Abstract

技术领域
本发明涉及用于车辆的制动系统。
背景技术
制动系统已是众所周知的并且已在使用中。在汽车领域中,液压制动系统已被普遍接受。在这些系统中,制动流体在压力下被从贮存器馈送到制动蹄片(brake shoes),并且使得制动蹄片在制动盘的方向上移动。这些系统存在许多缺点。一个重大缺点是必须产生、储存并且使用单独的介质,即制动流体。制动流体具有吸湿(hygroscopic)属性,因此需要被定期更换。贮存器、制动主缸、线路和阀门是很重的系统。作为一个整体,液压制动系统是很重的。
在卡车领域中,气动制动系统完全是众所周知的;但是在这些系统中,仅有电力操作的活塞在受荷系统上施加压力。这实际上不是气动系统,因为其无法与气动系统相比,而是构成了气动助力。
液压制动系统已基本上被完善。其几乎是不可修改的,并且特别在新车开发方面无法被很好地调节。例如混合动力车或电动车之类的新车开发需要不同的制动时间和制动力矩。电动车实际上被开启和关闭,也就是说作用在车轮上的力矩是自发的,因此需要有相应地反应。此外,一个基本需要是在任何可能的地方节省车辆中的重量,以便关于适当的性能优化消耗。特别在电动车中,需要补偿电池的附加重量。
发明内容
从前面描述的现有技术出发,本发明是基于提供一种新的制动系统的目的,所述新的制动系统特别是更加重量轻、更加环境友好并且此外关于针对先进车辆系统的进一步开发和调节是更加灵活的。
针对该目的的技术解决方案,提出了一种包括权利要求1的特征的制动系统。其他优点和特征通过从属权利要求得到。
针对所述解决方案,提出一种包括制动单元的用于车辆的制动系统,所述制动单元由制动盘和制动活塞单元构成,其中填充有压缩空气的空气储蓄器(air accumulator)通过控制单元被释放,从而使得按照需要来供应压缩空气以便对制动活塞单元加压。
所述按需供应取决于信号发生器,所述信号发生器在传统方式下可以是踏板或者任何开关。关于制动压力需求的指示可以是纯数字或电子的,并且不再需要身体力量来实施。其结果是,所述系统特别还适合于残疾人或者完全不同的替代制动操作。
根据本发明的系统的突出之处在于各个单独的单元的特殊泄漏密封性和良好的可控性。此外,所述系统不容易发生泄漏,并且特别是在发生泄漏的情况下不会导致环境破坏。
气动系统更加便宜,并且特别是更加适合于新的电力驱动系统。
当然,根据本发明的制动系统包括制动活塞单元,所述制动活塞单元被安排在例如制动盘的区域中,可以通过由控制单元触发的阀门并且使用相应的线路利用压缩空气对制动活塞单元加压。压缩空气来自一个或几个贮存器,所述贮存器还分别通过线路与相应的阀门或控制单元连接。致动单元可以直接通过阀门或者间接地并且例如还是以数字方式通过控制单元来发起制动过程。该致动单元可以是从传统的踏板到类似操纵杆的制动控制的任何选择。可以想象到任何种类的致动单元。
通过使用小于25巴的较低压力得到所述系统的一大优点。对于相应地大面积活塞,这些压力是足够的,其中所述活塞根据本发明的有利提议是以非圆方式制造的,并且因此例如具有椭圆剖面。对于相应地非圆形轮廓,可以使用较大的活塞面积,以便在无需更多的总安装空间的情况下实现相应地良好的制动结果。
以多重冗余方式提供贮存器。根据本发明,至少一个贮存器将被提供为应急贮存器。根据另一项有利提议,将对于每一个车轮提供一个应急贮存器。这样就关于系统的适用性提供了更高安全性,并且扩展了其可用性。
通过使用多电路系统而进一步增强了安全性。根据本发明的一项特别有利的提议,可以使用四电路系统。此外还可以想象到例如在交叉连接的意义下使用所述四电路系统,以便在发生故障的情况下把用于一个车轮的电路与另一个车轮的电路耦合。
根据本发明的系统带来了许多优点。首先,在发生泄漏的情况下,所述系统对环境是无害的。此外,由于只需要供应压缩空气,因此基本上可以在任何时间进行再充填。可以至少保持最低功能性。制动流体可以被完全免除,特别是还免除了制动流体的频繁更换,鉴于车辆的巨大数目这也构成了巨大的数量。此外还可以节省许多重量,这是因为制动伺服和类似的附加单元也可以被完全免除。当使用可以通过例如非圆形技术之类的新技术生产的较大制动活塞时,有可能在较低的压力下工作。由于空气在原理上是可压缩的而对于液压的情况则基本上不行,因此当使用较大的活塞时还可以考虑到这一因素。对于根据本发明的系统,制动活塞总是被直接致动,而不是通过任何中间单元被间接地致动。活塞直接作用在制动蹄片上,并且因此作为制动。此外,与传统的系统相比,气动系统极为快速。
为了生成压力,还知道基于在汽车上的处于空气流中的区域中容纳用以生成电能的风力发电机的提议的实例。
提出一种系统,其中风力涡轮机、压缩机和压缩空气贮存器组合动作。风力涡轮机通过车辆经过周围空气的相对移动而被驱动。空气又驱动压缩机,压缩机填充压缩空气贮存器。
本发明所定义的压缩机是某种空气压缩机,因此涡轮机还可以包括一个简单的压缩机级。
有利的是,风力涡轮机可以是被施加动态压力的径向叶轮(radial impeller)。
根据本发明的另一项有利提议,风力涡轮机可以替换地被机械驱动。通过这种方式,即使在静止时也有可能对压缩空气贮存器进行充填。为此目的,例如可以使用电动机、内燃机等等。
根据本发明的另一项有利提议,可以将多级储存单元视为压缩空气贮存器。通过这种方式,几个压缩空气贮存器可以被并行地充填,以便可以用作冗余的压缩空气来源。这些压缩空气贮存器例如可以被安排在乘客舱的前方区域中,从而甚至提供安全缓冲。
本发明提供了一种用于车辆的新颖制动系统,其可以由压缩空气致动并且消除了液压和机械系统的缺点。

