技术领域
本发明涉及一种不锈钢水管,尤其涉及一种树脂涂层抗菌不锈钢水管及其制备方法。
背景技术
抗菌不锈钢的研究始于20世纪中后期,国外抗菌不锈钢产品较国内成熟,且产品市场销售较早,消费者对抗菌不锈钢也较关注。自大规模大肠杆菌O-157感染事件在日本发生后,日本在抗菌不锈钢方面研究较为领先。随着我国经济的发展,对不锈钢制品的抗菌处理的需求也必将越来越多,抗菌问题进入了炊具、饮食等行业。抗菌不锈钢有优异的抗菌性能,具有广阔的应用前景。
抗菌不锈钢依据制造方法大致可分为两大类:一类是合金化型抗菌不锈钢,即在不锈钢中添加抗菌功能金属离子制备抗菌性不锈钢;第二类是表面处理型抗菌不锈钢,即在原材料表面涂覆抗菌功能材料,如二氧化钛系光触媒材料,形成原膜;或者是表面涂敷含有银系抗菌剂的钢板,表面含有抗菌剂的润滑涂层不锈钢,还有镍系合金镀层钢板。
中国专利CN107299320A公开了一种抗菌不锈钢,所述抗菌不锈钢是通过在304不锈钢材料表面形成厚度可达520um的抗菌层而成,具体为:首先,通过蒸镀在粗糙的304不锈钢表面沉积银涂层,然后使用蜡烛将银涂层熏黑,再将304不锈钢放入激光熔覆装置内,先使用低功率对304不锈钢进行预加热,然后再对304不锈钢进行激光熔覆,最终在材料表面形成520um厚的抗菌层。
中国专利CN102418071A公开了一种有抗菌镀层的不锈钢制品及制造方法,涉及具有抗菌功能的不锈钢制品及制造方法。不锈钢制品表面有抗菌涂层,抗菌涂层是钛铜PVD镀层。制造方法:将不锈钢制品置于真空多弧离子镀膜机内,先在机体内抽真空并升高炉内温度至180-220℃左右;再通电,注入氩气,采用弧光放电的方法和钛铜合金靶,使得机内产生反应,反应25-35分钟,在不锈钢制品上形成钛铜PVD膜层。本发明解决现有不锈钢制品表面会滋生细菌的问题。
中国专利CN107916393A公开了一种抗菌奥氏体不锈钢及其制备方法,该抗菌奥氏体不锈钢包括奥氏体不锈钢本体和合金渗层,所述合金渗层设置在所述奥氏体不锈钢本体的上表面和下表面,所述合金渗层包括铜、铟和钼元素;所述合金渗层厚度为10-25μm,所述铜、铟和钼元素的比例为7:2:1。由于铜元素和钼元素可以提高不锈钢的耐腐蚀性能,铟元素可以有效提高合金的强度、耐磨性以及抗腐蚀性,从而使得抗菌奥氏体不锈钢,具有抗菌、耐腐蚀、致密性强的性能。
上述现有技术中的抗菌不锈钢在一定程度上确实能够对大肠杆菌、绿脓杆菌等个别细菌具有良好的抗菌效果,但对其它细菌杀菌效果一般,并且对霉菌效果不佳。特别是对于不锈钢水管,其对抗菌和抗霉有更高的要求,水体中有多种细菌和霉菌,若不能将其中的细菌和霉菌除掉,会对人体的健康造成威胁。
此外,现有技术中的抗菌不锈钢的抗菌持续性能较差,在经历一段时间后水体中的细菌和霉菌含量会有所上升,时间长了之后细菌还会产生抗药性,无法保证水体的清洁度。
发明内容
针对现有技术中的缺陷,本发明提供一种树脂涂层抗菌不锈钢水管,该不锈钢水管对多种细菌和霉菌均具有良好的抗菌效果,广谱性高、抗菌持续时间长、抗药性好。
本发明的第一个目的是提供一种树脂涂层抗菌不锈钢水管,包括附着在不锈钢水管内外表面的树脂涂层,其特征在于,所述树脂涂层包括纳米银离子、5-氯-2-甲基-4-异噻唑啉-3-酮、2-甲基-4-异噻唑啉-3-酮、季铵盐、壳聚糖、天然生物粘附材料、双酚A型树脂、酚醛树脂、硫酸钡、高岭土。
