一种高速复合用低残留耐高温高强度聚醚型聚氨酯粘合剂及其制备方法,涉及高分子聚合物粘合剂领域,通过将聚醚多元醇(A)、带羟基的环氧树脂(B)作为羟基组分,与异氰酸酯(C)反应合成聚氨酯粘合剂(D);所述聚醚多元醇(A)由聚醚二元醇(A1)和聚醚三元醇(A2)组成,其中聚醚二元醇(A1)由至少两种不同分子量的聚醚二元醇组成,两种不同分子量的聚醚二元醇的分子量相差至少100;该粘合剂能适用于高速复合机的应用,并且能获得较低的溶剂残留;其复合的NY/PE,NY/RCPP结构剥离强度高,可达3‑12N/15mm,并且可适用与100℃水煮沸与121℃蒸煮消毒。

本发明涉及高分子聚合物粘合剂领域,特别是涉及一种高速复合用低残留耐高温高强度聚醚型聚氨酯粘合剂及其制备方法。
背景技术
随着社会经济的快速发展,人们对食品包装的要求越来越重视。软包装复合材料的残留溶剂过高,导致了一系列的食品安全问题。国家推出相关的政策对残留溶剂量进行了限制,同时还对生产上VOCs的排放要求降低,对排放超标的企业要求提质改造,其中包括生产工艺,生产设备以及原材料。
聚氨酯粘合剂因其优异的性能,用于软包装复合可以得到耐油、耐介质、耐寒、耐磨、透明的软包装材料,因此在软包装复合用胶粘剂市场占有重要的地位。聚氨酯粘合剂从采用的多羟基化合物原料分聚酯型和聚醚型,聚酯型粘接较好,粘度高,应用于中低速复合,残留溶剂相对较高;聚醚型水解稳定性好,有较强的柔韧性、成本低,但粘合强度较聚酯型差,从而无法满足聚醚型粘合剂在软包装复合上进行100℃水煮沸和121℃蒸煮的应用需求。
国内对聚醚型粘合剂在软包装复合上应用研究报道相对较少,其中专利CN104877614A提供了一种室温快速熟化的双组分聚醚型复合粘合剂及其制备方法,解决了聚醚型聚氨酯快速熟化的问题,但其剥离强度相对较低,仍无法满足100℃水煮沸和121℃蒸煮的应用需求。因此,现在的高分子聚合物粘合剂领域迫切地需要一种高速复合用低残留耐高温高强度聚醚型聚氨酯粘合剂,以满足软包装生产企业对粘合剂的需求。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服现有技术的缺陷,提供一种高速复合用低残留耐高温高强度聚醚型聚氨酯粘合剂及其制备方法,其粘度低可适用于高速高固含复合含有塑塑(这里指的是两种不同的塑料复合)、纸塑结构的软包装材料,降低生产上VOCs的排放,复合外观好,剥离强度高,残留溶剂低,可耐100℃水煮沸和121℃蒸煮。
为了能克服现有技术的缺陷,本发明一种高速复合用低残留耐高温高强度聚醚型聚氨酯粘合剂,其特征在于,通过将聚醚多元醇(A)、带羟基的环氧树脂(B)作为羟基组分,与异氰酸酯(C)反应合成聚氨酯粘合剂(D),发现其具有固含高,粘度低,复合剥离强度高,复合残留溶剂量低,高速复合适用性强,可耐100℃水煮沸和121℃蒸煮的特点,从而使得本发明得以实现。
所述聚醚多元醇(A)由聚醚二元醇(A1)和聚醚三元醇(A2)组成,其中聚醚二元醇(A1)由至少两种不同分子量的聚醚二元醇组成,两种不同分子量的聚醚二元醇的分子量相差至少100;高低两种不同分子量的聚醚二元醇的摩尔比,优选1:1~1:40。
所述聚醚二元醇(A1)和聚醚三元醇(A2)摩尔平均分子量范围均为400~5000,优选400~3000。当摩尔平均分子量小于400时,氨酯键的密度增大,由于粘合剂变硬,粘合剂分子间的缝隙变小,对溶剂的溶解释放性降低;当摩尔平均分子量大于3000时,氨酯键密度变小,粘合剂容易发粘,粘合强度下降。
所述聚醚二元醇,具有线性结构,分子链中的醚键易旋转,使得其在酯类溶剂体系中具有极佳的溶剂释放性,从而使得复合适用性提高。
