1. A knee massager, comprising: the device comprises an inner shell (1), an outer shell (2), a PCB (3), an infrared physiotherapy module and an extrusion physiotherapy module;
the inner periphery of the inner shell (1) is matched with the knees, and the outer shell (2) is arranged on the outer periphery of the inner shell (1); a plurality of jacks (1-1) are arranged on the inner shell (1), and the outer shell (2) and the inner shell (1) are fixedly connected through fasteners penetrating through the jacks (1-1); the PCB (3), the infrared physiotherapy module and the extrusion physiotherapy module are all arranged on the inner shell (1) and are covered by the outer shell (2); the outer shell (2) is provided with a mounting hole (2-1), a display screen (4) is mounted at the mounting hole (2-1), and the PCB is respectively connected with the infrared physiotherapy module, the extrusion physiotherapy module and the display screen (4); a plurality of switch buttons (5) for controlling the PCB (3) to work are also arranged on the outer shell (2);
infrared physiotherapy module includes: an annular lamp panel (6) and a light-transmitting bracket (7); the light-transmitting bracket (7) is of an annular structure and is arranged on the outer side of the inner shell (1); the annular lamp panel (6) is arranged on the light-transmitting bracket (7) and is positioned on one side, far away from the inner shell (1), of the light-transmitting bracket (7), a plurality of infrared lamps (8) are circumferentially arranged on the annular lamp panel (6), a plurality of light-transmitting sheets (9) used for scattering infrared light are arranged on the light-transmitting bracket (7), and a light-transmitting hole (1-2) is formed in the inner shell (1) corresponding to each light-transmitting sheet (9);
a light shield (10) is arranged on the inner periphery of the outer shell (2), and the light shield (10) is arranged between the display screen (4) and the annular lamp panel (6);
the extrusion physiotherapy module comprises two airbags (11), a buffer layer (12) for the airbags, an airbag mounting bracket, airbag wrapping mesh cloth (14), an air pump bracket (15) and an air pump (16); the air bag mounting bracket is arranged on the inner side of the inner shell (1), the air bag is covered on the air bag mounting bracket by a buffer layer (12), the two air bags (11) are arranged on the air bag mounting bracket and are covered by the buffer layer (12) for the air bags, and an air bag wrapping mesh (14) is matched with the inner shell (1) to wrap the air bag mounting bracket and the buffer layer (12) for the air bags; the two air bags (11) are respectively positioned at the left side and the right side of the inner shell (1); an air pump support (15) is installed on the inner shell (1), and an air pump (16) is installed on the air pump support (15) and located on the inner peripheries of the annular lamp panel (6) and the light-transmitting bracket (7).

A knee massager according to claim 1, wherein the air bag mounting bracket is composed of a left bracket (13-1), a right bracket (13-2) and a connecting bracket (13-3), the left bracket (13-1), the right bracket (13-2) and the connecting bracket (13-3) are all mounted on the inner case (1), and the two air bags (11) are mounted on the left bracket (13-1) and the right bracket (13-2), respectively.

A knee massager according to claim 1, further comprising a first cushioning layer (17) and a first wrapping mesh (18), the first cushioning layer (17) being mounted on the air pump support (15) and located at an inner periphery of the inner housing (1), the first wrapping mesh (18) wrapping the first cushioning layer (17) and the air pump support (15) in cooperation with the inner housing (1).

A knee massager according to claim 3, wherein a heating plate is provided between the cushioning layer (12) for the air bag and the wrapping cloth (14) for the air bag corresponding to each mounting position of the air bag (11), and a heating plate is sandwiched between the first cushioning layer (17) and the first wrapping cloth (18).
5. A knee massager according to claim 4, wherein the inner periphery of the inner shell (1) is further provided with a second buffer layer (19), and the second buffer layer (19) is matched with the buffer layer (12) for the air bag to annularly cover the outer periphery of the first buffer layer (17); the second buffer layer (19) is coated with a second wrapping mesh cloth, and a heating sheet is clamped between the second buffer layer (19) and the second wrapping mesh cloth.
6. A knee massager as claimed in claim 1, wherein a vibration motor (20) is further installed at an outer side of the inner housing (1), and the PCB is connected to the vibration motor (20).

The knee massager according to claim 1, wherein the outer housing (2) is provided with a decorative hole (2-2) on each of the left and right sides, the inner housing (1) is provided with a decorative lamp corresponding to each decorative hole (2-2), a light guide base (21) covering the decorative lamp and a diaphragm (22) annularly sleeved on the periphery of the light guide base (21) are installed in the decorative holes (2-2); the outer side of the light guide base (21) is covered with CD grains (23).