进一步地,所述树脂涂层各组分的重量份数为纳米银离子0.1-2份、5-氯-2-甲基-4-异噻唑啉-3-酮0.5-5份、2-甲基-4-异噻唑啉-3-酮0.5-5份、季铵盐0.1-2份、壳聚糖5-20份、天然生物粘附材料5-20份、双酚A型树脂60-100份、酚醛树脂20-50份、硫酸钡0-30份、高岭土0-30份。
进一步地,所述树脂涂层各组分的重量份数为纳米银离子0.5-1份、5-氯-2-甲基-4-异噻唑啉-3-酮1-3份、2-甲基-4-异噻唑啉-3-酮1-3份、季铵盐0.5-1份、壳聚糖5-10份、天然生物粘附材料5-10份、双酚A型树脂60-80份、酚醛树脂20-40份、硫酸钡5-20份、高岭土5-20份。
进一步地,所述天然生物粘附材料选自白芨胶、瓜尔胶、黄原胶、果胶、西黄蓍胶、阿拉伯胶、海藻酸钠中的一种或几种,优选为白芨胶、瓜尔胶、阿拉伯胶和果胶中的一种或几种。
进一步地,所述季铵盐选自十二烷基三甲基氯化铵、十二烷基二甲基苄基氯化铵、十二烷基二甲基苄基溴化铵中的一种或几种。
进一步地,树脂涂层厚度为0.05-0.5mm,优选为0.1-0.3mm。
进一步地,抗菌的细菌种类为大肠杆菌、绿脓杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌、沙眼衣原体、白色念珠菌、粪链球菌、肺炎球菌、溶血链球菌、变形杆菌、痢疾杆菌、布氏杆菌、霍乱弧菌中的一种或几种。
进一步地,抗霉的霉菌种类为单头孢霉、米根霉、康氏木霉、嗜松青霉、球毛壳菌、白曲霉、白地霉、产黄青霉、焦曲霉、出芽短梗霉、粉红单端孢霉、棕曲霉、南瓜霉中的一种或几种。
本发明的第二个目的是提供一种树脂涂层抗菌不锈钢水管的制备方法,其特征在于包括如下步骤:
(1)将纳米银离子、5-氯-2-甲基-4-异噻唑啉-3-酮、2-甲基-4-异噻唑啉-3-酮、季铵盐和乳化剂加入水中,加热溶解,放入高速剪切乳化机处理混合均匀,得到抗菌剂溶液;
(2)将壳聚糖和天然生物粘附材料溶于水中,加入PVP水溶液,充分溶解;将步骤(1)得到的抗菌剂溶液滴加到壳聚糖和天然生物粘附材料混合溶液中,充分混匀,干燥并粉碎,得抗菌剂粉末;
(3)将步骤(2)得到的抗菌剂粉末、双酚A型树脂、酚醛树脂、硫酸钡、高岭土高速混合,将所得混合物加到单螺杆挤出机中进行挤压,粉碎后得到粉末状涂料;
(4)去除不锈钢管本体的内外表面的氧化层以及灰尘,将其放入盐酸中浸泡20-30min,晾干;而后,将其放入Na2CO3和NaOH的混合液中浸泡20-30min,晾干;将其放入钝化液中进行钝化5-10min,晾干。
(5)将钝化后的钢管放入喷涂装置中,使用步骤(3)中得到的涂料对钢管进行内外部喷涂,在80-150℃条件下固化20-30min;冷却至室温后,再次对钢管进行内外部喷涂,在50-60℃条件下固化20-30min;
(6)将步骤(5)得到的钢管至于蒸馏水中,浸泡10-20min,得到树脂涂层抗菌不锈钢水管。
进一步地,乳化剂选自聚山梨酯80、月桂山梨坦、油酸山梨坦、鲸蜡硬脂醇、聚二甲基硅氧烷、脂肪酸单甘油脂以及季戊四醇二硬脂酸酯中的一种或多种。
本发明创造性地结合金属离子、有机化合物和季铵盐各自特性来制备成不锈钢水管抗菌涂层,具体地使用纳米银离子、5-氯-2-甲基-4-异噻唑啉-3-酮、2-甲基-4-异噻唑啉-3-酮和季铵盐作为抗菌剂。