所述聚醚三元醇在本发明的聚醚多元醇中不可缺少。聚醚三元醇,具有三个羟基结构,其与异氰酸酯反应后可将线性的聚氨酯支化形成空间网状体,能更好提高粘合剂的耐热,耐水性。
所述聚醚二元醇与聚醚三元醇的摩尔比,优选为5:1~50:1。当聚醚二元醇与聚醚三元醇的摩尔比小于5:1时,粘度过高,对溶剂的溶解性差;当聚醚二元醇与聚醚三元醇的摩尔比大于50:1时,粘合剂的支化度不足,粘合强度下降。
所述聚醚多元醇选自聚氧化乙烯多元醇、聚氧化丙烯多元醇、聚四氢呋喃多元醇。从耐水性,附着力等性能考虑,优选聚氧化丙烯多元醇,聚四氢呋喃多元醇。
所述环氧树脂(B),具有羟基结构。例如:双酚A环氧树脂,氢化双酚A环氧树脂,酚醛环氧树脂,双酚S环氧树脂等。环氧树脂可以通过酸/氨基硅烷碱开环获得羟基,如盐酸、磷酸、N-(β-氨乙基)-γ-氨丙基三甲氧基硅烷、γ-氨丙基三甲氧基硅烷,γ-脲基丙基三甲氧基硅烷,N-乙基-氨异丁基三甲氧基硅烷等。这些环氧树脂含有的羟基与异氰酸酯反应得到的聚氨酯,能使粘合剂获得更好的粘合强度、耐化学性。
所述聚醚多元醇与环氧树脂的重量比优选10:1~100:1。当聚醚多元醇与环氧树脂的重量比大于10:1时,平均分子量增大,粘度上升,溶剂释放性降低,当聚醚多元醇与环氧树脂的重量比小于100:1时,粘合剂的粘合强度、耐化学性无明显变化。
所述的异氰酸酯,一般为一些已知的芳香族二异氰酸酯、脂肪族二异氰酸酯、脂环族二异氰酸酯等。例如:甲苯二异氰酸酯、异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯、二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯、1,6-己二异氰酸酯、苯二亚甲基二异氰酸酯、萘-1,5-二异氰酸酯、多亚甲基多苯基异氰酸酯、四甲基苯二亚甲基二异氰酸酯、甲基环己基二异氰酸酯和二环己基甲烷二异氰酸酯。这些异氰酸酯化合物可单独或者多中多种混合使用。优选使用两种异氰酸酯;
聚醚多元醇(A)、带羟基的环氧树脂(B)与异氰酸酯(C)的用量关系为:总羟基与-NCO基团的摩尔比1:1~4:1.
本发明中高速复合用低残留耐高温高强度聚醚型聚氨酯粘合剂的制备方法,优选先将部分聚醚二元醇a1质量份与部分异氰酸酯C1质量份在酯类溶剂中反应,使其成为聚氨酯变性多元醇,再加入剩余的聚醚二元醇a2质量份、聚醚三元醇A2、环氧树脂混合,再与剩余的异氰酸酯C2质量份反应,然后加入偶联剂获得聚氨酯粘合剂。
所述聚氨酯变性多元醇中,聚醚二元醇a1与异氰酸酯C1的摩尔比,优选为2:1~3:1.聚醚二元醇a1与异氰酸酯C1的摩尔比小于2:1时,氨酯键密度大,粘度上升,不利于后期支化;聚醚二元醇a1与异氰酸酯C1的摩尔比大于3:1时,没有反应的聚醚二元醇a1过多,使得后期支化度降低,粘合剂强度下降。优选a1:a2的摩尔比为1:1~1:40,进一步优选先加入的聚醚二元醇a1质量份为相对分子量比较小的聚醚二元醇;
所述反应在酯类溶剂中进行,所用酯类溶剂,如醋酸甲酯、醋酸乙酯、醋酸正丙酯、醋酸异丙酯、醋酸正丁酯、醋酸异丁酯,优选醋酸乙酯。溶剂的用量可分批或分步加入,使得最终粘合剂固含量为73~77%。
所述的偶联剂,如3-缩水甘油醚氧丙基三甲氧基硅烷、3-缩水甘油醚氧丙基三乙氧基硅烷、N-(β-氨乙基)-γ-氨丙基三甲氧基硅烷、γ-氨丙基三甲氧基硅烷,γ-脲基丙基三甲氧基硅烷,N-乙基-氨异丁基三甲氧基硅烷中的一种或多种任一种;偶联剂用量为粘合剂总重量的0.1%-2%。
上述反应每一步的温度控制范围为50~100℃,优选70~90℃.
