction;
when the swing rod (40) drives the lock cover (30) to move to the locking position, the opening-stopping slide rod (60) drives the linkage slide rod (81) to move in the horizontal direction, the linkage slide rod (81) drives the inserting rod (82) to move in the vertical direction, and the inserting rod (82) is in butt fit with the cover opening mechanism (70) to limit the cover opening mechanism (70) to the locking state.
7. The electric pressure cooker according to claim 6, characterized in that a slope structure is arranged on the linkage sliding rod (81), and the slope structure is matched with the inserted rod (82) to press down the inserted rod (82) to be abutted with the cover opening mechanism (70).

The electric pressure cooker of claim 6, wherein the linkage slide bar mechanism (80) further comprises a reset mechanism (83), the reset mechanism (83) being mounted on the plunger (82), the reset mechanism (83) driving the plunger (82) to disengage from the lid opening mechanism (70) when the swing lever (40) drives the locking lid (30) to the unlocked position.

The electric pressure cooker according to claim 6, characterized in that the linkage slide bar (81) comprises a first connecting bar (811) cooperating with the opening stop slide bar (60) and a second connecting bar (812) cooperating with the insert bar (82), the first connecting bar (811) and the second connecting bar (812) being connected by a bent bar (813).
10. Electric pressure cooker according to claim 9, characterized in that the first connecting rod (811) is parallel to the second connecting rod (812).