银离子对液体中的微生物具有吸附作用,微生物被银离子吸附后,起呼吸作用的酶就失去功效,微生物就会迅速死亡。银离子的杀菌能力特别强,每升水中只要含亿万分之二毫克的银离子,即可杀死水中大部分细菌。同时,季铵盐抗菌剂也具有非常好的杀菌效果。
银离子和季铵盐抗菌剂作用机理有以下几个方面:
1、干扰细胞壁的合成。细菌细胞壁重要组分为肽聚糖,银离子抗菌剂对细胞壁的干扰作用,主要抑制多糖链与四肽交联有连结,从而使细胞壁失去完整性,失去了对渗透压的保护作用,损害菌体而死亡。
2、可损伤细胞膜。细胞膜是细菌细胞生命活动重要的组成部分。因此,如细胞膜受损伤、破坏,将导致细菌死亡。
3、抑制蛋白质的合成。蛋白质的合成过程变更、停止、使细菌死亡。
4、干扰核酸的合成。总的说是阻碍遗传信息的复制,包括DNA、RNA的合成,以及DNA模板转录mRNA等。
虽然银离子能够杀死大部分的水中细菌,但对霉菌类的吸附杀菌效果稍差。而有机抗菌剂5-氯-2-甲基-4-异噻唑啉-3-酮、2-甲基-4-异噻唑啉-3-酮则对霉菌很有效。纳米银离子可以与5-氯-2-甲基-4-异噻唑啉-3-酮、2-甲基-4-异噻唑啉-3-酮进行络合,络合后,它们对细菌和霉菌都具有良好的抗菌效果。
壳聚糖(chitosan)又称脱乙酰甲壳素,是由自然界广泛存在的几丁质(chitin)经过脱乙酰作用得到的,化学名称为聚葡萄糖胺(1-4)-2-氨基-B-D葡萄糖。壳聚糖可以从蟹和虾的壳中提取,价格低廉且能有效抑制霉菌和细菌的生长,使用安全,对环境无污染被广泛研究和应用。壳聚糖在弱酸溶剂中易于溶解,特别值得指出的是溶解后的溶液中含有氨基,这些氨基通过结合负电子来抑制细菌。壳聚糖的抑制细菌活性,使其在杀菌剂领域有着广泛的应用。
天然生物粘附材料如白芨胶、瓜尔胶、黄原胶、果胶、西黄蓍胶、阿拉伯胶、海藻酸钠等具有极强的粘附能力,将壳聚糖和天然生物粘附材料混合形成粘附材料,能够有效提升抗菌涂层的持续时间。同时,壳聚糖和天然生物粘附材料等均为天然材料,无毒副作用,对人体安全。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果如下:
1、广谱抗菌性和抗霉性:本发明的抗菌剂组合不但对多种细菌具有良好的抗菌效果,还可以对霉菌具有非常好的效果,并且抗菌和抗霉种类多,广谱,对诸如大肠杆菌、绿脓杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌、沙眼衣原体、白色念珠菌、粪链球菌、肺炎球菌、溶血链球菌等细菌以及单头孢霉、米根霉、康氏木霉、嗜松青霉、球毛壳菌、白曲霉、白地霉、产黄青霉等霉菌有非常好的效果。
2、安全性高:本发明的抗菌剂组合、壳聚糖和天然生物粘附材料等无毒副作用,对人体安全。
3、持续性强:本发明的抗菌涂层强度高、性能好,具有缓释性能,使用寿命可达几十年;
4、抗药性小:本发明银离子与有机抗菌剂5-氯-2-甲基-4-异噻唑啉-3-酮、2-甲基-4-异噻唑啉-3-酮则对霉菌形成络合,其独特的杀菌机理使细菌不易产生抗药性。
具体实施方式
实施例1
(1)将0.1份纳米银离子、0.5份5-氯-2-甲基-4-异噻唑啉-3-酮、0.5份2-甲基-4-异噻唑啉-3-酮、0.5份十二烷基三甲基氯化铵和适量的聚山梨酯80加入水中,加热至60℃溶解,放入高速剪切乳化机处理混合均匀,得到抗菌剂溶液;