按照纯示意性的方式,示出了填充压缩空气贮存器2的压缩机或压缩空气来源1。为此目的,压缩空气来源1通过相应的线路3连接到贮存器。控制单元4在所示出的示例性实施例中可以通过直接连接的致动构件5而被致动,其可以把压缩空气从贮存器2通过线路8馈送到汽缸6,活塞7在汽缸6中被引导。所述活塞可以是直接致动制动蹄片的制动活塞。制动蹄片随后作用在车辆的制动盘上,所述制动盘在这里未示出。

Claims (10)
1.用于车辆的制动系统,包括制动单元,所述制动单元包括至少一个制动盘和制动活塞单元、压缩空气贮存器、致动单元以及控制单元,以便利用来自压缩空气贮存器的压缩空气按需对制动活塞单元加压。
2.根据权利要求1所述的制动系统,其特征在于,压缩空气贮存器以低于25巴的压力提供空气。
3.根据其中一条在前权利要求所述的制动系统,其特征在于,所述制动系统包括几个压缩空气贮存器。
4.根据其中一条在前权利要求所述的制动系统,其特征在于,所述制动系统包括应急压缩空气贮存器。
5.根据权利要求4所述的制动系统,其特征在于,对于每一个车轮提供一个应急压缩空气贮存器。
6.根据其中一条在前权利要求所述的制动系统,其特征在于,所述制动系统被设计成多电路系统。
7.根据权利要求6所述的制动系统,其特征在于,所述制动系统被设计成四电路系统。
8.根据其中一条在前权利要求所述的制动系统,其特征在于,致动单元可以被人工操作。
