the house source management submodule can receive the uploaded house source basic information, entrusted data information and house watching setting information, send the house source basic information, entrusted data information and house watching setting information to the cloud control management system for auditing and then release the house source basic information and provide a required management function for the house source information;
the customer source management submodule can be used for management functions of customer source information, including establishment of a customer source address list, information interaction with a customer source in real time or in a message leaving mode, and receiving notification related to the customer source pushed by the system.
And the user setting sub-module provides setting functions for the basic information and the account information of the user, including setting of head portrait, mobile phone number, nickname, gender and password and exiting of the account.

the cloud control management system receives the unlocking request, if the account corresponding to the unlocking request is a broker/broker account, whether the intelligent lock corresponding to the two-dimensional code scanning result in the unlocking request is reserved by the broker/broker account is judged, and if the intelligent lock is not reserved, the broker/broker account is informed of the reservation;
if the account corresponding to the unlocking request is an owner account or a reserved intermediary/broker account, generating a new first key and a second key matched with the first key during last unlocking, and sending the generated first key and the second key to the mobile terminal of the corresponding account together.
After receiving the first key and the second key sent by the cloud control management system, the mobile terminal forwards the first key and the second key to the intelligent lock through Bluetooth, the intelligent lock matches the second key received this time with the first key received when the intelligent lock is unlocked last time, if the first key received this time is matched with the first key received when the intelligent lock is unlocked last time, the intelligent lock is opened, the first key received this time is used for covering the first key received when the intelligent lock is unlocked last time, meanwhile, an unlocking result is fed back to the cloud control management system through the mobile terminal, and after knowing that the intelligent lock is successfully unlocked, the cloud control management system can also use the first key generated this time to cover the first key used when the intelligent lock is unlocked last time for storage.
For example, after the nth person unlocks, the smart lock and the cloud control management system both store the first secret key a (n), if the (n +1) th person unlocks, the cloud control management system will generate a new first key a (n +1) and a second key b (n) matching the first key a (n) of the last unlocking, then the first key A (n +1) and the second key B (n) are sent to the intelligent lock together through the mobile terminal, the intelligent lock matches the second key B (n) with the first key A (n) stored locally, and the matching is passed, the intelligent lock is opened, the first key A (n +1) is stored in a mode of covering the first key A (n), after the cloud control management system knows that the intelligent lock is successfully unlocked, the first key a (n +1) generated this time is also used to cover the first key a (n) used in the last unlocking for storage.
In addition, when the intelligent lock is closed after the house is seen every time, the closed information is fed back to the mobile terminal through the Bluetooth, and the mobile terminal feeds back to the cloud server.
In the invention, the intelligent lock does not need to be networked, only needs to communicate with the mobile terminal through Bluetooth, and performs data interaction by virtue of the mobile terminal and the house source cloud control management system, so that the cost of the intelligent lock is reduced; and each secret key can be used only once during verification, so that the safety of the unlocking mechanism is extremely high. Preferably, the second key has a time limit, and the timeout will be invalid, so that the security of the system can be further improved.
It should be noted that the mobile terminal referred to in the present invention includes, but is not limited to, a mobile phone mobile terminal and other intelligent mobile terminal devices, such as a smart band.
The embodiment of the invention has the following beneficial effects that: the invention can provide reservation service, thereby greatly improving the house-watching efficiency; the entrance guard is provided with the intelligent lock, so that the intelligent lock can be managed and recorded in a unified way, the intelligent control and traceable management of the entrance guard are realized, and the safety is greatly improved; furthermore, the intelligent lock is not required to be networked, only the Bluetooth is required to be communicated with the mobile terminal, and data interaction is carried out by the mobile terminal and the cloud control management system, so that the cost of the intelligent lock is reduced; the unlocking mechanism is based on two keys, the first key required by the next door opening can be stored when the second key is verified to be matched every time, the second key required by the next door opening can be sent to the next door opening person, each key can be used only once, and the second key has time limitation, so that the safety of the unlocking mechanism is greatly high.

the broker/broker module provides house source issuing, reservation receiving and intelligent lock functions through the broker/broker account login, and the reservation receiving function is opened after a user submits the following information and is approved by the cloud control management system: house source basic information, entrusted data, viewing setting information and intelligent lock information;
the platform interfaces of the broker/broker module and the owner module provide interfaces of a door lock scanning module, the door lock scanning module is used for triggering the mobile terminal to start a camera scanning function, after the broker/broker or the owner uses the mobile terminal to scan the two-dimension code of the intelligent lock, an unlocking request containing a two-dimension code scanning result is sent to the cloud control management system to be processed, and after a first key and a second key sent by the cloud control management system are received, the unlocking request is forwarded to the intelligent lock through Bluetooth;
