Abstract

本发明公开了一种拖车锁，包括锁杆和连接锁杆的锁头，锁头包括外套、安装在外套前端的锁芯套以及设置在锁芯套中间的锁芯，所述锁头还包括固定在外套内的锁舌套、容置在锁舌套内且与锁芯连接的凸轮，凸轮内设有可伸缩的跳芯，锁舌套两侧设有可伸缩且用于固定锁杆的锁舌，锁舌前端与凸轮后端连接，锁杆前端具有带环形卡槽的挤压头，卡槽供锁舌卡入。由此设计的拖车锁使用方便。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种拖车锁。
背景技术
现有技术的拖车锁如专利号为201720824926.1的中国专利公开了一种新拖车锁，包括锁杆、密封圈和锁体，锁杆一端设有双扁平面，双扁平面两侧设有凹槽；锁体由锁壳、锁头、扭头和钢球组成，锁壳一端设有容置槽，另一端设有和双扁平面相配合的插入口与容置槽连通，锁头容设于容置槽内固结，其内侧端设置锁芯及锁头定位R，扭头套接于锁头，而与锁头一同容置于锁壳的容置槽内，套接端设置凸轮传动槽，另一端设置钢球位，钢球放置于扭头的钢球位；将所述锁杆的双扁平面通过密封圈插入锁壳的插入口内，通过钥匙转动锁芯，带动扭头将钢球扣入锁体的双扁平面两侧的凹槽内锁固。
上述技术方案公开的拖车锁在将锁体与锁杆装在一起时需要通过钥匙转动锁芯，无法直接安装在一起，而且采用钢球使用起来也较不方便。
发明内容
鉴于上述现有技术的缺陷，本发明的目的在于：提供一种使用方便的拖车锁。
本发明的技术解决方案是：拖车锁，包括锁杆和连接锁杆的锁头，锁头包括外套、安装在外套前端的锁芯套以及设置在锁芯套中间的锁芯，所述锁头还包括固定在外套内的锁舌套、容置在锁舌套内且与锁芯连接的凸轮，凸轮内设有可伸缩的跳芯，锁舌套两侧设有可伸缩且用于固定锁杆的锁舌，锁舌前端与凸轮后端连接，锁杆前端具有带环形卡槽的挤压头，卡槽供锁舌卡入。
进一步地，所述锁舌套后端两侧设有供锁舌卡入的透孔，锁舌顺着透孔装入锁舌套内，锁舌前端具有连接凸轮的凸块，且锁舌与外套之间设有第一弹簧。
进一步地，所述锁舌的外侧设有容置孔，第一弹簧伸入容置孔中，且第一弹簧的外端压在外套内壁上。
进一步地，所述凸轮的前端设有供锁芯后端插入的插孔，凸轮后端开设供有容置槽，容置槽中装入有第二弹簧，第二弹簧后端连接跳芯，且凸轮后端具有转动块，转动块抵接在凸块内侧。
进一步地，所述转动块呈椭圆形，凸块内侧具有弧形凸面。
进一步地，两锁舌之间形成有后端开口大、前端开口小的通道，外套后端具有通孔，挤压头依次穿过通孔和通道且推开锁舌伸入凸轮的容置槽内后，挤压头压在跳芯上，锁舌内端卡入挤压头的卡槽内。
应用本发明所提供的拖车锁，其有益效果是：组装时将锁杆前端的挤压头直接插入外套，挤压头推开锁舌后伸入凸轮内并挤压跳芯，然后锁舌内端受第一弹簧的弹力卡入挤压头的卡槽中，锁杆固定完毕，拆卸时用钥匙插入锁芯并转动锁芯，锁芯带动凸轮转动，凸轮转动后其后端挤压锁舌向外运动，锁舌脱离卡槽，且跳芯向后推动挤压块，锁杆被往后推，然后就可以将锁杆拔出了，组装时不需要转动钥匙，拆卸也较为方便，方便了人们使用。

