Technical Field

Background
In the prior art, in the layout setting of vehicles, the emphasis is on the structure and arrangement form of a driving motor, and the arrangement of other structures is generally based on the types and the purposes of different vehicles and is arranged around the driving structure; the coordination among the suspension, the frame and the electric driving device is unstable, and particularly, for special vehicles such as multi-axle vehicles, the requirements of universalization and modularization of the multi-axle electric driving vehicle cannot be met, so that the layout and the assembly operation of the vehicle are complex, and the coordination is poor. Disclosure of Invention
The invention provides an electric drive running unit which meets the requirement of a multi-shaft high-motor cross-country vehicle on the universality of a wheel-side motor driving device.
In order to solve the above technical problems, the present invention provides a modular electrically-driven traveling unit, comprising: the device comprises a modularized frame assembly, a driving motor, a wheel rim transmission shaft, a hub and brake assembly, wheels, a double-cross arm independent suspension, a motor cooler and a motor controller;
the modular frame assembly includes: two longitudinal beams which are oppositely arranged, two motor installation side plates which are oppositely arranged, a suspension cross beam, two motor installation cross beams which are oppositely arranged and a bottom guard plate;
the two motor installation side plates are abutted against and fixed on the inner side surfaces of the two longitudinal beams, and two ends of the suspension cross beam are abutted against the two motor installation side plates respectively and fixed on the longitudinal beams through fixing pieces respectively;
the two ends of the two motor mounting cross beams are respectively and correspondingly fixed between the two motor mounting side plates, and the bottom guard plates are fixed at the bottoms of the motor mounting cross beams to form a motor mounting frame structure;
the motor mounting side plates and the longitudinal beams are provided with transmission shaft through holes, and the driving motor is fixed in the motor mounting frame structure and is connected with the wheels in a transmission way through the wheel rim transmission shafts and the wheel hub and brake assemblies in sequence;
the double-cross arm independent suspension is connected between the hub and brake assembly and the modularized frame assembly;
the motor cooler and the motor controller are connected with the driving motor.

The arrangement form of the detachable driving motor is realized through the motor mounting frame, the driving axle unit can be flexibly converted into a non-driving axle unit, and the detachable driving motor is suitable for vehicle arrangement of different driving forms of multi-shaft off-road electric driving vehicles and is also beneficial to the disassembly and maintenance of the driving motor. The hub and the brake assembly are directly connected through the hub motor and the hub driving shaft, namely the disc brake and the hub speed reducer, so that the structure is simpler, the reliability is stronger, and the occupied space is smaller.

Detailed Description
The embodiment of the application provides an electric drive running unit meeting the requirement of the multi-shaft high-motor off-road vehicle on the universality of a wheel-side motor driving device.

Referring to fig. 1 and 2, a modular electrically-driven travel unit comprising: the vehicle frame comprises a modularized frame assembly 2, a driving motor, a wheel edge transmission shaft, a hub and brake assembly 7, wheels 1, a double-cross arm independent suspension 3, a motor cooler 5 and a motor controller 4.
Referring to fig. 3 and 4, the modular frame assembly 2 includes: two longitudinal beams 21 arranged oppositely, two motor mounting side plates 24 arranged oppositely, a suspension cross beam 22, two motor mounting cross beams 25 arranged oppositely and a bottom guard plate 27.
The two motor installation side plates 24 are abutted against and fixed on the inner side surfaces of the two longitudinal beams 21, and the two ends of the suspension cross beam 22 are respectively abutted between the two motor installation side plates 24 and are respectively fixed on the longitudinal beams 21 through fixing pieces; that is, two motor mounting side plates 24 are fixed to two side members 21 through both ends of the suspension cross member 22, forming a frame-receiving structure.
Referring to fig. 7, two ends of the two motor mounting beams 25 are respectively fixed between two motor mounting side plates 24, and the bottom guard plate 27 is fixed at the bottom of the motor mounting beam 25 to form a motor mounting frame structure; for fixing the drive motor 6.
It should be noted that, the bottom guard plate 27 can be conveniently detached, so that the wheel edge driving motor 6 can be conveniently detached from the bottom, so that the motor can be quickly maintained, and the conversion between the driving axle and the non-driving axle can be realized.
Referring to fig. 4 and 6, through holes for passing through the wheel-side transmission shaft 8, that is, a first transmission shaft through hole 241 and a second transmission shaft through hole 211 are formed in the motor mounting side plate 24 and the longitudinal beam 21; the driving motor 6 is fixed in the motor mounting frame structure, sequentially passes through the first transmission shaft through hole 241 and the second transmission shaft through hole 211, and is connected with the hub and brake assembly 7 and the wheel 1 through the hub transmission shaft 8; realizing electric driving.
The double-wishbone independent suspension 3 is connected between the hub and brake assembly 7 and the modular frame assembly 2; and the connection is generally realized through a rotary pin shaft, so that a reliable connection structure is realized.
The motor cooler 5 and the motor controller 4 are connected to the drive motor 6.
Referring to fig. 5, the double wishbone independent suspension includes: an upper suspension arm 32, a lower suspension arm 31, a suspension mount 23, an elastic member 33, a damper mount 34, and a damper 35.
The upper suspension arm 32 is connected at both ends to the top end of the hub and brake assembly 7 and to the side member 21, respectively.
The lower suspension arm 31 includes: the first support arm and the second support arm, the two ends of the first support arm and the second support arm are respectively connected with the bottom end of the hub and brake assembly 7 and the motor mounting side plate 24.
The suspension brackets 23 are fixed to the side member 21, the elastic member 33 is fixed between the suspension brackets 23 and the first arm, the damper brackets 34 are fixed to the side member 21, and the damper 35 is fixed between the damper brackets 34 and the second arm.
Further, a suspension arm mounting base 26 is provided on the motor mounting side plate 24; the first and second arms are connected to the suspension arm mounting base 26 by a swivel pin.
Further, the elastic support member 33 is a coil spring or a hydro-pneumatic spring. The damper 35 is a double-acting tube damper.
Further, the hub and brake assembly 7 includes: a disc brake and a hub reduction gear integrated in the hub of said wheel 1. The connecting mode has simple structural form, only has a one-stage speed reducing device, high reliability and small occupied space.
Referring to fig. 8, a multi-axis travel unit includes: a plurality of said modular electrically driven travel units; the longitudinal beams of the modularized electric driving running units are fixedly connected in sequence.
The arrangement mode of the multi-axle off-road electric drive vehicle in the embodiment, wherein the iii bridge is a non-drive unit, and the iii bridge is relatively to the electric drive units of other drive axles, removes the wheel drive motor 6, the wheel drive shaft 8, the drive motor controller 4 and the drive motor radiator 5, and changes the drive hub and the brake assembly 7 into a non-drive mode, so that the scheme change is small during application, and the universality is strong.
The modular electrically driven travel unit is a highly versatile and highly integrated embodiment, particularly suited for heavy duty electrically driven vehicle applications employing double wishbone independent suspensions.

the two ends of the two motor mounting cross beams are respectively and correspondingly fixed between the two motor mounting side plates, and the bottom guard plates are fixed at the bottoms of the motor mounting cross beams to form a motor mounting frame structure;
