The vertical guide mechanism comprises a vertical rotating shaft 461 which is vertically arranged and a vertical sliding block 462 which is connected with the vertical rotating shaft 461 in a sliding way, the vertical sliding block 462 is respectively connected with the tray hand 430 and the vertical driving mechanism 441, and the tray hand 430 can be driven to move along the vertical rotating shaft 461 by the vertical driving mechanism 441; the vertical shaft 461 is connected to the horizontal slider 452 and can move along the horizontal guide rail 451 under the driving of the horizontal slider 452. The vertical shaft 461 is connected to the horizontal rotating mechanism and can rotate under the driving of the horizontal rotating mechanism to drive the vertical slider 462 to rotate.

A dish receiving station is arranged below the pot 611, and the driving mechanism of the dish discharging device drives the tray hand 430 to move so as to drive the dish plate 420 to move to the dish receiving station, so that the dish plate 420 receives dishes poured out of the pot 611. Because the angle of the pot 611 can be gradually inclined when the dish is poured, if the position of the dish plate 420 is kept unchanged, along with the inclination of the angle of the pot 611, the falling position of the dish can be changed relative to the dish plate 420, and part of the dish can fall out of the dish plate 420 to cause waste, so that the tray hand 430 can be controlled to drive the dish plate 420 to move from the first dish receiving position to the second dish receiving position along with the change of the inclination angle of the pot 611, so that the position of the dish plate 420 and the falling position of the dish are kept unchanged relatively, and the missing rate is reduced.
Referring to fig. 8, the sewage treatment apparatus may include a sewage tank 511, a crusher 512, and a sewage tank 513. The oil smoke treatment box 711 is provided with an inlet and an outlet, the inlet of the oil smoke treatment box 711 is communicated with the cooking chamber 600 through an air inlet pipeline, the fan 712 is used for blowing the oil smoke in the cooking chamber 600 into the oil smoke treatment box 711 through the air inlet pipeline, and the outlet of the oil smoke treatment box 711 is communicated with a dirt inlet of a dirt treatment device through a pipeline so as to discharge the treated oil smoke to the dirt treatment device together. The ultraviolet lamp 714 is used for eliminating smell in oil smoke, the ultrasonic atomizer 713 is used for performing ultrasonic atomization to generate water mist, and the water mist and the oil smoke are mixed and then are adsorbed by the filter screen 715; the filter screen 715 is used for adsorbing the mixture of oil smoke and water mist, so that efficient oil molecule filtering is realized. The oil fume treatment device realizes the cleaning and the emission of the oil fume through the design of the oil fume treatment device, and avoids the environmental pollution; meanwhile, the oil smoke treated by the oil smoke treatment device is discharged into the sewage treatment device and cannot be directly discharged into the external environment, so that the application range of the cooking machine is enlarged, and the cooking machine can be applied to ships, airplanes, trains, restaurants, offices and families.
It can be understood that the automatic control system can be used for controlling all parts of the cooking machine, so that the cooking machine can automatically make dishes, load dishes, output dishes and the like, manpower is fully liberated, and intellectualization and automation of the cooking machine are realized. Furthermore, the cooking machine can store a menu and can also acquire the menu transmitted by the mobile communication equipment, and the automatic control system can schedule all parts of the cooking machine according to the menu, so that the whole unattended cooking is realized. Wherein, the automatic control system of the cooking machine can be obtained according to the prior art, and is not described in detail herein.
In summary, the cooking machine of the invention has at least the following beneficial effects:
(1) the cold end of the refrigerator through the refrigerator refrigerates the batching bin 200, the effect of keeping fresh of the batching in the batching bin 200 is achieved, meanwhile, the hot end of the refrigerator through the refrigerator supplies heat to the dish discharging bin 400, the effect of keeping warm of dishes in the dish discharging bin 400 is achieved, and therefore temperature adjustment is achieved according to the requirements of all functional areas.
(2) The oil fume is cleaned and discharged through the oil fume treatment device, so that the environmental pollution is avoided; meanwhile, the oil smoke treated by the oil smoke treatment device is discharged into the sewage treatment device and cannot be directly discharged into the external environment, so that the application range of the cooking machine is enlarged, and the cooking machine can be applied to ships, airplanes, trains, restaurants, offices and families.
(3) Through setting up dosing unit in proportioning bins 200, set up liquid condiment feedway in liquid condiment storehouse 300, will go out the dish device and set up in dish storehouse 400, set up pan 611 and belt cleaning device in culinary art storehouse 600, set up oil smoke processing apparatus in oil smoke processing storehouse 700 and with filth processing apparatus setting in filth processing storehouse, thereby realize the modularized design, make the dismouting and the maintenance of machine of cooking more simple convenient.
(4) The proportioning bin 200/oil smoke processing bin 700, the liquid proportioning bin 300/cooking bin 600 and the dish discharging bin 400/dirt processing bin 500 are sequentially arranged from top to bottom, so that the design space is more reasonable.
(5) Through the casing 100 and the first bin door 210, the second bin door 310 and the third bin door 410, the working area of the cooker is kept isolated from the outside, so that pollution is avoided, and the cooking process is healthier and safer.
(6) All parts of the cooking machine are controlled through the automatic control system, so that the cooking machine can automatically cook dishes, tray loading, output and the like, and the whole cooking process and the cookware after cooking can be automatically cleaned, so that manpower is fully liberated, and the intellectualization and automation of the cooking machine are realized.
(7) Different ingredient boxes 221 can be respectively placed into ingredients required during cooking of a plurality of dishes, the ingredient boxes 221 corresponding to the dishes are simultaneously stored in the ingredient bin 200, a plurality of dinner plates 420 are stored in the dish outlet bin 400, and all parts of the dish frying machine are controlled through an automatic control system, so that the automatic continuous cooking and dish loading and dish discharging of the dishes of the plurality of dishes are realized.