(2)将5份壳聚糖和10份瓜尔胶溶于水中,加入适量的PVP水溶液,充分溶解;将步骤(1)得到的抗菌剂溶液滴加到壳聚糖和瓜尔胶混合溶液中,充分混匀,干燥并粉碎,得抗菌剂粉末;
(3)将步骤(2)得到的抗菌剂粉末、60份双酚A型树脂、30份酚醛树脂、5份硫酸钡、5份高岭土高速混合,将所得混合物加到单螺杆挤出机中进行挤压,粉碎后得到粉末状涂料;
(4)去除不锈钢管本体的内外表面的氧化层以及灰尘,将其放入浓度为30%盐酸中浸泡30min,晾干;而后,将其放入浓度为15%的Na2CO3和NaOH的混合液中浸泡30min,晾干;将其放入钝化液中进行钝化10min,晾干。
(5)将钝化后的钢管放入喷涂装置中,使用步骤(3)中得到的涂料对钢管进行内外部喷涂,在80℃条件下固化30min;冷却至室温后,再次对钢管进行内外部喷涂,在60℃条件下固化30min;
(6)将步骤(5)得到的钢管至于蒸馏水中,浸泡20min,得到树脂涂层抗菌不锈钢水管。
实施例2
(1)将1份纳米银离子、2份5-氯-2-甲基-4-异噻唑啉-3-酮、2份2-甲基-4-异噻唑啉-3-酮、1份十二烷基二甲基苄基氯化铵和适量的聚山梨酯80加入水中,加热至60℃溶解,放入高速剪切乳化机处理混合均匀,得到抗菌剂溶液;
(2)将10份壳聚糖和5份黄原胶溶于水中,加入适量的PVP水溶液,充分溶解;将步骤(1)得到的抗菌剂溶液滴加到壳聚糖和黄原胶混合溶液中,充分混匀,干燥并粉碎,得抗菌剂粉末;
(3)将步骤(2)得到的抗菌剂粉末、80份双酚A型树脂、30份酚醛树脂、8份硫酸钡、10份高岭土高速混合,将所得混合物加到单螺杆挤出机中进行挤压,粉碎后得到粉末状涂料;
(4)去除不锈钢管本体的内外表面的氧化层以及灰尘,将其放入浓度为30%盐酸中浸泡30min,晾干;而后,将其放入浓度为12%的Na2CO3和NaOH的混合液中浸泡30min,晾干;将其放入钝化液中进行钝化10min,晾干。
(5)将钝化后的钢管放入喷涂装置中,使用步骤(3)中得到的涂料对钢管进行内外部喷涂,在100℃条件下固化30min;冷却至室温后,再次对钢管进行内外部喷涂,在60℃条件下固化30min;
(6)将步骤(5)得到的钢管至于蒸馏水中,浸泡20min,得到树脂涂层抗菌不锈钢水管。
实施例3
(1)将2份纳米银离子、5份5-氯-2-甲基-4-异噻唑啉-3-酮、5份2-甲基-4-异噻唑啉-3-酮、1.5份十二烷基三甲基氯化铵和适量的月桂山梨坦加入水中,加热至70℃溶解,放入高速剪切乳化机处理混合均匀,得到抗菌剂溶液;
(2)将20份壳聚糖和20份海藻酸钠溶于水中,加入适量的PVP水溶液,充分溶解;将步骤(1)得到的抗菌剂溶液滴加到壳聚糖和海藻酸钠混合溶液中,充分混匀,干燥并粉碎,得抗菌剂粉末;
(3)将步骤(2)得到的抗菌剂粉末、100份双酚A型树脂、40份酚醛树脂、10份硫酸钡、20份高岭土高速混合,将所得混合物加到单螺杆挤出机中进行挤压,粉碎后得到粉末状涂料;
(4)去除不锈钢管本体的内外表面的氧化层以及灰尘,将其放入浓度为30%盐酸中浸泡20min,晾干;而后,将其放入浓度为15%的Na2CO3和NaOH的混合液中浸泡25min,晾干;将其放入钝化液中进行钝化10min,晾干。
