the information obtaining unit 22 is configured to obtain the current position of the terminal device and the phone number bound to the terminal device after the alarm sensing unit 21 senses an alarm operation;
the message sending unit 23 is configured to send a help seeking message to the mutual-help platform; the help message comprises the current position and the telephone number.
The terminal equipment provided by the embodiment of the invention can sense the alarm operation, acquire the current position of the terminal equipment and the bound telephone number thereof after sensing the alarm operation, and send the help seeking message carrying the current position and the telephone number to the mutual-help platform. Therefore, by applying the terminal equipment provided by the embodiment of the invention, a help seeker only needs to ensure that the terminal equipment can be in communication connection with the mutual-help platform, and does not need to take out the terminal equipment and execute a series of operations of clicking an alarm menu or an alarm key, so that the alarm is realized more conveniently, quickly and covertly.
In one implementation, the alarm sensing unit 21 is specifically configured to perform any one or more of the following operations: the method comprises the steps of sensing that a specific key is triggered, receiving a specific voice signal, sensing continuous screen clicking operation, acquiring fingerprint information in a set area, and receiving an alarm signal sent by wearable equipment in communication connection with the terminal equipment.
It should be noted that, for the manner of "sensing that the specific key is triggered", the specific key may be triggered by pressing the specific key for a long time, where the specific key may be any one of or a combination of at least two of an on key, a volume key, and a menu key. For the manner of "receiving a specific voice signal", the specific voice signal may be a default voice such as a continuous cough sound, a continuous voice clearing sound, etc., or a specific voice pre-customized for the seeker such as "danger", "red light", "help", etc. In the mode of "sensing the continuous screen clicking operation", in the continuous screen clicking operation, the number of continuous screen clicks may be preferably set to 2-4 times, but the number of continuous screen clicks is not limited in the present invention. For the way of acquiring the fingerprint information in the set area, the fingerprint information of the help seeker can be acquired by placing a finger in the acquisition area of the fingerprint acquisition chip. For the mode of "receiving the alarm signal sent by the wearable device in communication connection with the terminal device", the user may send the alarm signal by operating on the wearable device, for example, by operating on a smart bracelet.
In one implementation, the terminal device may further include a voice setting unit configured to preset a specific voice. It should be noted that the voice set in the voice setting unit may be a specific voice defaulted by the system, such as a continuous cough sound, a continuous voice clearing sound, etc., or may be a specific voice pre-defined by the help seeker, such as "danger", "red light", "help", etc. Specifically, after sensing the voice signal, the alarm sensing unit 21 in the terminal device recognizes the voice content of the voice signal based on the voice recognition function, and then determines whether the voice content matches the voice content of the specific voice set in the voice setting unit, for example, if the recognized voice content is "hello" and the preset specific voice is "dangerous", it determines that the voice content does not match, and at this time, the alarm sensing unit 21 does not receive the specific voice signal, so that a subsequent related alarm step is not performed, and if the recognized voice content is also "dangerous", it determines that the voice content matches, and at this time, the alarm sensing unit 21 receives the specific voice signal, so that a subsequent related alarm step needs to be performed.
Further, as shown in fig. 3, the terminal device may further include: and the alarm unit 24 is used for dialing 110 an alarm call after the alarm sensing unit 21 senses the alarm operation, and broadcasting the help seeking message in a voice mode after the call is connected.
In one implementation, the alarm unit 24 of the terminal device may establish a communication connection with the 110-police alarm system through a mobile communication network, so that the alarm sensing unit 21 may trigger the alarm unit 24 to dial 110 an alarm call after sensing an alarm operation, and broadcast a help-seeking message carrying the current location of the terminal device held by the help seeker and the phone number bound to the current location in a voice manner after the call is connected. In order to improve the success probability of the alarm 110, after the alarm 110 is connected, the alarm unit 24 may repeat broadcasting the help-seeking message in a voice manner, so as to prevent the answering person from being unable to successfully realize the alarm because the answering person does not hear the help-seeking message or hear the help-seeking message, thereby reducing the possibility of the help-seeking person getting a help.
Therefore, the terminal device shown in fig. 3 has all the advantages of the terminal device shown in fig. 2, and the alarm sensing unit 21 can trigger the alarm unit 24 to automatically dial 110 an alarm call after sensing the alarm operation, and can broadcast the help seeking message in a voice mode after the call is connected. The help seeking platform has the advantages that the alarm is given through a plurality of channels, the possibility of helping the help seeker is increased, particularly under the condition that the help seeker is in a remote geographical position, terminal equipment is not arranged in the range set by the mutual help platform, and then the possibility of helping the help seeker can be improved by the fact that the terminal equipment carries out 110-call alarm by itself.