Claims (10)

1. A cooking machine is characterized by comprising a machine shell (100), a refrigerator, a batching device for providing batching and a dish discharging device for outputting dishes in a dish loading manner, wherein a batching bin (200) and a dish discharging bin (400) are arranged in the machine shell (100), the batching device is arranged in the batching bin (200), and the dish discharging device is arranged in the dish discharging bin (400); the refrigerator is provided with a refrigerator cold end used for refrigerating the proportioning bin (200) and a refrigerator hot end used for preserving the temperature of the dish outlet bin (400).
2. The cooker of claim 1, wherein said chiller is a semiconductor chiller.
3. The cooking machine according to claim 1 or 2, characterized in that the refrigerator is located at one side of the batching bin (200) and the refrigerator cold end is located towards the inside of the batching bin (200).
4. The cooking machine as claimed in claim 1 or 2, characterized in that said batching bin (200) and said serving bin (400) are connected to the same side wall of said casing (100), said side wall being provided with a channel having an inlet facing said batching bin (200) and an outlet facing said serving bin (400), said refrigerator being provided in said channel and said refrigerator cold end being provided facing said inlet; or,
the outlet of the cold end of the refrigerator is communicated with the proportioning bin (200) through a first connecting pipe, and the outlet of the hot end of the refrigerator is communicated with the dish discharging bin (400) through a second connecting pipe.
5. The cooker of claim 1 or 2, wherein said refrigerator cold end is provided with a first fan for sending out cold air of said refrigerator cold end, and said refrigerator hot end is provided with a second fan for sending out hot air of said refrigerator hot end.
6. The cooking machine as claimed in claim 1, further comprising a pot (611) and a liquid seasoning supply means for supplying liquid seasoning to the pot (611), wherein the cabinet (100) further comprises a liquid seasoning bin (300) and a cooking bin (600), the pot (611) is disposed in the cooking bin (600), and the liquid seasoning supply means is disposed in the liquid seasoning bin (300).
7. The cooking machine according to claim 6, further comprising a fume treatment device for treating fume and a dirt treatment device for treating dirt, wherein a dirt treatment bin and a fume treatment bin (700) are further disposed in the casing (100), the fume treatment device is disposed in the fume treatment bin (700), and the dirt treatment device is disposed in the dirt treatment bin.
8. The cooker of claim 7, wherein said fume disposal means has a fume exhaust outlet, and said dirt disposal means has a dirt inlet communicating with said fume exhaust outlet via a duct.
9. The cooking machine according to claim 7, wherein the proportioning bin (200), the liquid seasoning bin (300) and the cooking outlet bin (400) are arranged in sequence from top to bottom, and the oil smoke treating bin (700), the cooking bin (600) and the dirt treating bin are arranged in sequence from top to bottom, wherein the oil smoke treating bin (700) is located at one side of the proportioning bin (200) in the horizontal direction, the cooking bin (600) is located at one side of the liquid seasoning bin (300) in the horizontal direction, and the dirt treating bin is located at one side of the cooking outlet bin (400) in the horizontal direction.

The cooking machine as claimed in claim 9, wherein the cabinet (100) is open at one side, the ingredient compartment (200), the liquid ingredient compartment (300) and the dish outlet compartment (400) are provided adjacent to the opening, and the ingredient compartment (200) is provided with a first compartment door (210) capable of being opened outward of the cabinet (100) at a side adjacent to the opening, the liquid ingredient compartment (300) is provided with a second compartment door (310) capable of being opened outward of the cabinet (100) at a side adjacent to the opening of the cabinet (100), and the dish outlet compartment (400) is provided with a third compartment door (410) capable of being opened outward of the cabinet (100) at a side adjacent to the opening of the cabinet (100).