图中所示：100—锁杆，200—锁头，1—外套，2—锁芯套，3—锁芯，4—锁舌套，5—凸轮，51—转动块，6—跳芯，7—锁舌，71—凸块，711—弧形凸面，8—挤压头，81—卡槽，9—透孔，10—第一弹簧，11—插孔，12—容置槽，13—第二弹簧，14—通道，15—通孔，16—容置孔。
具体实施方式
为比较直观、完整地理解本发明的技术方案，现就结合本发明附图进行非限制性的特征说明如下：
如图1—图8所示，拖车锁，包括锁杆100和连接锁杆100的锁头200，锁头200包括外套1、安装在外套1前端的锁芯套2以及设置在锁芯套2中间的锁芯3，外套1一体成型，锁头200还包括固定在外套1内的锁舌套4、容置在锁舌套4内且与锁芯3连接的凸轮5，凸轮5内设有可伸缩的跳芯6，锁舌套4两侧设有可伸缩且用于固定锁杆100的锁舌7，锁舌7前端与凸轮5后端连接，锁杆100前端具有带环形卡槽81的挤压头8，卡槽81供锁舌7卡入。
锁舌套4后端两侧设有供锁舌7卡入的透孔9，锁舌7顺着透孔9装入锁舌套4内，锁舌7前端外侧具有连接凸轮5的凸块71，且锁舌7与外套1之间设有第一弹簧10，锁舌7的外侧设有容置孔16，第一弹簧10伸入容置孔16中，且第一弹簧10的外端压在外套1内壁上。锁舌7被挤压头8挤压时，锁舌7向外运动，第一弹簧10被压缩。
凸轮5的前端设有供锁芯3后端插入的插孔11，凸轮5后端开设供有容置槽12，容置槽12中装入有第二弹簧13，第二弹簧13后端连接跳芯6，且凸轮5后端具有转动块51，转动块51抵接在凸块71内侧，转动块51呈椭圆形，凸块71内侧具有弧形凸面711。当没用钥匙转动锁芯3的时候，转动块51在其短轴方向上的侧壁接触锁舌7前端的凸块71但不挤压凸块71，当转动块51转动后，转动块51在其长轴方向上的侧壁挤压凸块71，锁舌7向外运动，第一弹簧10被压缩。
两锁舌7之间形成有后端开口大、前端开口小的通道14，即锁舌7内壁是呈倾斜状的，外套1后端具有通孔15，挤压头8插入通道14后与锁舌7内壁接触并逐渐将锁舌7向外挤压，挤压头8依次穿过通孔15和通道14且推开锁舌7伸入凸轮5的容置槽12内后，挤压头8压在跳芯6上，挤压头8与锁舌7分离后，锁舌7受到第一弹簧10的弹力，锁舌7内端卡入挤压头8的卡槽81内。
组装时将锁杆100前端的挤压头8直接插入外套1，挤压头8推开锁舌7后伸入凸轮5内并挤压跳芯6，第二弹簧13被压缩，挤压头8与锁舌7分离后的一瞬间锁舌7内端受第一弹簧10的弹力卡入挤压头8的卡槽81中，锁杆100固定完毕，如图1所示。
拆卸时用钥匙插入锁芯3并转动锁芯3，锁芯3带动凸轮5转动，凸轮5转动后其后端的转动块51挤压锁舌7向外运动，锁舌7脱离卡槽81，且跳芯6受第二弹簧13的弹力向后推动挤压头8，锁杆100被往后推，如图2所示，然后就可以将锁杆100拔出了。
当然，以上仅为本发明的较佳实施例而已，非因此即局限本发明的专利范围，凡运用本发明说明书及图式内容所为之简易修饰及等效结构变化，均应同理包含于本发明的专利保护范围之内。

Claims (2)

1.拖车锁，包括锁杆和连接锁杆的锁头，锁头包括外套、安装在外套前端的锁芯套以及设置在锁芯套中间的锁芯，其特征在于：所述锁头还包括固定在外套内的锁舌套、容置在锁舌套内且与锁芯连接的凸轮，凸轮内设有可伸缩的跳芯，锁舌套两侧设有可伸缩且用于固定锁杆的锁舌，锁舌前端与凸轮后端连接，锁杆前端具有带环形卡槽的挤压头，卡槽供锁舌卡入；
所述锁舌套后端两侧设有供锁舌卡入的透孔，锁舌顺着透孔装入锁舌套内，锁舌前端具有连接凸轮的凸块，且锁舌与外套之间设有第一弹簧，所述锁舌的外侧设有容置孔，第一弹簧伸入容置孔中，且第一弹簧的外端压在外套内壁上；
所述凸轮的前端设有供锁芯后端插入的插孔，凸轮后端开设供有容置槽，容置槽中装入有第二弹簧，第二弹簧后端连接跳芯，且凸轮后端具有转动块，转动块抵接在凸块内侧；
两锁舌之间形成有后端开口大、前端开口小的通道，外套后端具有通孔，挤压头依次穿过通孔和通道且推开锁舌伸入凸轮的容置槽内后，挤压头压在跳芯上，锁舌内端卡入挤压头的卡槽内。
2.根据权利要求1所述的拖车锁，其特征在于：所述转动块呈椭圆形，凸块内侧具有弧形凸面。