As shown in fig. 4, a schematic structural diagram of a mutual assistance platform provided in an embodiment of the present invention is shown, where the mutual assistance platform includes: a message receiving module 31, a message processing module 32, and a message sending module 33;
the message receiving module 31 is configured to receive a help-seeking message sent by a terminal device; the help seeking message comprises the current position of the terminal equipment and the telephone number bound by the terminal equipment;
the message processing module 32 is configured to determine a mutual-help terminal according to the help seeking message; the mutual-aid terminal comprises terminal equipment which establishes communication connection with the mutual-aid platform and is within a set range from the current position;
the message sending module 33 is configured to send a mutual assistance message to the mutual assistance terminal; and the mutual aid message comprises the current position and the telephone number.
In one implementation manner, the message sending module 33 is specifically configured to send a mutual assistance message to the mutual assistance terminal in a short message manner; or sending the mutual-help message to the mutual-help terminal in a WeChat push mode.
The mutual-help platform provided by the embodiment of the invention receives the help seeking message sent by the terminal equipment, determines the mutual-help terminal according to the help seeking message, and sends the mutual-help message carrying the current position of the terminal equipment held by the help seeker and the telephone number bound by the current position to the mutual-help terminal. Therefore, by applying the mutual-help platform provided by the embodiment of the invention, a help seeker only needs to ensure that the terminal equipment can be in communication connection with the mutual-help platform, and does not need to take out the terminal equipment and execute a series of operations of clicking an alarm menu or an alarm key, so that the alarm is realized more conveniently, quickly and covertly.
Further, as shown in fig. 5, the mutual aid platform may further include: and the auxiliary module 34 is configured to dial 110 an alarm call after the message receiving module 31 receives the help-seeking message, and broadcast the help-seeking message in a voice mode after the call is connected.
In one implementation, the auxiliary module 34 of the mutual-help platform may establish a communication connection with the 110-police alarm system through a mobile communication network, so that the message receiving module 31 may trigger the auxiliary module 34 to dial 110 an alarm call after receiving a help-seeking message sent by the terminal device, and may broadcast the help-seeking message carrying the current position of the terminal device held by the help seeker and the phone number bound to the current position in a voice manner after the call is connected. In order to improve the success probability of the 110 alarm, after the 110 alarm call is connected, the auxiliary module 34 may repeat broadcasting the help-seeking message in a voice manner, so as to prevent the answering personnel from being unable to successfully realize the alarm because the answering personnel does not hear the help-seeking message or hear the help-seeking message, thereby reducing the possibility of the help-seeking person getting a help.
Therefore, the mutual-help platform shown in fig. 5 has all the advantages of the mutual-help platform shown in fig. 4, and the message receiving module 31 can trigger the auxiliary module 34 to automatically dial 110 an alarm call after receiving a help-seeking message sent by the terminal device, and can broadcast the help-seeking message in a voice mode after the call is connected. The help seeking platform has the advantages that the alarm is given through a plurality of channels, the possibility of helping the help seeker is increased, particularly under the condition that the help seeker is in a remote geographical position, terminal equipment is possibly not arranged in the set range of the mutual help platform, and under the condition that the terminal equipment cannot dial 110 alarm by itself, the possibility of helping the help seeker is increased as the mutual help platform carries out 110 telephone alarm by itself.
As shown in fig. 6, which is a schematic structural diagram of an alarm processing system provided in an embodiment of the present invention, the system includes: a terminal device 20 and a mutual aid platform 30, which are in communication connection, where the terminal device 20 is the terminal device in the embodiment shown in fig. 2 or fig. 3, and the mutual aid platform 30 is the mutual aid platform in the embodiment shown in fig. 4 or fig. 5.
In the alarm processing system provided by the embodiment of the invention, the terminal device 20 senses the alarm operation, acquires the current position of the terminal device 20 and the telephone number bound with the terminal device 20 after sensing the alarm operation, and sends a help seeking message carrying the current position and the telephone number to the mutual-help platform 30; the mutual-help platform 30 receives the help-seeking message, determines a mutual-help terminal after receiving the help-seeking message, and sends a mutual-help message carrying the current location and the phone number to the determined mutual-help terminal.
