The principle and the implementation of the technical solution provided by the present invention will be described below by using specific examples, and the following description is only used to help understanding the method of the present invention and the core idea thereof.
(1) Intelligent matching of processes
The embodiment of the invention provides 41 development types, 18 development flows and a plurality of project development nodes, and the development types and the development flows are continuously changed and updated:
the development type has a unique identifier;
and if the different development types correspond to the same development process, the unique identifications of the development types are the same.
The development process has a unique identifier;
each development flow is provided with a unique identifier, and the unique identifier corresponds to the unique identifier of the development type one by one.
Automatically matching a development process with requirements;
and selecting a development type while issuing the requirement, and automatically matching the corresponding development flow by the system according to the unique identifier of the development type.
Carrying out configuration management on development types and development flows;
if the development type is newly added, modified and deleted, only corresponding records need to be updated in a product development type configuration table, and the development process is the same.
(2) Flexible change of flow nodes
Generalization of flow nodes;
the process is generally divided into two types of nodes, namely a common node and an auditing node, the auditing node can cause different circulation directions according to different auditing results, and the common node and the auditing node are regarded as the same type of node to be processed uniformly.
Parameterizing the flow direction of the flow nodes;
after the process nodes are generalized, all characteristics of the nodes are compatible, wherein the characteristics include the change of the flow direction, so that each node has two directions of reverse flow and forward flow, the flow direction is parameterized, and the flow direction can be confirmed through parameters.
(3) Person in charge configuration management

and acquiring the job information from the responsible person, and updating the task state corresponding to the job information.
2. The card product development process management method of claim 1, further comprising, after the step of obtaining requirement information of a card product:
analyzing the requirement information and determining the development type of the requirement information.

The card product development process management method according to claim 2, wherein the step of generating development distribution information according to the demand information and a development distribution policy, the development distribution information including a development flow and a person in charge corresponding to the development flow, includes:
matching a development process corresponding to the development type from a pre-stored development process database according to the development type of the demand information;
and matching the responsible persons corresponding to the development process from a responsible person database according to the development process.