(5)将钝化后的钢管放入喷涂装置中,使用步骤(3)中得到的涂料对钢管进行内外部喷涂,在150℃条件下固化30min;冷却至室温后,再次对钢管进行内外部喷涂,在60℃条件下固化20min;
(6)将步骤(5)得到的钢管至于蒸馏水中,浸泡20min,得到树脂涂层抗菌不锈钢水管。
实施例4
(1)将1份纳米银离子、3份5-氯-2-甲基-4-异噻唑啉-3-酮、3份2-甲基-4-异噻唑啉-3-酮、1份十二烷基二甲基苄基溴化铵和适量的脂肪酸单甘油脂加入水中,加热至65℃溶解,放入高速剪切乳化机处理混合均匀,得到抗菌剂溶液;
(2)将10份壳聚糖和10份白芨胶溶于水中,加入适量的PVP水溶液,充分溶解;将步骤(1)得到的抗菌剂溶液滴加到壳聚糖和白芨胶混合溶液中,充分混匀,干燥并粉碎,得抗菌剂粉末;
(3)将步骤(2)得到的抗菌剂粉末、80份双酚A型树脂、20份酚醛树脂、15份硫酸钡、10份高岭土高速混合,将所得混合物加到单螺杆挤出机中进行挤压,粉碎后得到粉末状涂料;
(4)去除不锈钢管本体的内外表面的氧化层以及灰尘,将其放入浓度为30%盐酸中浸泡20min,晾干;而后,将其放入浓度为15%的Na2CO3和NaOH的混合液中浸泡25min,晾干;将其放入钝化液中进行钝化10min,晾干。
(5)将钝化后的钢管放入喷涂装置中,使用步骤(3)中得到的涂料对钢管进行内外部喷涂,在120℃条件下固化30min;冷却至室温后,再次对钢管进行内外部喷涂,在50℃条件下固化20min;
(6)将步骤(5)得到的钢管至于蒸馏水中,浸泡20min,得到树脂涂层抗菌不锈钢水管。
性能测试例
表1列明了实施例1-4树脂涂层抗菌不锈钢水管的涂层主要性能

从表1中的结果看出,实施例1-4各涂层的硬度高、附着力强、抗冲击力强,完成能够适应长时间的使用。
抗菌和抗霉测试例:
将实施例1-4的不锈钢水管样品经医用酒精浸泡消毒后置于洁净工作台中自然干燥;将15μL浓度约为105cfu/mL的菌液滴到试样表面,以灭菌的封口膜将菌液覆盖;将试样置于霉菌培养箱中,在温度35(±0.5)℃、相对湿度(RH)>90%的条件下,培养24h;将试样表面的菌液洗下,均匀涂在琼脂平板上,在温度35(±0.5)℃、相对湿度(RH)>90%的条件下培养36h,统计琼脂平板上的菌落数,计算抗菌率和抗霉率。对照组样品为未经涂层处理的不锈钢管。

从表2和表3结果来看,未经本发明树脂抗菌涂层处理过的不锈钢管不具有任何抗菌和抗霉效果。经过树脂抗菌涂层处理过的实施例1-4对各种细菌和霉菌均有不同程度的抗菌效果,所有对测试的细菌和霉菌均有99%以上的抗菌率和抗霉率。
以上,对本发明的实施方式进行了说明。但是,本发明不限定于上述实施方式。凡在本发明的精神和原则之内,所做的任何修改、等同替换、改进等,均应包含在本发明的保护范围之内。
Claims (10)
1.一种树脂涂层抗菌不锈钢水管,包括附着在不锈钢水管内外表面的树脂涂层,其特征在于,所述树脂涂层包括纳米银离子、5-氯-2-甲基-4-异噻唑啉-3-酮、2-甲基-4-异噻唑啉-3-酮、季铵盐、壳聚糖、天然生物粘附材料、双酚A型树脂、酚醛树脂、硫酸钡、高岭土。
2.根据权利要求1的树脂涂层抗菌不锈钢水管,其特征在于所述树脂涂层各组分的重量份数为纳米银离子0.1-2份、5-氯-2-甲基-4-异噻唑啉-3-酮0.5-5份、2-甲基-4-异噻唑啉-3-酮0.5-5份、季铵盐0.1-2份、壳聚糖5-20份、天然生物粘附材料5-20份、双酚A型树脂60-100份、酚醛树脂20-50份、硫酸钡0-30份、高岭土0-30份。