所述聚氨酯粘合剂的粘度为1000~3000mPa·s(20℃)、固含量为73~77%。
本发明的有益效果:
根据本发明,公示了一种高速复合用低残留耐高温高强度聚醚型聚氨酯粘合剂及其制备方法。
本发明的高速复合用低残留耐高温高强度聚醚型聚氨酯粘合剂固含高,粘度低,可适用于高速复合机的高固含复合使用,有效降低生产中VOCs的排放;
本发明的高速复合用低残留耐高温高强度聚醚型聚氨酯粘合剂通用性强,适用于塑塑、纸塑结构的复合应用;
本发明的高速复合用低残留耐高温高强度聚醚型聚氨酯粘合剂复合残留溶剂低,更好满足食品包装的卫生安全要求;
本发明的高速复合用低残留耐高温高强度聚醚型聚氨酯粘合剂复合高,尤其是NY/PE,NY/RCPP结构;
本发明的高速复合用低残留耐高温高强度聚醚型聚氨酯粘合剂可以使复合软包装袋满足经受100℃水煮沸和121℃蒸煮消毒,仍能保持较高的剥离强度;
本发明的高速复合用低残留耐高温高强度聚醚型聚氨酯粘合剂使用方便,无需对复合设备烘道和风机进行改造;
具体实施方式
下面通过具体实施方式对本发明作进一步的详细说明,但本发明并不只限于这些例子。基于本发明的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本发明的保护范围。
实施例1
一种高速复合用低残留耐高温高强度聚醚型聚氨酯粘合剂制备方法,以重量份数计,将平均分子量为1000的聚氧化丙烯二醇40份、甲苯二异氰酸酯(TDI)3份和醋酸乙酯8份加入反应釜中并通入氮气,升温至75~85℃,反应2~3小时后降温至60℃,加入平均分子量为2000的聚氧化丙烯二醇20份,平均分子量为400的聚氧化丙烯三醇3份,双酚A环氧树脂E44 2份,二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯7份,升温至80~90℃,反应3~4小时,检测-NCO质量百分含量为0,反应完毕。降温至60~70℃加入乙酸乙酯17份,搅拌均匀后降温至50℃,加入3-缩水甘油醚氧丙基三甲氧基硅烷1%,制成聚氨酯粘合剂羟值为29.6mgKOH/g,固含量为75%,旋转粘度为800mPa·s(20℃).
实施例2
一种高速复合用低残留耐高温高强度聚醚型聚氨酯粘合剂制备方法,以重量份数计,将平均分子量为400的聚氧化丙烯二醇33份、甲苯二异氰酸酯(TDI)6份和醋酸乙酯8份加入反应釜中并通入氮气,升温至75~85℃,反应2~3小时后降温至60℃,加入平均分子量为2000的聚氧化丙烯二醇18份,平均分子量为400的聚氧化丙烯三醇3份,双酚A环氧树脂E44 4份,二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯13份,升温至80~90℃,反应3~4小时,检测-NCO质量百分含量为0,反应完毕。降温至60~70℃加入乙酸乙酯17份,搅拌均匀后降温至50℃,加入3-缩水甘油醚氧丙基三甲氧基硅烷1%,制成聚氨酯粘合剂羟值为30.2mgKOH/g,固含量为75%,旋转粘度为2150mPa·s(20℃).