By applying the scheme provided by the embodiment of the invention, after the terminal equipment 20 senses the alarm operation, the terminal equipment 20 can automatically send the help seeking message to the mutual help platform 30, and the mutual help platform 30 sends the mutual help message to the mutual help terminal according to the help seeking message, so that the help seeker only needs to ensure that the terminal equipment 20 can be in communication connection with the mutual help platform 30, and does not need to take out the terminal equipment and execute a series of operations of clicking an alarm menu or an alarm key, the alarm is realized more conveniently, quickly and covertly, and in addition, the success probability of the alarm is improved through the help of a plurality of terminal equipment in the mutual help terminal.
For the system embodiment, since it is basically similar to the method embodiment, it is relatively simple to describe, and for related points, refer to the partial description of the method embodiment.

Claims (10)
1. An alarm processing method, characterized in that the method comprises:
after sensing an alarm operation, the terminal equipment acquires the current position of the terminal equipment and a telephone number bound by the terminal equipment;
the terminal equipment sends a help seeking message to a mutual help platform, wherein the help seeking message comprises the current position and the telephone number;
after receiving the help seeking message, the mutual-help platform determines a mutual-help terminal and sends a mutual-help message to the mutual-help terminal, wherein the mutual-help message comprises the current position and the telephone number; the mutual-aid terminal comprises terminal equipment which establishes communication connection with the mutual-aid platform and is within a set range from the current position.
2. The alert processing method of claim 1, wherein the perceived alert operation includes any one or more of: sensing that a specific key is triggered, receiving a specific voice signal, sensing continuous screen clicking operation, acquiring fingerprint information in a set area, and receiving an alarm signal sent by wearable equipment in communication connection with the terminal equipment.
3. The alarm processing method of claim 1, wherein the sending of the mutual assistance message to the mutual assistance terminal by the mutual assistance platform comprises:
the mutual-help platform sends a mutual-help message to the mutual-help terminal in a short message mode; or,
and the mutual-aid platform sends a mutual-aid message to the mutual-aid terminal in a WeChat pushing mode.
4. The alarm handling method according to any one of claims 1-3, wherein the method further comprises:
and the terminal equipment dials 110 alarm calls after sensing the alarm operation, and broadcasts the help seeking message in a voice mode after the calls are connected.
5. The alarm handling method according to any one of claims 1-3, wherein the method further comprises:
and after receiving the help seeking message, the mutual help platform dials 110 an alarm telephone, and after the telephone is connected, broadcasts the help seeking message in a voice mode.
6. A terminal device, characterized in that the terminal device comprises: the system comprises an alarm sensing unit, an information acquisition unit and a message sending unit;
the alarm sensing unit is used for sensing alarm operation;
the information acquisition unit is used for acquiring the current position of the terminal equipment and the telephone number bound by the terminal equipment after the alarm sensing unit senses the alarm operation;
the message sending unit is used for sending help seeking messages to the mutual-help platform; the help message comprises the current position and the telephone number.
7. The terminal device according to claim 6, wherein the alarm sensing unit is specifically configured to perform any one or more of the following operations: the method comprises the steps of sensing that a specific key is triggered, receiving a specific voice signal, sensing continuous screen clicking operation, acquiring fingerprint information in a set area, and receiving an alarm signal sent by wearable equipment in communication connection with the terminal equipment.
8. A mutual aid platform, comprising: the system comprises a message receiving module, a message processing module and a message sending module;
the message receiving module is used for receiving a help seeking message sent by the terminal equipment; the help seeking message comprises the current position of the terminal equipment and the telephone number bound by the terminal equipment;
the message processing module is used for determining a mutual-help terminal according to the help seeking message; the mutual-aid terminal comprises terminal equipment which establishes communication connection with the mutual-aid platform and is within a set range from the current position;
the message sending module is used for sending a mutual assistance message to the mutual assistance terminal; and the mutual aid message comprises the current position and the telephone number.
9. The mutual aid platform as claimed in claim 8, further comprising:
and the auxiliary module is used for dialing a 110 alarm telephone after the message receiving module receives the help seeking message, and broadcasting the help seeking message in a voice mode after the telephone is connected.
10. An alarm processing system, characterized in that the system comprises: a terminal device and a mutual aid platform which are in communication connection, wherein the terminal device is the terminal device in any one of claims 6 to 7, and the mutual aid platform is the mutual aid platform in any one of claims 8 to 9.
