Claims (8)
1. The waterproof environment-friendly wallpaper is characterized by comprising a non-setting adhesive layer, a release paper layer, a waterproof layer and a coating layer; the waterproof layer consists of non-woven fabrics and a waterproof film; the waterproof membrane is prepared from the following components in parts by mass: 30-40 parts of PAFs powder, 30-50 parts of carbon nano-fiber, 28-37 parts of organic silicon modified resin and 50-70 parts of organic solvent.
2. The waterproof environment-friendly wallpaper according to claim 1, wherein the PAFs powder is any one of aza-PAF, PAF-2 or ZSOF.
3. The waterproof environment-friendly wallpaper according to claim 1, wherein the finish layer is prepared from the following components in parts by mass: 48-72 parts of polyacetamide resin, 5-10 parts of pigment, 4-8 parts of dispersing agent, 4-6 parts of calcium carbonate, 10-15 parts of magnesium sulfate and 30-50 parts of a mixture of acetonitrile and ethanol.

The waterproof environment-friendly wallpaper according to claim 3, wherein the preparation method of the coating layer comprises the following steps: heating the polyacetamide resin to 200-220 ℃, adding the pigment into the polyacetamide resin, stirring for 1-1.5h, cooling to room temperature, adding a mixture of acetonitrile and ethanol, sequentially adding the dispersant and the calcium carbonate, stirring for 0.5-1.5h, uniformly mixing, adding magnesium sulfate, and stirring to obtain the composition emulsion.
5. The waterproof environment-friendly wallpaper according to claim 1, wherein the organic solvent is any one of ethanol, butyl acetate or ethylene glycol butyl ether acetate.
6. The waterproof environment-friendly wallpaper according to claim 1, wherein the silicone modified resin is any one or a mixture of two of silicone modified epoxy resin, silicone modified acrylic resin or silicone modified polyurethane.
7. The waterproof environment-friendly wallpaper according to claim 1, wherein the preparation method of the waterproof layer comprises the following steps:
step 1, adding the PAFs powder and the carbon nanofibers into an organic solvent at normal temperature, and stirring to obtain a mixture;
step 2, adding stretch-resistant organic silicon modified resin into the mixture obtained in the step 1 at normal temperature, and continuously stirring to obtain a suspension;
and 3, forming a waterproof film by using the suspension obtained in the step 2 in an electrostatic spinning mode, and coating the waterproof film on the non-woven fabric to form the waterproof layer.
8. The preparation method of the waterproof environment-friendly wallpaper is characterized by comprising the following steps: and (3) pressing the release paper layer, the adhesive sticker layer and the waterproof layer according to any one of claims 1 to 7 by using a pressing machine, and coating the coating layer on the waterproof layer to form the waterproof environment-friendly wallpaper.