3.根据权利要求2的树脂涂层抗菌不锈钢水管,其特征在于所述树脂涂层各组分的重量份数为纳米银离子0.5-1份、5-氯-2-甲基-4-异噻唑啉-3-酮1-3份、2-甲基-4-异噻唑啉-3-酮1-3份、季铵盐0.5-1份、壳聚糖5-10份、天然生物粘附材料5-10份、双酚A型树脂60-80份、酚醛树脂20-40份、硫酸钡5-20份、高岭土5-20份。
4.根据权利要求1-3任一项的树脂涂层抗菌不锈钢水管,其特征在于所述天然生物粘附材料选自白芨胶、瓜尔胶、黄原胶、果胶、西黄蓍胶、阿拉伯胶、海藻酸钠中的一种或几种,优选为白芨胶、瓜尔胶、阿拉伯胶和果胶中的一种或几种。
5.根据权利要求1-4任一项的树脂涂层抗菌不锈钢水管,其特征在于所述季铵盐选自十二烷基三甲基氯化铵、十二烷基二甲基苄基氯化铵、十二烷基二甲基苄基溴化铵中的一种或几种。
6.根据权利要求1-5任一项的树脂涂层抗菌不锈钢水管,其特征在于树脂涂层厚度为0.05-0.5mm,优选为0.1-0.3mm。
7.根据权利要求1-6任一项的树脂涂层抗菌不锈钢水管,其特征在于抗菌的细菌种类为大肠杆菌、绿脓杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌、沙眼衣原体、白色念珠菌、粪链球菌、肺炎球菌、溶血链球菌、变形杆菌、痢疾杆菌、布氏杆菌、霍乱弧菌中的一种或几种。
8.根据权利要求1-7任一项的树脂涂层抗菌不锈钢水管,其特征在于抗霉的霉菌种类为单头孢霉、米根霉、康氏木霉、嗜松青霉、球毛壳菌、白曲霉、白地霉、产黄青霉、焦曲霉、出芽短梗霉、粉红单端孢霉、棕曲霉、南瓜霉中的一种或几种。
9.一种权利要求1-8任一项的树脂涂层抗菌不锈钢水管的制备方法,其特征在于包括如下步骤:
(1)将纳米银离子、5-氯-2-甲基-4-异噻唑啉-3-酮、2-甲基-4-异噻唑啉-3-酮、季铵盐和乳化剂加入水中,加热溶解,放入高速剪切乳化机处理混合均匀,得到抗菌剂溶液;
(2)将壳聚糖和天然生物粘附材料溶于水中,加入PVP水溶液,充分溶解;将步骤(1)得到的抗菌剂溶液滴加到壳聚糖和天然生物粘附材料混合溶液中,充分混匀,干燥并粉碎,得抗菌剂粉末;
(3)将步骤(2)得到的抗菌剂粉末、双酚A型树脂、酚醛树脂、硫酸钡、高岭土高速混合,将所得混合物加到单螺杆挤出机中进行挤压,粉碎后得到粉末状涂料;
(4)去除不锈钢管本体的内外表面的氧化层以及灰尘,将其放入盐酸中浸泡20-30min,晾干;而后,将其放入Na2CO3和NaOH的混合液中浸泡20-30min,晾干;将其放入钝化液中进行钝化5-10min,晾干。
(5)将钝化后的钢管放入喷涂装置中,使用步骤(3)中得到的涂料对钢管进行内外部喷涂,在80-150℃条件下固化20-30min;冷却至室温后,再次对钢管进行内外部喷涂,在50-60℃条件下固化20-30min;
(6)将步骤(5)得到的钢管至于蒸馏水中,浸泡10-20min,得到树脂涂层抗菌不锈钢水管。
10.根据权利要求9的树脂涂层抗菌不锈钢水管的制备方法,其特征在于乳化剂选自聚山梨酯80、月桂山梨坦、油酸山梨坦、鲸蜡硬脂醇、聚二甲基硅氧烷、脂肪酸单甘油脂以及季戊四醇二硬脂酸酯中的一种或多种。
