Abstract
一种治疗各型急慢性肝炎及肝炎并发肝硬化腹水的愈肝丸，主要由清热解毒生血类和利湿去黄类中药共研细末制丸而成。其特征是，前者病症选用生麦芽20～60%，黑矾10%～40%，茵陈、或赤小豆5～25%，后者病症再添猪苓、或茯苓、或泽泻、或滑石5～25%。本发明治愈率高、根治性强、无毒副作用、疗程短，并且药物费用低廉，很有推广价值。
Description
本发明申请，是本人1995年6月29日申请的、申请号为95110516.7的名称为《愈肝丸》的分案申请。
本发明属于一种治疗各型急慢性肝炎和治疗肝炎并发肝硬化腹水的中药药丸。同时，对痿黄、贫血症也有较好的疗效。
各型肝炎是一种常见病、多发病，治疗药物也甚多，如肝太乐、干扰素、聚肌胞、肝必复、灭澳灵、护肝丸等等。这些药物对控制急性肝炎及治疗慢性肝炎有程度不同的疗效。但一是治愈率低、根治性差；二是药物价格高，且治疗时间长，为患者带来沉重的经济负担。特别是在治疗肝炎并发肝硬化腹水症，效果更不理想。近年来，我国发挥中药优势，研究开发推出不少中成药用于治疗各型肝炎。如吉林省通化白云山制药厂生产的复方益肝丸，它由龙胆、公英、垂盆草、丹参、柴胡、大黄等28味中药组成。主治乙型肝炎。该厂还生产一种强肝再生丸，其主要成分有砂仁、香附、草果仁、肉桂、玉金、延胡索等中药制成。这两种新药虽在疗效上有提高，但治愈率仍不尽人意，而且连续服药时间长，药味多、药价仍比较高；并有孕妇禁服，用药期间禁食生冷、辛辣食物等诸多局限性，甚至还有稀便、恶心、乏力、昏迷等副作用。
本发明的目的在于克服上述中西药物治疗各型肝炎及肝硬化腹水症的不足，提供一种疗效高、根治性强、疗程短又非常经济的中药丸——愈肝丸。
本发明是由以下技术方案实现的，治疗各型急慢性肝炎的愈肝丸，它由清热解毒生血类、利湿去黄类中药配伍共研为细末制丸而成，其特征在于其配方及其成分含量为：选用清热解毒生血类中药生麦芽、黑矾两味，用量分别为20～60％和10～40％；选用利湿去黄类中药，茵陈或赤小豆5～25％。用于治疗肝炎并发肝硬化腹水症的愈肝丸，其特征是，如上述特征，再加利水渗湿类中药猪苓，或茯苓、或泽泻、或滑石5～25％，共研为细末制丸而成。
本发明选用的清热解毒中药生麦芽和黑矾，打破了传统治疗各型肝炎选用的同类药物，该两味药不仅有清热解毒作用，还有生血利湿、健脾胃助消化的作用，起到了抗病毒、降酶理肝气、消除肝区痛和疲倦、厌食之功。所用利湿去黄类中药茵陈或赤小豆，能利湿退黄、发散郁热外达皮毛，内泄湿热而荡浊致新。起到清热利胆、去淤热、清痈滞、调气机之功能。肝硬化腹水所用愈肝丸所加选用的利水渗湿类中药猪苓或其他三味的每一种主要起到消除腹水、保肝利湿的作用。由于本发明选用的上述药物，不仅注意了清热解毒，即杀灭患者的肝炎病毒，更重要的是注意了克服患者肌体内脏各系统功能的失调和肝胆脾胃气机的紊乱，以增强患者肌体的抵抗能力，使肝炎症状和指标迅速缓解，同时对肝硬化、肝腹水、黄疸治疗效果显著。因抗体形成迅速，并能增强肝胆脾胃的功能，治标和治本结合，所以本发明愈肝丸具有治愈率高、疗效巩固、不易复发、根治性强、疗程短、见效快、转阴率高等优点。同时它有改善血液循环、生血利湿作用，故对痿黄、贫血症亦有较高的疗效。而且由于所用中药为一般中草药，价格低，并药味少，所以使用它很经济。对于急性肝炎患者来讲，一般一个疗程(30～40天)即可治愈，所需药费仅拾余元。慢性肝炎患者一般2～3个疗程(60～90天)即可治愈，所需药费仅是几拾元，即是肝硬化腹水一般十个疗程其药费也只用百余元。可见价值之低了。另外本愈肝丸无任何副作用，与任何其他治肝炎的药物配用亦无妨。
本发明实施例：
治疗各型急慢性肝炎的愈肝丸配方及用法用量：生麦芽800克、黑矾150克、茵陈150克，共研为细末水打为每克一丸。饭后服用，每日三次，每次1～6丸(克)。痿黄、贫血症同上。
治疗肝硬化腹水的愈肝丸配方及用法用量：生麦芽800克，黑矾150克、茵陈150克、猪苓250克，共研为细末水打为丸，饭后服每日三次，每次3～6克。
本人曾试用本愈肝丸治疗确诊的各型急慢性肝炎441例。其中急性肝炎256例，这当中急性黄疸性肝炎124例，其中男74例，女50例，4～7岁的24例，8～15岁的32例，16～55岁的68例；急性无黄疸性肝炎132例，其中男80例，女52例。15～30岁的36例，31～55岁的96例。经一个月治疗，两种急性肝炎中治愈225例，占88％；显效12例，占4.7％；好转9例，占3.4％；中途转医10例，占3.9％。在收治的慢性肝炎185例中，其中男108例，女77例；15～30岁的75例，31～55岁的110例，经3个月治疗，治愈150例，占81％，显效16例，占8.7％；好转5例，占2.7％；中途转医14例，占7.6％。
本人试用愈肝丸试治肝硬化腹水300例，其中男230例，女70例；20～40岁的30人，占10％；40～62岁的220人，占73％；63～69岁的50人，占17％。经十个月治疗，其中治愈120人，占40％；显效87人，占29％；好转30人，占10％，无效63，占21％。
以上两种试用愈肝丸的治疗效果应当说是令人满意的。
Claims (2)
1、一种治疗肝炎并发肝硬化腹水的愈肝丸，其特征在于由下列用量的成份制成的药剂：
生麦芽20-60％ 黑矾10-40％ 茵陈5-25％ 猪苓5-25％。
2、根据权利要求1所述的愈肝丸，其特征在于由下列用量的成份制成：
生麦芽800克 黑矾150克 茵陈150克 猪苓250克。