实施例3
一种高速复合用低残留耐高温高强度聚醚型聚氨酯粘合剂制备方法,以重量份数计,将平均分子量为400的聚氧化丙烯二醇33份、甲苯二异氰酸酯(TDI)6份和醋酸乙酯8份加入反应釜中并通入氮气,升温至75~85℃,反应2~3小时后降温至60℃,加入平均分子量为2000的聚氧化丙烯二醇18份,平均分子量为400的聚氧化丙烯三醇3份,双酚A环氧树脂E204份,二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯13份,升温至80~90℃,反应3~4小时,检测-NCO质量百分含量为0,反应完毕。降温至60~70℃加入乙酸乙酯17份,搅拌均匀后降温至50℃,加入3-缩水甘油醚氧丙基三甲氧基硅烷1%,制成聚氨酯粘合剂羟值为31.2mgKOH/g,固含量为75%,旋转粘度为2800mPa·s(20℃).
实施例4
一种高速复合用低残留耐高温高强度聚醚型聚氨酯粘合剂制备方法,以重量份数计,将平均分子量为400的聚氧化丙烯二醇33份、甲苯二异氰酸酯(TDI)6份和醋酸乙酯8份加入反应釜中并通入氮气,升温至75~85℃,反应2~3小时后降温至60℃,加入平均分子量为2000的聚氧化丙烯二醇18份,平均分子量为700的聚氧化丙烯三醇3份,双酚A环氧树脂E20 4份,二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯13份,升温至80~90℃,反应3~4小时,检测-NCO质量百分含量为0,反应完毕。降温至60~70℃加入乙酸乙酯17份,搅拌均匀后降温至50℃,加入3-缩水甘油醚氧丙基三甲氧基硅烷1%,制成聚氨酯粘合剂羟值为29mgKOH/g,固含量为75%,旋转粘度为2500mPa·s(20℃).
实施例5
一种高速复合用低残留耐高温高强度聚醚型聚氨酯粘合剂制备方法,以重量份数计,将平均分子量为400的聚氧化丙烯二醇33份、甲苯二异氰酸酯(TDI)6份和醋酸乙酯8份加入反应釜中并通入氮气,升温至75~85℃,反应2~3小时后降温至60℃,加入平均分子量为2000的聚四氢呋喃醚二醇18份,平均分子量为400的聚氧化丙烯三醇3份,双酚A环氧树脂E444份,二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯13份,升温至80~90℃,反应3~4小时,检测-NCO质量百分含量为0,反应完毕。降温至60~70℃加入乙酸乙酯17份,搅拌均匀后降温至50℃,加入3-缩水甘油醚氧丙基三甲氧基硅烷1%,制成聚氨酯粘合剂羟值为29.3mgKOH/g,固含量为75%,旋转粘度为2800mPa·s(20℃).
应用例
将上述实施例1~5分别与固化剂(优选拜耳L75)按质量比1:1配制45%(45%指的是浓度)的工作液,使用180线网辊,控制上胶量为3g/m2,复合NY/PE60,NY/RCPP65结构。
熟化条件:50℃15小时
测试:
a.残留溶剂总量测试;
b.100℃水煮沸测试;
c.121℃蒸煮测试;
将上述实施例1~5测评结果总结如下表:

Claims (2)
1.一种高速复合用低残留耐高温高强度聚醚型聚氨酯粘合剂的制备方法,其特征在于,以重量份数计,将平均分子量为400 的聚氧化丙烯二醇33份、甲苯二异氰酸酯(TDI)6份和醋酸乙酯8份加入反应釜中并通入氮气,升温至75~ 85℃,反应2~ 3小时后降温至60℃,加入平均分子量为2000 的聚四氢呋喃醚二醇18 份、平均分子量为400 的聚氧化丙烯三醇3份、双酚A环氧树脂E44 4份、二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯13份,升温至80 ~ 90℃,反应3~ 4 小时,检测-NCO 质量百分含量为0,反应完毕,降温至60 ~ 70℃加入乙酸乙酯17份,搅拌均匀后降温至50℃,加入3- 缩水甘油醚氧丙基三甲氧基硅烷1%,制成聚氨酯粘合剂;
将上述所得聚氨酯粘合剂与固化剂配置成工作液投入使用。
2.按照权利要求1所述的方法制备得到的聚醚型聚氨酯粘合剂。
