According to the embodiment of the invention, when the automatic processing controller needs to be offline downloaded for design change under the thermal shutdown condition of the nuclear power unit, the equipment affected by the automatic processing controller to be downloaded is isolated, and the isolated equipment is gradually recovered after the downloading is completed, so that the offline downloading is directly carried out under the thermal shutdown condition, and the influence on the normal operation of other equipment and other three areas which are not affected by the automatic processing controller is avoided, so that the nuclear power unit is stabilized under the thermal shutdown condition, the downloading efficiency is effectively improved, the unit resources are saved, and the safety of the unit is improved.
Example two
The embodiment of the invention provides a control system for offline downloading of an automatic processing controller in a nuclear power joint debugging stage, which can realize all the processes of the control method for offline downloading of the automatic processing controller in the nuclear power unit joint debugging stage, and referring to fig. 3, the system comprises:
the isolation module 21 is configured to, under a thermal shutdown condition, isolate a device affected by the to-be-downloaded automatic process controller, and record an initial state of a control with a self-holding logic in the automatic process controller;
a downloading module 22, configured to perform offline downloading on the automatic processing controller;
and the recovery module 23 is configured to recover the automatic processing controller to a normal working state after offline downloading is completed, recover the control to an initial state, and gradually recover the isolated device.
According to the embodiment of the invention, when the automatic processing controller needs to be offline downloaded for design change under the thermal shutdown condition of the nuclear power unit, the equipment affected by the automatic processing controller to be downloaded is isolated, and the isolated equipment is gradually recovered after the downloading is completed, so that the offline downloading is directly carried out under the thermal shutdown condition, and the influence on the normal operation of other equipment and other three areas which are not affected by the automatic processing controller is avoided, so that the nuclear power unit is stabilized under the thermal shutdown condition, the downloading efficiency is effectively improved, the unit resources are saved, and the safety of the unit is improved.
In summary, the invention provides a control method and system for offline downloading of an automatic processing controller in a nuclear power joint debugging stage, which have better practical effects: when a specific automatic processing controller is downloaded in an off-line mode, signals are isolated and the DCS states of all parts are recovered according to a specific sequence, the operation of the process systems of the other three in-operation areas and the unit states are not affected, and the safety of the unit is improved; the off-line downloading of a specific automatic processing controller of the unit under the hot stop platform is effectively realized, the downloading efficiency is improved, the unit resources are saved, and the service life of the unit is prolonged.

Claims (8)

1. A control method for offline downloading of an automatic processing controller in a nuclear power joint debugging stage is characterized by comprising the following steps:
under the thermal shutdown condition, isolating equipment influenced by an automatic processing controller to be downloaded, and recording the initial state of a control with self-holding logic in the automatic processing controller, wherein the control with self-holding logic comprises a group control module, a reset trigger and a setting value setting module;
performing offline downloading and installing on the automatic processing controller;
after the off-line downloading is finished, after the CPU of the corresponding workstation works normally, the automatic processing controller is restored to a normal working state, the state general survey of setting value setting, reset triggers and grouped control modules is carried out, the control is restored to an initial state, and isolated equipment is gradually restored;
the equipment influenced by the automatic processing controller to be downloaded is isolated, and the method specifically comprises the following steps: isolating equipment directly driven by a DCS interface card in the local cabinet; the cabinet is a cabinet in the area where the automatic processing controller is located; isolating safety level equipment which is connected with a reactor protection cabinet in the reactor protection cabinet and is driven by a preferred driving card; isolating the equipment influenced by the network signal deflection sent to other automatic processing controllers by the automatic processing controller; isolating equipment affected by the deflection of the hard-wired output signals sent by the automatic processing controller to other automatic processing controllers; and sequentially isolating the devices in the order of devices driven by the DCS interface card, devices driven by the preferred driver card, devices affected by shifts in the network signals to other automated process controllers, and devices affected by shifts in the hardwired output signals to other automated process controllers.
2. The method for controlling offline uninstallation of an automatic processing controller in a nuclear power joint debugging phase according to claim 1, wherein the isolating of the equipment directly driven by a DCS interface card in the local cabinet specifically comprises:
acquiring equipment influenced by the failure of communication triggering emergency mode between the DCS interface card and the automatic processing controller;
among the obtained devices, for the devices needing to be kept online, isolation is carried out on the DCS wiring adapter cabinet side in a manner of removing a DCS command line; and for other equipment, power-off isolation is directly performed.
3. The method for controlling offline uninstallation of an automatic processing controller in a nuclear power intermodulating stage according to claim 1, wherein isolating safety-level equipment connected to a reactor protection cabinet and driven by a preferred driver card in the local cabinet specifically comprises:
acquiring equipment influenced by the fact that the preferred drive card and a nuclear island DCS control system lose communication to trigger an emergency fault mode;
in the obtained equipment, for the equipment needing to be kept on line, the preferred drive card is pulled out to drive an output phoenix terminal for isolation; and for other equipment, power-off isolation is directly performed.
4. The method according to claim 1, wherein the isolating of the equipment affected by the network signal deflection sent from the automatic processing controller to the other automatic processing controllers comprises:
acquiring network signals which are sent to other automatic processing controllers by the automatic processing controllers and participate in action logics of equipment in the other automatic processing controllers;
acquiring equipment influenced by the network signal displacement;
and isolating the acquired signal from the equipment.
5. The method according to claim 1, wherein the isolating of the device affected by the deflection of the hard-wired output signal sent from the apc to the other apc specifically comprises:
acquiring hard-wired output signals which are sent to other automatic processing controllers by the automatic processing controllers and participate in action logic of equipment in the other automatic processing controllers;
acquiring equipment influenced by the deflection of the hard-wired output signal;
and isolating the acquired signal from the equipment.
6. The control method for offline uninstallation of the nuclear power joint debugging stage automatic processing controller according to claim 4 or 5, wherein the isolating the acquired signals from the equipment specifically comprises:
for signals entering other automatic processing controllers downstream and having a forcing block, forcing the signal value to be a current value;
and detecting the drive card of the equipment affected by the signals entering other automatic process controllers without the forcing block downstream, and respectively isolating the equipment driven by the preferred drive card and the equipment driven by the DCS interface card.
7. The method according to claim 1, wherein after the offline uninstallation is completed, the automatic processing controller is restored to a normal operating state, the control is restored to an initial state, and the isolated device is gradually restored, specifically including:
after the off-line downloading is finished, the automatic processing controller of the local cabinet is restored to a normal working state;
checking the current state of the control, and restoring the control with the changed state to the initial state;
recovering the isolated device affected by the network signal or the hard-wired output signal shift, recovering the isolated device driven by the preferred driver card, and recovering the isolated device driven by the DCS interface card.
8. A system for implementing the control method for offline uninstalling of the automatic process controller in the nuclear power intermodal phase according to any one of claims 1 to 7, wherein the system comprises:
the isolation module is used for isolating equipment influenced by the automatic processing controller to be downloaded under the thermal shutdown condition and recording the initial state of a control with self-holding logic in the automatic processing controller;
the downloading module is used for downloading the automatic processing controller off line;
and the recovery module is used for recovering the automatic processing controller to a normal working state, recovering the control to an initial state and gradually recovering the isolated equipment after the offline downloading is finished.
